Staff were very friendly and food was delicious if you don’t mind the calorie count!

Worst customer service. They messed up my order 02/11/2024. Order number 163. Spoke to three different individuals who claimed to be the manager but were not. Spoke to Iqra and Jay and another lady don't know her name. They admitted there mistake in missing an item but refused to deliver. Please avoid this place.

Had an amazing time! Staff were absolutely lovely, especially Aurhaana who helped us. THE BEST customer service. Thank you Creams :)! Food was delicious as well and was so fast!!

We ordered ice cream and milk shake they only serve ice cream and they forget to serve milkshakes evan staff are not busy and not say sorry to serve to us wow what a good service I don’t recommend to this place poor customer service.

Just been to Creams Reading, awesome service by Iqra, Faiq and Jay. Friendly and very patient people- happily let my 5 year old try a number of ice creams. We don’t eat egg and they managed to serve us a number of eggless ice cream. One happy family, thanks to them. Very pleased with the visit, strongly recommend a visit.

Family atmosphere, comfortable, queues can be lengthy at times but that's to be expected. Reasonable price list and clean premises. Food is presented nicely, plenty to choose from the menu, but no allergy advice or speedster menu, which is a shame. Clean tables and chairs, inviting decor and helpful staff

Creams used to be our favourite dessert place. But they seemed to have changed the recipe/batter/waffle maker or all of that but the waffle was thick, not sweet and not as enjoyable as before 😕 Not criticising but please bring back the previous waffles!

I recently visited creams to try the waffle and gluten-free cookie dough. Both were fantastic. Iqra served us and was brilliant—friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better. Highly recommend Desert Parlour for great desserts and excellent service!

One of the best ice creams in Reading. Creams has a lovely dine-in area and friendly staff. Their oreo and cookie dough ice cream is delicious and the blue raspberry slushie is amazing. Lastly, Shoaib and Aurhanna were absolutely incredible in taking care of my orders. Cheers.

On uber eats they changed there whole menu and i can't order my normal white cookie dough woth white chocolate sauce anymore without buying an additional Gelato which cost extra :( not happy is not nice they put it back on the menu me happy now

Food came really fast and was really delicious .Komal was extremely kind and it was great customer service.

First time using this place again. Instant regret. There’s a reason I stopped. Firstly it took them 30 minutes to make one cookie dough and a slush which they didn’t get right. Left a just eat driver waiting that long. Cookie dough was reminded me of McDonald’s, nothing looks like the pictures so false advertising. Tasted horrendous as well. Paid extra for a large slush which I got a bigger cup that was 3/4 full so the same quantity of which the slush was just ground up ice with no flavour. The owner is sound as well so I feel bad for him and his it’s staff letting the place down.

Came for a relaxing (!!) afternoon treat I very clearly ordered a regular shake with 2 scoops strawberry and a 2 scoop cup of Oreo. They claimed to not understand me and charged me for 2 shakes Then when ",refunding " me they charged me another 8.30 then another 11.00 which is now over 35 debited from account... Apparently I have to wait a few days to see any refund and they still charged me ice cream when I asked for good will gesture
