I got an oreo Sunday it was so good I recommend but VAT is £1.49 on it service very quick and nice atmosphere total £9.85 so bring like £10-£20

Unfortunately, my experience at Creams Café was mixed. The wait was far too long, which spoiled a big part of our meal. The dishes were good, but nothing exceptional to justify the wait. Additionally, the prices were high, except for the kids' menus, which were really great. However, offering strawberries in March is a surefire way to get hard fruit, and that was indeed the case. A decent experience, but I'm not sure I'll be going back

Ordered banana strawberries waffles and millionaire waffle. They were spongy and soft.

Embarrassing customer service should be ashamed the lot of them, ordered food for collection on just eat and we couldn’t eat inside. They tried to lie saying ‘you need to pay the service fee’ which is already payed for on the just eat app. The food is poor quality, overhyped all it had was layers of sauce all over to cover up how underwhelming it is. The manager thinks he can bully people around and make up rules as he feels like it. He’s completely money hungry, don’t eat here you’re gonna regret it spend your money in better areas.

1 of our drinks arrived then our food. Our other drinks arrived after we had finished eating it wasnt even busy when we arrived. I noticed on our receipt a discretionary service charge was added to out bill and after checking there was no indication on the menu that it would be added which is a legal requirement when we questioned this the person who I am guessing was the manager was very rude and treated me like I was lying and asked another staff member to check then made a big deal about how it was inconvenient for him since I asked for it to be refunded as it wasn t stated and the service had been poor

When I placed my order, it said there was a 20-30 minutes delivery time. It was delivered 1 hour and 20 minutes after I ordered. I was waiting for a whole hour before it even left the restaurant - I tried to cancel but I couldn't as a driver had been

Me, my Mum and our friend decided we was going to try Creams Cafe Canterbury for the first time. We arrived 5 minutes before they were due to open. It stated on the window that they open at 11am. We sat at one of their outside tables while we waited for them to open. 15 minutes later they still wasn't open. We could see through the window a man pottering about behind the service area and a lady sat at one of the tables. I decided to phone them and ask what time they would be opening as we were starting to get cold sitting outside waiting. The man answered phone and said that they would be opening in 15 minutes, so we decided to wait. Whilst waiting two other people tried the door and we explained that they were opening at 11:30. These people explained that they had dined at creams before and that they always seemed to open late, which they found annoying. Anyway, the man finally opened the doors at 11:30. As we walked in the atmosphere was very cold and unwelcoming. The man immediately disappeared back behind the serving counter and we were left standing in the entrance by the 'wait here to be seated' sign. The lady who was still sitting at the table glanced over but didn't acknowledge us at all. We started talking amongst ourselves about whether we should just pick a seat and sit down because we felt stupid just standing there like lemons. The man then shouted over to us from behind the serving area 'pick a seat and I'll be over in a minute'. So we went and sat down. 10 minutes went by and nobody had been over to us. My friend got up and went in search of a menu. I must say the food on the menu looked pretty good, shame we didn't get to taste any of it though, as after a further 10 minutes we got bored of being ignored and decided enough was enough and we walked out. The service was non existent! Absolutely abysmal! But we have got one thing to thank creams for, after we left we found Chambers Cafe right next-door and what a little gem that place is! Top notch service and top class pancakes to die for.

Needs to be hotter it always comes cold

The cafe is close to the cathedral. In this neat and original setting, you can enjoy waffles, ice creams and other sweet pleasures. The hot chocolates are very good and with a neat aesthetic. Go there, you will not be disappointed and very well received.

Dreadful service, was waiting to be sat and they told me to just grab a menu and sit myself. Food was delivered to wrong table and when it finally came to me it was cold and burned. When I asked for a new one I was told to pay again which is a disgrace. Disappointed

They forgot half the order had to call several times til they answered didn't have a answer to where half the order was,refused to deliver missing items and just told me to put in for a refund, not that I hold much hope for a refund!!

I ordered a large milkshake for £7.45 and it was 90% foam, not happy about that

An enjoyable place for a mad dessert but the fabric on the blue sofa by the window is absolutely filthy. I cannot believe no-one in charge has made an effort to replcae it!

This ALWAYS happens. They “forgot” the soft serve ice cream and wafer and give the most littlest bit of topping on the waffle. It never looks like what’s pictured on the menu.

I just been there and I tried to order some stuff and I asked a lady who was serving about the products the vegan ones, and another lady just stepped into the conversation with a very arrogant attitude and speaking to me with superiority and also random she feel the need to tell me that she is the manager that was quite the moment I decided to take away . The other people that work there were quite nice but this lady's attitude and how she spek to clients is juts ridiculously and not good for the business with a person like her in front line . The date I had this experience is 15 December 4.30 PM. Also her name is Angela so avoid this "manger" to interact and maybe the business owner will enroll her in some courses regarding treat clients 😉

Missing seversal items on the order, just eat is very hard to contact about getting a refund so we are just out money for food we didnt receive

The serving guy initially said we could taste three different spoons per person then when we decided on one and wanted to try other 3 he said you can only taste 2 per person after discussing with someone lady inside. It was a bit rude of them to do that as we had already ordered one and wanted to try and decide the second one. Would think twice before coming here.

My first time going to this place and I ordered pistachios fondant melt. Ridiculously, I waited for 45 mins and the order still not served. The cafe was only less than half full at that time. Very unpleasant experience, definitely not going again.

My order was not delivered to me and the resturant was not helpful at all! They said its not their problem and to contact just eat!! I will definitely not be ordering from just eat or creams again!! Terrible service!

The courier was on our road but couldn’t find front door after a couple of messages back and forth and me giving thou rough instructions he’s decided to put the order through as delivered when we haven’t had a single item delivered

I had an awful experience at this dessert place. One of the staff members (a blonde big lady) was extremely rude, acting like she was above everyone. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior at a restaurant before, and it really ruined the whole experience. Please take a moment to read other reviews as well—I’m clearly not the only one who has faced this issue. Many people have pointed out the same rude attitude. Not sure if this woman is the manager or just a regular staff member, but either way, it’s unacceptable. Won’t be coming back!

Half the order was missing. What did arrive was melted. EVERYTIME we use just eat there is a problem and I’m forced to complain.

Had waffles there with a friend and they tasted amazing! I had the banana and strawberry covered waffle with biscoff syrup, milk chocolate syrup and toffee syrup. Also topped the waffle off with some ice cream, 10/10 combination! Service was pretty quick, and very polite. Would definitely recommend.

I visited this creams at Canterbury with a group of friends; THE MOST DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE EVER. I ordered a Vegan Cookie Dough Bake dish. IT WAS BEYOND HORRIBLE, tasted like overcooked oats. After taking 2 bites of it I gave my feedback and told the staff that I was not happy with it. The staff brings the manager and she responds with "Well it's vegan, what do you expect" and that I would not get a refund for my order. My question is, Should vegan food not taste good? Should it not be as close as the non vegan options? NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS BRANCH. WORST MANAGER.

The Apple Skillet is absolutely delicious! Toasted doughnut makes for a crispy outside and fluffy inside. The cinnamon and toffee sauce pairs really well with ice cream and apple. Highly recommend!

Awful service, ruined whole experience

Raspberry sorbet was inedible: bland, acidic, artificial. We couldn’t eat it (it was disgusting) and asked the waiter to bin it. We weren’t offered a refund or any alternatives. Not worth of being called “Gelato”

The only Creams I ever saw with such immaculate steampunk design! Food was delicious for reasonable prices and service was absolutely outstanding. I really don't understand the previous reviews, we were served by Aris, who's been very knowledgeable and kind. We will definitely be back to try more gelato flavours.

I recently visited Creams restaurant and loved it. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming. The desserts were delicious and looked great. The staff were friendly and made sure we had a good time. Creams is a perfect spot for a sweet treat. Highly recommended!

A special shout out to Aris and Sam, who consistently go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and have everything I need. The atmosphere at Creams Cafe is fantastic, creating the perfect environment for productivity and relaxation. Whether you're here to enjoy a meal or get some work done, the ambiance is just right. And of course, the desserts are great! My to go order is milk chocolate cookie dough and an extra hot latte which has always been delicious and well-prepared. I come here frequently, and it's always a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Went there on the bank holiday Monday, was super busy. But Aris who served me was lovely and dealt with everything smoothly. Food was delicious!!!! Definitely would recommend

I was so excited to come to creams with my friends because we were feeling peckish, until our day was absolutely ruined by the attitude of one of the workers. I believe her name was Daniela. In front of us was a couple Uber drivers and her attitude towards them was horrid. She ignored the fact we were there and despite us arriving an hour before close she wasn’t very welcoming and insisted it was takeaway only and a 20 minute wait. We agreed but couldn’t help notice her customer service was very unfriendly and she’s an extremely argumentative person. Bad hospitality, train your workers to be better.

We didn’t mind that there was no table service, although 4 tables were being served. But we were not told it would be a minimum of half an hour wait for a crepe and a waffle. As a pregnant woman, standing in a hot cafe for over half an hour where you can’t even go to the loo because the toilet seat is COVERED in urine is literally despicable. The woman at the front was ridiculously rude telling Deliveroo riders to go cry to their mums and saying “do you think you’re funny?”. Goes without saying but we won’t be going back.

What has happened to creams? We were asked if we wanted table service when we went in, and when we went to order we needed to ask the main desk to send someone to our table to take are order. Meaning we still had to go up to the desk, but couldn't order from the desk as we had table service. The same happened when paying, meaning we could have just left and not paid. And we might aswell have, as they apparently "misinterpreted" our order which effectively doubled the price. (We ordered a cookie dough and asked for the optional ice cream for +0.50p, but when it came to paying they charged us for a scoop of ice cream separately. On top of that it included a "discretionary" service charge which we were not informed about by any menu or employee but only found out about after paying) Tldr: So in the end, the service was awful, we were ripped off, and they took a tip for all this without our knowing. Worst dining experience of my life.

We had previously visited Creams Cafe in Canterbury on Mother's Day and we had ordered vegan crepes which were amazing. Sadly, on a return visit on Bank Holiday 6/5/24, when we ordered the same vegan crepes, the waiter told us there was no such thing on the menu. After showing him the menu and ordering the deserts we wanted, he returned to tell us it was impossible to cook the vegan crepes because they apparently kept "breaking up." The batter had obviously not been made correctly. Very disappointed.

Terrible service super expensive ice cream taste like it's been frozen several times with icicles inside staff on there phones no engagement no hello couldn't care for customers don't waste money here looks nice inside but poor products.

Store manager should learn some manners and should respect the customers , he can't say that it's busy and treat customers with disrespect. Ice creams are good .

Delicious tastes and cosy atmosphere!

The staff there is very unnecessarily rude. We went there for after lunch dessert, and the girl on the till spoke in a very rude way to us and the service we received was very slow and i do not recommend anyone to go here. There are other nice dessert places in canterbury, save yourself the hassle.

A pitiful excuse for an ice cream place. They only sell chocolate gelato and not ice cream ! We were told it was table service and we waited ages before us and everybody else decided to go up and order at the counter where two people were chatting and looking on their phones. Worn out old menus, dirty tables, really disgusting toilets with no soap or toilet paper !
