Genuinely the best coffee around in Torbay. Well made, decent coffee and great cakes as well. Worthy of a detour to get a good cup

I visit this cafe most days for breakfast or lunch and the food is excellent. The breakfast start from a small breakfast to gigantic “Navvy” special. Lunches of Roast Beef, Roast Chicken, Cottage Pie and many daily specials including Fish, Curries, Ham Egg & Chips . Give it a try. Great value for money. Situated in St Anne’s Road at the corner of Reddenhill Road.

Came in at 7pm today with my pet sheep, met with a Lovely Lady with Blue Hair "either Jemma or Brendos" was her name. She pet my sheep and brought him over some water and his wool got so excited he rolled on the floor and started quacking like a Giraffe. I admired the surrounding areas and had a lovely up stairs area where a group of Indians was doing the Macarena while drinking a very refreshing mojito! After taking a seat on the floor "Jemma" came over and suggested Coca Cola or the option to hit the "5" button on the remote control for the television. Upon leaving my sheep had a dodgy fall and some tall animated character came over and brushed his teeth for him. Will return.

This cafe is fantastic, the staff are so welcoming and the food is great. We arrived in St Marychurch around 2.45 on. Friday afternoon, we dropped our luggage at the cottage we rented, we had travelled down from London, we hadn’t stopped on the way down so we really needed something to eat and drink. We went into the cafe nearest our cottage and were greeted by the owner or manager who told us “ We are closing soon, you can have coffee but nothing to eat” We walked out and went to queen Elizabeth cafe, thank God we did, we spent the rest of our holiday having breakfast and sometimes afternoon tea at this lovely establishment. I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone who wants good food at a good price served by people who appreciate your custom. 10 out of 10 from us.

A cafe with very friendly staff and a good selection of food, snacks and cakes. There are two floors with tables and chairs and an outside area when the sun is shining. Great views towards the sea. Nice clean toilets. Vet helpful staff and the food and drinks all came out nice and hot etc. In fact, as it was so good we went there two days in a row! Highly recommended. Reasonable prices as well.
