The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Canterbury South East

No-one in the bar at seven on a Thursday evening. Not the greatest of atmospheres but the beer was fine.

One of my favorite places to hang out and chill in Wakefield.... unlimited coffee is very good. The bagels cream cheese yum, and opened late at can read, research and study. A very calm, clean and quiet atmosphere. The employees are top bar, Thank You AAA+++ (5.11.25) onion soup the best

Staff friendly even though busy, but I was not over impressed with either course of the meal I am afraid. Pity. Others gave good reports.

Great food, had an incredibly good vegetarian Wellington. The staff was cheerful and friendly, and we were allowed to bring our four-legged friend (they have a water bar and treats). Highly recommended!

Very busy but staff working hard and couldn't have done better to be more efficient whilst taking just enough time with everyone. Food cheap and good

the hot dessert turned up cold

Lovely staff, coffee and a chilled atmosphere, I met a friend and we were able to relax and chat. The toilets need an air freshener!

When we first walked in the staff just didn’t acknowledge us there was no table of 6 available so asked if we could move the table of 2 and table of 4 together as they were next to each other and both free. At first we was told no and then after a bit of explaining we was told we’d have to wait 15 minutes so they could clear the table. There was a tray with a few empty drinks on. 15 mins was up so we all went in and sat down the tray with drinks on was still on the table and the table hadn’t even been wiped. After all getting settled the waitress finally moved the tray and explained they was busy. We ordered drinks and food together. The drinks took 20 minutes to come. I had coke in a bottle and a glass with ice in. My ice was already half melted. Over an hour later our food came out. Burgers were dry. The Mac and cheese was the worst thing I had ever seen. It was like really stodgy porridge and did not taste of cheese at all. Any time we asked the waitress something she just made it seem like we was asking her to go above and beyond for us when really we wasn’t being difficult even in the slightest. At the end we go to pay and they add a 10% service fee without even asking. Why would I want to pay 10% of my nearly £150 bill for a poor and quite disgusting service. The only plus’s side to this place was the decorations, the mayonnaise and the fact they allowed dogs in

Went for a meal after hearing so much about the place, of course we chose the day the kitchen was closed for cleaning 🙃 so cannot rate food. Older lady behind bar was OK, not particularly friendly. Drink prices were expected, but didn't like it being served in a plastic cup. Will give it another try when down "that way"

Fantastic pub. It is the most dog friendly pub I have ever been to. Fair prices and friendly staff. Beer was nice.

Lovely evening, food was very good, hot and tasty. Great service, too. My only issue was that I think the menu was slightly overpriced. However, I am aware of the pressure on pubs with rising food and labour costs. Whitstable is an expensive place to eat.

I booked 2 nights absolutely discussed with the place cost me 159 for two nights 3 options on the menu no draught beer no wine range or bottled beer no air con does not say this on the website will never stay in a premier inn again if this is what there like totally let down and the food looked like it was from Iceland do not recommend this place at all
