Greggs in Reading

This guy deserves to be in a management position all deserving great personality perfect servicing he needs it certainly personal experience

We ordered steak slices and sausage rolls and they steak slices were fresh, juicy and nice thin pastry, I would order them again. The sausage rolls were okay.

Llegué a mi café habitual y envoltura de tocino. Bonita rama moderna. Algunos asientos de banco adentro y algunos asientos afuera. Servicio y menú habitual de Greggs. Excelentes precios como siempre

Me ha gustado por su cocina higiénica. Especialmente rollitos y sopas. Sírvelo caliente así que absolutamente listo para comer. Suites lo mejor para un rápido almuerzo de 15 minutos.

Well I never thought you could create sausage torpedo's with the consistency of indigestibility and such an unpalatable taste that meant after one bite I binned it. What a waste of money!

Good place for a quality coffee with lots of great stuff to eat, staff are always quick, we love Greggs!

I have tried my best in life to avoid going in to a Greggs but finally caved when it was the only thing open on a Sunday morning, had a bacon roll and a cup of coffee for £2.25 which you cant complain about at all and they were both nice.

Have just been in Greggs west street only to walk out. The lady behind the counter had an awful attitude. Whilst outside I heard her say **** off then. Went to Greggs in broad st mall much friendlier service. Will not return to west st again !!

Again, I have read the reviews before writing my own and Im a little astonished at what some people expect from a Greggs!!! As long as if you are buying hot food, you ask the staff how long it has been out, you should either get a nice hot something, or at least know that it may be cool. As for value for money...someone has written it was expensive? Really? Compared to where else??? I love their sausage rolls, best around and pretty reasonably priced. On this occasion we had a bacon and cheese flappy puff pastry thing, which is always a bit soggy underneath but that s how they are, taste excellent. A couple of hot drinks with that and a utility table to sit at to have a very cheap lunch....what more can you ask......of a Greggs ;-) I do have a complaint though.....PLEASE bring back the Toffee Greggnut :-(

Greggs came of age when more people could not afford to eat out so often. And it continues. The food is wholesome and the meal deals are good. The Reading branch does attract the homeless, who sit nearby. My tip, when you are there, buy them a sandwich and a tea or coffee. It's reasonably priced. You will feel better, they will feel better and will have had a decent meal. This branch is very popular. Good disabled access.

Foods yummy wish they did scotch eggs... can't beat the apple danish yum yum Bacon roll and a coffee for £2.50 how can you complain and its actually really good

I visited to buy some of favorite Tottenham cake and a tuna crunch roll to across a member of staff enjoying what she had just picked out if her nose. Put right off my cake

My children were hungry and we needed food on the go, so decided to pop in here in the way last. The queue was long with no apologies for the wait; minimal staff, small for a buggy to fit through the isle, and prices I found quite high. Ok for the average fast food takeaway but probably won't go back.

We were shopping and fancied just a quick snack whilst walking around the shops we ordered the Christmas pasty and the chicken slice. However the lady who served us could of at least served us like she enjoyed her job VERY GRUMPY !!! :-)

Nice coffee. I had Tasty bacon roll. This place has everything you expect to see in a greggs . The sausage rolls are to die for

I had the £3 combo: ham baguette and american coffee. Bread was fine but the ham was not that great. Coffee was ok but a bit cold :( it's a good place if you are in a hurry.

I enjoyed a tasty chicken salad sandwich with a brownie and crisps washed down with a diet soft drink and coffee.

Was in Reading at the weekend and was a tad peakish, saw KFC but the line was out the door so thought i know lets go to greggs,Was very little selection at all, the Lady who served me was the unhappiest person in the world and didn't even look me in the eyes when i asked for food, No service with a smile at all,Guess you pay for the service you receive

They have a good range of bakery items and coffee is also good plus prices r very good the only disadvantage Gregg's have is that they have no seating option. Grab nd go only

O Gregs é uma rede onde vc pode encontrar sanduíches, café, croissant, donut. É famosa por ter tudo bem fresquinho sempre! O preço é legal e dá pra fazer um lanchinho para carregar nos passeios.

May a time I have gone to Greggs and been presented with a cold sausage roll! I am pleased to say that this greggs keep on top of things! No mental scaring here!

The tea is proper English type and good. The sandwiches are ok, they look good but the fillings are cheap. The pastries and cakes are also cheap quality. I wouldn't touch the coffee.

Don't really recommend it. Simple sandwich, not great but not bad.Had stomach aches once. Coincidence ?

Кофе по качеству такой же, как в старбаксе или косте, но дешевле. Есть спец предложение - за 2 фунта можно взять на вынос кофе и пирожное (эклер, например). Обслуживание не супер - особо не церемонятся, торопятся, зеленого чая у них часто не бывает.
