Creams Reading in Reading

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Creams in Reading. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was quick, professional, and added to the overall positive vibe. We started with a savoury option – the BBQ chicken hot pocket – and were pleasantly surprised by how tasty and satisfying it was. Unlike a pie or wrap, it wasn’t heavy or dry, making it a perfect choice to kick off our visit. For dessert, my wife chose the Creams Sundae Royale, which she described as absolutely divine. I went for the Millionaires crepes, which were light, indulgent, and perfectly cooked. To round it all off, I had a hot, full-bodied cappuccino, while my wife enjoyed a thick iced coffee that tasted properly of coffee, not watered down like some places. Overall, the food and service were both top-notch, and we’ll be visiting again. If there’s a small suggestion for the management, perhaps turn up the heating a little, as it was noticeably cold, and it would be to consider updating the furnishings, as they’re starting to look a little worn. But that’s a minor point in what was otherwise a delightful outing.

The crepes were decent. The lemon meringue cheesecake was refreshing. I would have liked if they took the orders at the table.

The place has no atmosphere, and is looking tired, with decor reminiscent of a 1990s nightclub. The guy serving us was very attentive and friendly, I can't fault him at all, but the ice cream is nothing special. For the prices they charge I'd expect the ice cream to taste a lot better than Mr Whippy and Tesco own-brand, but it doesn't. I doubt we'll be going back.

The waiter Abdul was amazing! He helped me order so well and was very helpful when ordering.

The food was fabulous and the atmosphere was also fantastic the service was also great the person who served me was iqra who was very nice and had a great attitude and she was a grateful person to speak and interact with I'm forever grateful for how i was treated.

Iqra is the best waiter in the whole of the creams franchise and I also really do appreciate her kindness and respect towards me and my family when we visited. The hospitality and catering from her was remarkable

Look at this drink...I ordered mango fruit tea.but I received a water with full of ices.and there's no flavor of mango.i ordered through deliveroo. The mango fruit tea picture was so impressing in deliveroo. But you'll never get the same item.the worst drink i would say

I recently visited this dessert parlour, and I had a fantastic experience! The service was top-notch from start to finish, and I was especially impressed by Abdul, who went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. He was friendly and attentive. The food itself was delicious – rich, flavorful, and definitely worth the price.

First time visiting there, for the amountnof times I walked past, whilma was awesome, very bubbly. Also another girl as well (which showed us to the table who was awesome as well, recommended some drinks which may I say was just as good!

Today, we visited Creams and enjoyed coffee and nachos, which were decent. However, the service from Arjun stood out significantly. His charming personality, bright smile, and warm welcome made the experience memorable. He’s a hardworking and attentive guy, and his excellent service is a true asset to the company. I’ll definitely be returning because of him! 😊

Excellent service from the guys in there little expensive but what isn't these days. Beuno cookie treat was amazing! 2nd visit and the 1st wasn't a one off. Again great service great food staff here always welcoming and pleasant together with fast service of great food can't complain one bit.

YUM YUM my girlfriend and I loved the biscoff waffle. Very filling and overall very good quality.

Overall, food was good and there was a nice selection. The staff was friendly, A nice blonde server recommended me the chicken hot pocket which were surprisingly nice. She was very helpful.

She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure our drinks were always topped off. Her positive attitude really made our meal enjoyable.
