Visited Costa and had a great experience! The atmosphere is warm, and the staff are excellent. Special thanks to Barista Marcin and Kusum for the perfect coffee. My cortado was spot on. Thanks, team, for the great service! I’ll be back.

Comience a vender leche sin lactosa para aquellos que quieren leche pero son intolerantes a la lactosa. No soporto la leche de soja o de almendras y la leche de avena me enfermaría violentamente. Terminé yendo al pub en su lugar

Food was okay, warm but not hot, and average in quality. Hotel was fancy enough

I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant the most. We sat in the booths toward the rear of the restaurant. Seats were comfy and the decor was good, very tastefully done. The food was nice. Usually I don't like sauces and I had been too busy withy conversation to enquire about the sauce that came with the salmon but I ate everything. The only thing I'd have said is that I like my salmon to be more firm with slightly more taste, but that's my personal preference. I'd definitely go back again.

Staff is co-operative And more friendly.

A female waitress got so rude when I asked if she can let me know if a table inside would be free. She said “no sorry OBVIOUSLY we don’t have at the moment. As you can see.” (And she literally gave me the eyes). She literally missed my point. It is so cold outside now and IF a table would be free somehow she can let me know. She chose such a rude response. Representing Indonesian, Malaysian, Japan and other southeast asians menu it’s really shameful how this waitress behaved. And also I’ve been here 5-6 times and I kept coming just because I know that the chef is Indonesian where I’m from. Please train your waitress better, it cost nothing to be polite. Visited in a recommendation as I had half an hour to kill. So glad I did! Simply the best coffee I have ever had in any coffee shop ( I’ve tried many). Really friendly service and quality coffee. They also have a good choice of beans (they will grind if needed) to buy and take away . Cakes aren’t bad either 😃. If you are serious about your coffee or just like good coffee in a relaxed setting, this is the place to go!

Stayed one night after a game at Twickenham. Amazing value and rely well done from checking in to checkout. Really nice room and a touch of class. Water and milk in a fridge to pickup and a bottle of beer in the room.

Tres veces un miembro del personal intentó llevarse mi bandeja con comida encima. No había terminado mi almuerzo. Estaba muy molesto. Sentí que podían ver que había comida en la bandeja antes de intentar llevársela.

Poor quality and service, £3.70 for a SMALL black Americano (ie no milk or skill required) should be amazing but far from it. Just a plain old Starbucks coffee. Served with monosyllabic generally grumpy lady who sadly doesn’t enjoy her job - my advice, go to Costa!

Hacía un calor insoportable y no funcionaba el aire acondicionado cuando intentamos visitar durante el verano Más recientemente necesité el baño antes de hacer una orden de bebidas. ¡El hombre de pelo rojo / castaño , cuando le expliqué esto y le pedí el código, se negó a dejarme tenerlo, insistiendo en que tenía que hacer cola y ordenar primero a pesar de estar bastante desesperado por el inodoro !

Casi todo es bueno, una buena ubicación bebidas y comida, pero desafortunadamente uno de los empleados que conocí es extremadamente decepcionante su nombre es jay con el pelo largo y anillos de la nariz que es totalmente desatento no escucha a los clientes tomando correctamente los pedidos equivocados y también el comportamiento muy grosero de los empleados como él están decepcionando al otro personal también, así que o bien entrenar a dichos empleados o reemplazarlos.

Fui aquí a tomar el té de la tarde para celebrar un cumpleaños familiar. Reservamos con antelación y una mesa se había reservado para nosotros con mensaje de bienvenida en un tablero sobre la mesa. El té era excelente, con una buena selección de sándwiches de dedos, pasteles y bollos. Nos ofrecieron más té sin costo adicional, y todo fue bastante encantador. Ambos volveremos de nuevo cuando visitemos la ciudad.
