Based customer service I ordered for coffee and everyone was literally running around,45 mins still no coffee whiles I was sitting down waiting.i addressed the lady and she said she’s been busy,even pples food was made before my coffee.even tho she apologized i just shouldn’t have to remind u about my order.

I ordered through just eat the bundle of 2 milkshakes and 2 desserts. Order came after an hour and 15 min. 1 milkshake missing. My crepe is not edible. Dry (feels like it is old) and hard, on edges is wet. No chocolate sauce. It is disgusting. I tried to call to the store, but they don't answer.

Today afternoon we have been to Reading branch @14:25 .. the service lady was very arrogant, doesn’t have any good customer service not even polite.. she was treating us ..like she was giving us the ice cream for free… we have been to your other stores and we never had this experience… please tell her how to treat family & kids

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Creams in Reading. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was quick, professional, and added to the overall positive vibe. We started with a savoury option – the BBQ chicken hot pocket – and were pleasantly surprised by how tasty and satisfying it was. Unlike a pie or wrap, it wasn’t heavy or dry, making it a perfect choice to kick off our visit. For dessert, my wife chose the Creams Sundae Royale, which she described as absolutely divine. I went for the Millionaires crepes, which were light, indulgent, and perfectly cooked. To round it all off, I had a hot, full-bodied cappuccino, while my wife enjoyed a thick iced coffee that tasted properly of coffee, not watered down like some places. Overall, the food and service were both top-notch, and we’ll be visiting again. If there’s a small suggestion for the management, perhaps turn up the heating a little, as it was noticeably cold, and it would be to consider updating the furnishings, as they’re starting to look a little worn. But that’s a minor point in what was otherwise a delightful outing.

The crepes were decent. The lemon meringue cheesecake was refreshing. I would have liked if they took the orders at the table.

The place has no atmosphere, and is looking tired, with decor reminiscent of a 1990s nightclub. The guy serving us was very attentive and friendly, I can't fault him at all, but the ice cream is nothing special. For the prices they charge I'd expect the ice cream to taste a lot better than Mr Whippy and Tesco own-brand, but it doesn't. I doubt we'll be going back.

The food was fabulous and the atmosphere was also fantastic the service was also great the person who served me was iqra who was very nice and had a great attitude and she was a grateful person to speak and interact with I'm forever grateful for how i was treated.

Iqra is the best waiter in the whole of the creams franchise and I also really do appreciate her kindness and respect towards me and my family when we visited. The hospitality and catering from her was remarkable

Look at this drink...I ordered mango fruit tea.but I received a water with full of ices.and there's no flavor of mango.i ordered through deliveroo. The mango fruit tea picture was so impressing in deliveroo. But you'll never get the same item.the worst drink i would say

I recently visited this dessert parlour, and I had a fantastic experience! The service was top-notch from start to finish, and I was especially impressed by Abdul, who went out of his way to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. He was friendly and attentive. The food itself was delicious – rich, flavorful, and definitely worth the price.

Whilma was such a wonderful host on this special day of Valentine's. Me and my boyfriend were sat in a closed up boot so we can have some privacy which was really nice.Food was amazing and they had beautiful decorations for the occasion as well. Very nice experience!!!

Me and my partner came here after having dinner and both had Sundaes they were lovely and a waitress named Whilma loved that me and my partner a gay and bi couple we mwere not afraid holding hands around her and asked is we would like a scoop of gelato on her which was lovely and warmed our hearts with her kindness

Today, we visited Creams and enjoyed coffee and nachos, which were decent. However, the service from Arjun stood out significantly. His charming personality, bright smile, and warm welcome made the experience memorable. He’s a hardworking and attentive guy, and his excellent service is a true asset to the company. I’ll definitely be returning because of him! 😊

Honestly was amazing. Came in for a light dinner & dessert with a friend and I can’t complain. Extra shoutout to Whilma - she was the best, constantly checking to see if we needed anything & keeping us updated on the food. Cannot complain at all :)
