Whilma was an amazing hist she looked after us and was friendly and welcoming. Hot pockets could have been better if they were hotter.

Excellent service from the guys in there little expensive but what isn't these days. Beuno cookie treat was amazing! 2nd visit and the 1st wasn't a one off. Again great service great food staff here always welcoming and pleasant together with fast service of great food can't complain one bit.

YUM YUM my girlfriend and I loved the biscoff waffle. Very filling and overall very good quality.

Overall, food was good and there was a nice selection. The staff was friendly, A nice blonde server recommended me the chicken hot pocket which were surprisingly nice. She was very helpful.

I had an excellent experience at Creams and it was largely thanks to our server, Whilma. From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She was knowledgeable about the menu, offered great recommendations, and made sure our drinks were always topped off. Her positive attitude really made our meal enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back and hope to have her as our server again

Went to Creams in Reading on a Saturday evening. Our waitress was Aurhana, who was so friendly and lovely. She took very good care of us even though we were a very large group. All our orders were correct and she kept checking in with us throughout the evening. We were also offered a tasting of the new savoury free of charge. Thank you so much Aurhana!!

Worst customer service. They messed up my order 02/11/2024. Order number 163. Spoke to three different individuals who claimed to be the manager but were not. Spoke to Iqra and Jay and another lady don't know her name. They admitted there mistake in missing an item but refused to deliver. Please avoid this place.

We ordered ice cream and milk shake they only serve ice cream and they forget to serve milkshakes evan staff are not busy and not say sorry to serve to us wow what a good service I don’t recommend to this place poor customer service.
