Boots & Laces in Torbay

I live in Torquay and after a Gulls game I always have a couple of beers in here, a brilliant atmosphere 👌

Can't believe how cheap the beer is in here nicely decorated clean and tidy can't complain about anything

This is great for the football and is close to Torquay FC... staff were really friendly and we was made to feel welcome on both our visits... a group of us went here the evening before a match and it had a good atmosphere with Pool and Darts on the go... then we went again on match day of the football and there was a big screen with football to watch. There is loads of space and this is a good option if you are staying up the top end of Torquay...

Lovely wet lead pub with a nice setup for the match. Nice beer and reasonably priced.

Great social group for people with disabilities. Plays all sorts of music and full bar as well as food

Whilst the place is relatively pleasant, the ladies toilets are a disgrace. The toilet seats are virtually hanging off and very poorly attached. Being partially disabled the fact that they are not secure is dangerous and could cause someone with mobility issues to ha e a nasty fall

Because I was ask by kev the owner to drop my business card up for my DJ business and Robert Parker from RAD entertainments decided to kick of at me because I was try to do a free event you at boots and laces to raise money for a disabled person that needs a new electricity wheelchair to get around

A happy place to while away time.. the footy was on.. the beers and drinks, although not a vast range, were adequate.. bar staff very friendly and.. yes parking.

A great venue to host such a great band the Sensational Alex Harvey band are legends real pro's I've waited a long time to see them shame there weren't more people ,but a great gig nonetheless, a very big thankyou to Mark Jackson and his lovely wife claire for making this possible. 😄😄😄

Great place for a beer the function room can be hired for events but can get very busy especially on match days so wise to call or check before booking.

A perfect break in an absolutely beautiful caravan on a lively site.

Fantastic breakfast, everything fresh and hot. Tasty mushrooms, perfectly cooked eggs. Had a bottle of coke to go with it and it was chilled to perfection. Started getting busy with the football and there was a great atmosphere. Would definitely return.

Came here post match after a game against Cardiff city was a little tentative. Had a brilliant night. Friendly staff. Was drinking the local gulls ale. A great pint. Must be a good place to visit for a pint any time. Will visit again

Situated at Torquay utd fc this pub has a local atmosphere. Roomy and generally friendly . Named boots and laces has David Platts boots and Paul Gasgoines laces on show.

Its OK if you like sport and WAY over priced drinks. A Carling is £3.70. Yeah the staff are friendly but they only interact with you when you spend money

I attended a children's party in the function room at the rear, this bar has a big screen, a comfortable atmosphere and excellent prices, especially during the long happy hour period, the function room at the back was a good size and I would happily visit this venue again.

Great function room and reasonable drink prices.. Allows children till a certain time which a handy sometimes like if you are using the function room.

It was my home base for skittles. Stayed for 1 season as the drinks are way over priced. It cost 3-20p for a pint of lemonade with a dash of orange a real rip-off. Never been back since
