Fuimos recibidos calurosamente y el nivel de servicio y atención continuó durante nuestra (relativamente corta) visita. Atractivo, pero nunca demasiado. Una señorita MUY bien informada, pero no pretenciosa, nos dio excelentes recomendaciones, que siempre se adaptaban perfectamente a nuestros gustos e instrucciones, sin ser guiada automáticamente a los vinos más caros. Si buscas un buen vino y un buen servicio, solo puedo recomendarte que pruebes este lugar y NO Veeno a la vuelta de la esquina. Saldrá muy feliz (en lugar de sentirse frustrado con la actitud del personal hosco que tiene una opinión demasiado elevada de sí mismo). Un gran tic y un retorno definitivo de los dos. Gracias. Stumbled across this today and was very pleasantly surprised. The food and service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable too. Would heartily recommend.

Visité por mi cuenta, para un descanso del trabajo, un martes por la tarde a principios de septiembre. Pasé por delante por casualidad y me encantó el aspecto de la ventana y la tabla con la invitación a unirse para el té y las flores que se colocó fuera. Poder sentarme y disfrutar de una buena bebida y disfrutar de las flores a pesar de que no estaba comprando ninguna en esa ocasión fue realmente una experiencia encantadora y tranquila. Y wow, tenían algunas de las rosas más hermosas que he visto. Había un par de grupos de amigos que estaban disfrutando de sus conversaciones, yo y otra persona estábamos trabajando o simplemente disfrutando del tiempo de inactividad, y todos respetaban el derecho de todos los demás a disfrutar del espacio y la experiencia a su manera, ya sea juntos o solos. El menú está en la pared al lado de la nevera, mientras entras.

Liked the food so much. The prices were reasonable too. Continue in that way. Recommend the place to everyone.

Great vibe along the river front. Wonderful place to enjoy a drink after a walk staff is very friendly.

Great value! I went on Monday and did the all you can eat for £12. I could only muster 4 slices because the slices were so big, but that worked out at £3 per slice. Great menu! A thoughtful menu with so many choices. Something for everyone. "Union Square" won it for me. Quality food! Best pizza I've had in years. Dave Portnoy would love this place. Will defo be coming back and telling everyone they should go.

Nice atmosphere. Food was slightly better than average I’d say but you would expect so for the price. Staff were nice but overrun. Employ more. Took 40 mins to get some water and over an hour to get food. Don’t go there hungry is my advice. They stick on 12% service charge which I’m happy to pay assuming it goes to the overrun team on the ground. Others may not be so willing to pay that if the wait is as long as it was for me.

The only filter coffee is a V60 and very expensive for what it is (£5.50 for approx 250 mLs). Poor extraction and very watery (it was ready a bit too quickly), I think they used an espresso roast for the filter Everything is served in takeaway cups including for sit inside so it's not very sustainable. There aren't any bathrooms. There aren't many independent coffee shops in reading so no this is a shame but I would not recommend.

First and last time. Small, expensive portions. The pilau rice was flavourless and cold. The naan arrived cold and damp, the stuffed paratha was more stodgy and flavourless than ones from the supermarket, and the butter chicken was yellow, sweet and made from coconut? More like a korma … nothing like butter chicken/murg makahni is meant to be. Edit - well this customer didn’t like it! Why call it butter chicken? It isn’t.

Hemos visitado muchos pubs en Reading y encontramos este uno de los mejores pubs en Reading. Gran servicio, personal bueno y amable, ambiente acogedor y tiene un increíble jardín de cerveza. Me encanta la variedad de cerveza que sirven. Un montón de bombas de barril y muchos más de barriles y todas las cervezas estaban en excelentes condiciones. Los precios eran increíblemente bajos media amigable con el bolsillo y me sorprendió en comparación con lugares alrededor. Defo volver de nuevo y seguramente lo recomiendo a todos los amantes de la cerveza.

Had a great time at Walkabout. There was a lot of security before going inside, the karaoke was fun, and the pool tables were good quality (though there are only two). There are plenty of screens for sports, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a decent.

The staff was very unprofessional. On February 19th at 5:32 PM, my sister and I arrived at the store and stood at the counter to place an order. At that time, there were no other customers—only the two of us waiting for about 4–5 minutes. However, the staff member was merely cleaning and chatting with someone in a foreign language. Although she clearly saw us waiting to order, she chose to ignore us, which left us extremely disappointed. As a result, we decided to leave and go to the Starbucks across the street, where we received much friendlier service. After getting our coffee from Starbucks, we noticed that the same staff member was now serving another customer. I don’t know what we did wrong as customers to be treated with such disregard. I hope the store management will review how their staff is trained to prevent losing more customers in the future.

Vino aquí para desayunar un poco antes de ir de compras. Opté por el desayuno de encierro, ya que no me gustan las patatas fritas con algunas de las otras opciones. No pasó mucho tiempo antes de que mi plato saliera y se viera bastante bien. Elegí el pan integral tostado, pero solo se tostó un lado. I’ve been here a few times now and every time I walk into the establishment Anya always has a big smile on her face and is ready to assist with anything I need. I would also like to shout out Zara for her fantastic personal service which is nothing but 5*. They both know what it takes to deliver a great service and are an asset to the company!
