Really good Mexican-style restaurant, serving tacos and burritos, as well as a range of other items. I usually go for a burrito, they're excellent value and very filling- medium size is usually enough for me. There's a range of fillings available, including vegan options. Various side options on offer too and it serves a range of soft drinks and beers. It's conveniently located on Reading High Street, easy to find and the restaurant access is fully accessible. Plenty of seating inside too. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the service is quick and efficient. Always look forward to this as a treat, recommended if you want a quick bite while in town.

The lady working today at around 1:30pm is so rude. We barely got a good amount of ingredients as you can see they were running low and haven’t restocked. As a paying customer why should I get less than I should just because they prioritize speaking to one another than restocking. And to top it all off - the burrito was life cold and falling apart. I was a regular here but not anymore there’s better burrito shops in Reading with friendlier staff and generous servings

The team here are great. When you’re running out for a quick lunch in the middle of a workday, they let you entirely customise your meal. It’s also lovely to be recognised after a few visits. Can’t fault the experience.

First time in this place, seemed ok from outside. Magda seemed friendly enough when we asked her to explain how the food worked. We had my elderly mother with us, who has dementia so had to order seperately which did not go down too well with one of the members of staff. She said we should've of ordered at the same time, I told her my Mum has dementia and we needed to feed her first. Not all disabilities are visible and staff should not just look at someone before commenting. Food was ok but not hot, won't be coming back.

Food is always good but the service is even better. Stefano is so helpful and great with customers.

Really good experience at this branch of Tortilla. Friendly staff went the extra mile to make me feel welcome, and you couldn’t tell that it was the server’s first shift (good job Klaudia!). Big fan of the enamel plates you get if you’re eating in as well. Definitely the best branch of Tortilla I’ve eaten at - keep up the good work.

This is an Uber eats review. Certainly not the fault of the driver, who I could see, took the most direct route. The food was stone cold. If it’s not possible to deliver hot food to certain areas, I suggest it shouldn’t be an option for customers.

I visit Tortilla on a regular basis, as the Burritos are the best. I also give Eugene 5* for the service. He has served me on numerous occations and is always polite and welcoming. I will return whenever I am in Reading.

This is not my usual lunch spot in Reading. But I will 100% be returning after how friendly the staff were, in particular Eugene. Service with a smile always brightens my day :) The food was great too, I recommend the quesadilla with the chicken!

Great service from the staff , the portions are really good and the food it’s really filling, I got served by Eugene who was an excellent help, this was my first time here and he guided me through the menu, really enjoyed my lunch here and definitely I will be back, if you looking for something quick and healthy for lunch definitely give it a try.

We went to this Mexican restaurant after getting of the train. It just opened and we ordered and got tres tacos, burritos, and loaded nachos. It was yummy and fresh. The Chiken and beef was good. The staff were nice and helpful. The prices were good as well. Nice to sit outside and watch everyone pass by.

Ordered food and they never delivered it. The driver stole it and ate it. Took 12 hours to get a refund with no compensation or anything.

Food overpriced. Poor and rude service - allowing people to skip the line for no clear reason. Wouldn't recommend coming here.

Never ordered but as a delivery partner staff are very nice and friendly people with the personal touch you can see reflected in their food which I would like to try because of that. The place is a trendy place and has a great atmosphere and menu food seems fresh and nutritious added bonus they offer delivery. If in bicycle a good place as cycle racks not far! Update. I must say this is the best of the best certainly for burritos 🌯 best portions and fresh wholesome ingredients so good I fact I did not take a picture of my plant mince tortilla because it was that good. So many options to try as well with fillings. All I would say it the nachos are good but might go well with a sauce like chilli 🌶️ guacamole 🥑 or mint coriander 🌿 riata and salsa 💃 sort of thing

Excellent food. Stefano is 5 stars also amazing staff but unfortunately not all staff is that nice. With some staff members the food potions are getting smaller and smaller. That’s the reason to change my review.

This place is an absolute gem. It's been a personal favorite of mine for years, and I can see myself coming back here for years to come. Everything on the menu is just perfect—you really can't go wrong. The staff is incredibly friendly, and even in the busiest of times, they still manage to remember you. It's that kind of personalized service that keeps me coming back.

Food is great, offcourse. But the service hoshhh, any person who is traveling or going home after a long day needs a restaurant with good service to make them feel good, and usually london’s branches are quite friendlier compared to reading. I asked for churros and the lady with glasses rudely said you will have to wait for 10 mins, i was like alright i will to washroom and come back have my burrito and churros, but she said you cant use washroom, its already been closed. I mean how can a customer’s washroom is closed before even the closing time ?

A personal favourite. I have been coming here for yours and likely will for years to come. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The staff are very friendly and will remember you even if it’s a very busy place.

Visit this place recently, I paid for large burrito with beef which is £1 or £2 extra, plus added some salad for another £1, well over £11, to get a 98% rice filled burrito, nothing else in there. As you can get a 1kg of rice for £1 and a tortilla for 20p, it was not value for money.

Amazing place to visit and eat, the staff are friendly the food is great and large for the price.
