Karaoke DJ only plays his friend songs. Pretty poor for anyone else who wants to go.

The garden is very beautiful, there are tables in the open area and indoor sections with TVs in the garden.

Don’t bother going for karaoke unless you know the dJ. Went and put my song in, waited 3 hours while his friends went over and over, for the bar to close without me having a go. Waste of a night to be honest

Had a great time at Walkabout. There was a lot of security before going inside, the karaoke was fun, and the pool tables were good quality (though there are only two). There are plenty of screens for sports, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a decent.

Great atmostphere and value for money. Well worth a visit.

It's a walkabout- you get what you get if you set your expectations appropriately. Anika is amazing and really puts customer service first! Teddy was amazing and knowledgeable about the drinks on offer!

Multiple screens so they can play any sport on request, service is always great and can't be beat on Prices. Also I don't know what's changed but the food quality has drastically improved lately and is always available now. Have returned and will continue doing so.

We just walked in went up to the bar turned around and walked out. Security is higher the Heathrow! Put my friend of straight away. Place was dead at 10 pm 5 people inside.

Anima and Tia were amazing and made sure we felt safe and were served with efficiency and were extremely fast given our big group order

Come here for karaoke every time I can! Popped in for pub golf with some mates tonight and the staff were absolutely lovely, great prices and friendly service, can’t fault it! :)

El servicio era increíble, las bebidas eran preciosas y la comida era deliciosa. Ojalá hubiera tomado los nombres del personal. Los tres fueron geniales. Didn't eat. Atmosphere was poor. Music was loud compared to how empty the place was for a Friday night.

Smell of smoke feom smoking area inside due to emergency doors open.

Nice bar, good selection of sports on tv's around the place. There's a really strong smell of cigarettes from outside as the doors are left open, this needs to be rectified as its very off putting.

Staff, Mia, Elton, Koko and Elisha were great hosts, couldn’t recommend more! A perfect day out for the whole group! 5/5!

Hard to find as it's down an alley on the main street but well worth a visit. It now has 2 pool tables, outside seating with heating, and a brand new menu. Drinks are reasonably priced and staff are great plus has all sports at request

Recently been back to walkabout after a while. The new menu was a nice surprise with a lot of variety. I enjoyed the new loaded fries and the doughballs were to die for. Drinks were cheap and refreshing. Would highly recommend

Had a good time watching the Rugby while enjoying a couple of beers.

I had a very nice drink that went with the name of the drink, also nice cocktails 👌. The atmosphere was good for a date, and it was also a clean environment. I can only say it was quiet by 5 pm😀.

Looks like a nice sports bar, but the bar staff said they were not showing the Springboks vs All Blacks rugby, despite having the match listed on Fanzo.

Service was very poor. Got upset that we had a laugh playing beer pong, weirdly sober people don’t play beer pong. If you ask me the staff need to grow up.

New door staff are absolutely brilliant. We felt safe and secure with the body scanners and bag searches, tbh every club should have them! The atmosphere was back to how it used to be; fun, relaxed and friendly. My love for walkabout has returned!

The venue is grim these days. Must have been absolutely years now since it had a facelift and everything is chipped/peeling/falling apart/sticky. The toilets, in particular, are awful. General seating inside is awful, food is somehow even less fresh and tasty than a wetherspoons. No problem with the staff, they were all nice enough - just a shame they have to work somewhere so sticky and shoddy.

I can't believe this! The cricket finals are happening, and management switched to Italy versus Switzerland in football. There are around 30 people here for cricket, but only about 10 for football! This is infuriating! It's absurd that management would make such a decision. They clearly have no idea how to run this place! Absolutely disgraceful and outrageous! I’m beyond disappointed!

Attended the England v Slovenia game last night and was asked if I would like to leave a google review. The young lady took my phone and wrote the review herself, giving 5 stars for everything. I can confirm the atmosphere was awful, the numbers were low. O'Neills has a much better atmosphere for the football. The group I was with ordered food, which took a while. The quality was poor. Really disappointing and desperate they're having to write their own reviews on customers phones.

While waiting in line apparently I staggered. This was enough to deny entry. As soon as I tried to have a reasonable discussion, this was enough to say 'decision has been made'. Rediculus notion that slightly drunk people are not allowed into a drinking establishment.

Came for the karaoke, same as I have for the past year. Apparently this time I was too drunk, at the time of writing this. I was no different to my friends who were all aloud in. The recent events have made the staff too scared to allow normal people to enjoy themselves. A bar allowing tipsy people in? This is not allowed! Would not recommend at this current time, which is a real shame.

First time visiting The Walkabout to watch the rugby and celebrate a mates birthday! Staff are really attentive, regularly came over to check how we were doing and to remove any empty glasses, they have an excellent range of drinks and the Chicken Wings were amazing. High recommend and will definitely return. Thank you for a fab afternoon!! :)

Changed a lot in a positive way over the years. Good crowd, decent dj (though changing genres were abrupt), ok drinks choices, but could still be cleaned more regularly - a spill early in the night was still there when I left

Love love love loved Jay! Amazing service from him. Praising him the most when the bar was incredibly busy but still managed to get to everyone. I come for Rangers games as well and he constantly has a smile on his face. If there is anything else I could say about him no words could describe how amazing he is at working at Walkabout. His kindness is definitely his strong suit!

Never written a bad review before but feel people deserve to know our experience. We arrived purely to watch the Man United v Chelsea game which they had advertised on their Fanzo account. They then proceeded to show Liverpool v Sheffield United instead even though there are multiple screens. We asked them if they could show it on at least one screen as they were showing it downstairs however the man behind the bar said "I've asked another question to my manager and he's just ignored me" And showed little to no urgency to even bother to try and resolve our issue. They said once the game had finished they would show the game, but they didn't fulfil this. We then ordered Chicken Wings for the table, which arrived nearly an hour late, and arrived cold (and I mean COLD!) I asked the bar staff whether we could either have a refund or have some new ones cooked, in which he said I have to get the manager to approve this and he's ignoring me at the minute - again, he seemed very reluctant to do anything. I then asked if he could go downstairs to ask the chef himself, in which he decided to go outside for a cigarette for the next 5 minutes. The beer also went out in the bar above meaning we had to go downstairs each time to get drinks, which would have been absolutely fine is security wouldn't hassle you telling you to go back upstairs as theres a function on in the below room. They also decided to serve our beers in plastic pint cups which in a world where all companies need to focus on their sustainability, this shouldnt even be an option in 2023. Seems to be theres a real problem with communication in this place, on a Wednesday night in which usually the bar isn't that busy. The Duty Manager for that evening seemed very confrontational seemed to have a very bad attitude when we eventually got to meet him and ask if we can put the last 10 minutes of the Chelsea v Man United game on. Needs a lesson in proper customer service. I just want it noted when other staff have been in before they have been delightful, lovely to chat to and genuinely make you feel welcome - every one can have a bad day at work but the guys didn't do themselves any favours that night
