Good was great and great service from the driver.

ordered a milkshake thinking it was freshly made but it was a bottle of yazzoo didn’t state this when ordered . Need to be more specific about what the product is

Raspberry sorbet was inedible: bland, acidic, artificial. We couldn’t eat it (it was disgusting) and asked the waiter to bin it. We weren’t offered a refund or any alternatives. Not worth of being called “Gelato”

The Strawberry french crepe was delicious and the black cherry hot pocket was amazing! Overall a great treat in a very cool atmosphere!

The pancakes with strawberries or those with cherries are good and the welcome is pleasant

I recently visited Creams restaurant and loved it. The atmosphere was fun and welcoming. The desserts were delicious and looked great. The staff were friendly and made sure we had a good time. Creams is a perfect spot for a sweet treat. Highly recommended!

Creams Cafe has become my go-to spot for both studying and working. The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that I have everything I need. A special shout out to Aris and Sam, who consistently go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and have everything I need. The atmosphere at Creams Cafe is fantastic, creating the perfect environment for productivity and relaxation. Whether you're here to enjoy a meal or get some work done, the ambiance is just right. And of course, the desserts are great! My to go order is milk chocolate cookie dough and an extra hot latte which has always been delicious and well-prepared. I come here frequently, and it's always a pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Went there on the bank holiday Monday, was super busy. But Aris who served me was lovely and dealt with everything smoothly. Food was delicious!!!! Definitely would recommend

I was so excited to come to creams with my friends because we were feeling peckish, until our day was absolutely ruined by the attitude of one of the workers. I believe her name was Daniela. In front of us was a couple Uber drivers and her attitude towards them was horrid. She ignored the fact we were there and despite us arriving an hour before close she wasn’t very welcoming and insisted it was takeaway only and a 20 minute wait. We agreed but couldn’t help notice her customer service was very unfriendly and she’s an extremely argumentative person. Bad hospitality, train your workers to be better.

We didn’t mind that there was no table service, although 4 tables were being served. But we were not told it would be a minimum of half an hour wait for a crepe and a waffle. As a pregnant woman, standing in a hot cafe for over half an hour where you can’t even go to the loo because the toilet seat is COVERED in urine is literally despicable. The woman at the front was ridiculously rude telling Deliveroo riders to go cry to their mums and saying “do you think you’re funny?”. Goes without saying but we won’t be going back.

What has happened to creams? We were asked if we wanted table service when we went in, and when we went to order we needed to ask the main desk to send someone to our table to take are order. Meaning we still had to go up to the desk, but couldn't order from the desk as we had table service. The same happened when paying, meaning we could have just left and not paid. And we might aswell have, as they apparently "misinterpreted" our order which effectively doubled the price. (We ordered a cookie dough and asked for the optional ice cream for +0.50p, but when it came to paying they charged us for a scoop of ice cream separately. On top of that it included a "discretionary" service charge which we were not informed about by any menu or employee but only found out about after paying) Tldr: So in the end, the service was awful, we were ripped off, and they took a tip for all this without our knowing. Worst dining experience of my life.

We had previously visited Creams Cafe in Canterbury on Mother's Day and we had ordered vegan crepes which were amazing. Sadly, on a return visit on Bank Holiday 6/5/24, when we ordered the same vegan crepes, the waiter told us there was no such thing on the menu. After showing him the menu and ordering the deserts we wanted, he returned to tell us it was impossible to cook the vegan crepes because they apparently kept "breaking up." The batter had obviously not been made correctly. Very disappointed.

Terrible service super expensive ice cream taste like it's been frozen several times with icicles inside staff on there phones no engagement no hello couldn't care for customers don't waste money here looks nice inside but poor products.

Store manager should learn some manners and should respect the customers , he can't say that it's busy and treat customers with disrespect. Ice creams are good .

This cafe shop scammed me, saying my card transaction was not completed and made me paid the same food twice. Absolutely scam , don’t go.

Delicious tastes and cosy atmosphere!

The staff there is very unnecessarily rude. We went there for after lunch dessert, and the girl on the till spoke in a very rude way to us and the service we received was very slow and i do not recommend anyone to go here. There are other nice dessert places in canterbury, save yourself the hassle.

A pitiful excuse for an ice cream place. They only sell chocolate gelato and not ice cream ! We were told it was table service and we waited ages before us and everybody else decided to go up and order at the counter where two people were chatting and looking on their phones. Worn out old menus, dirty tables, really disgusting toilets with no soap or toilet paper !

Ice cream was incredibly average. Ok if you wanna wait 20 mins for ice cream.

Overall, it is just okay. The waffle and cookie dough were not bad but not great. The toppings on the waffles were not as generous as the pictures and they are understaffed. It was somehow a self service restaurant

this is not a waffle, this is the driest waffle we ever had. Not worth 11 pounds at all. Should have more sauce or something it is so dry.

amazing desserts but the staff was so rude. we had to wait over 20 minutes to order even though we were calling the waitress the whole time. the staff is just chatting all the time and not caring about the clients. we also waited a long time to pay: a waitress told us to wait for her to come back at the table, 30 minutes passed and no one came, we called another waitress and she just sent us to pay at the counter in a really rude way. no smiles, just rude attitude the WHOLE time. never coming back.

Didn’t get the whole order, food was also cold. Overall not a good order exstemly unhappy usally I have no problems.

Nice dinner dessert at Creams today with my partner. Enjoyed a hot chocolate fudge cake which was gooey and rich. My partner enjoyed a strawberry chocolate indulgence crepe which she said was delightful. Our waitress was very friendly too. Overall a lovely experience.

The staff were unhelpful and not interested to serve or help. Service was slow and we almost walked out. The presentation of the icecream was slovenly. The top scoop fell off within a minute of leaving the store. Never going back.

The tapioca tasted vile, they were hard and mushy, not happy!

We ordered three desserts and expected them to arrive together, not surprisingly. The first dessert arrived, after 15 minutes (after first dessert finished) I asked a member of staff where the other two were. I was astonished to be told that I should be more patient as there were only 4 staff available and there were hundreds of customers, I counted all of about 35 to 40 max. further more the screen decides who gets what and when and there is nothing they can do about it. It was lost on the staff that they should be delivered broadly at the same time. What I didn’t bargain for was to be given a bit of a roasting because of their ineptitude. Wake up and smell coffee folks. Just before leaving, I went to the loo to find a lot of liquid on the loo floor, I wasn’t prepared to test what the liquid was, nor would you if you are reading this review. Additionally the loo seat was in pieces. All in all pretty dreadful service in a VERY shabby state.

Had opted for the thickshake on purpose to make sure it arrives colder/thicker. The milkshake was halfway melted unfortunately.

The ice cream was good and decor was cool but I had a weird exchange with the server. He had me repeat my order several times and said he couldn’t understand what I saying, yet I was speaking clearly with a north american accent and my order was just a scoop of gelato. He was pretty loud and seemed to have an attitude. Maybe something against tourists? Whatever the reason, it was a confusing and embarrassing exchange - please train your staff better.

I begrudge you adding a tip to the bill for a service charge when this is the second time I've been here and no one has asked if our food is okay or asked if we would like another drink etc. Food simply delivered, left and no service. Both times I've had to approach the till to pay. However the desserts are lovely.

Recently Creams have been sending incorrect orders. Sometimes they miss items, sometimes they send wrong items. Today they labelled the ordered item incorrect. The delivery driver double checked and the one Creams marked for me was not mine. Delivery driver kindly allowed me to check from another order which he was delivering, which was actually mine. This is becoming a cmon thing with Creams. Last time they missed my icecream. You wait an hour, only to get wrong order... their solution is refund, but really, does that refund help feed the hungerat the time? They need to improve their service.

It was one of the few cafes in the area that stays open until 9pm. However, when we went at 18.00 for coffee and dessert, most of the sweets had run out. We got crepes but unfortunately they were served to us cold, meaning they were not cooked at the time of order but were ready. The positive is the comfortable space with convenient canapés

Went for a quick lunch with my family, the 2 workers were rushing peoples food as they just wanted to stand in the back or have a conversation in result of this my waffle was raw inside and my mother’s crepe was also undercooked. They also said for a plant based waffle it would take them 10 minutes to make which is ridiculous it does not take 10 minutes to make a batter. Coffee and hot chocolate was rubbish too they use burnt beans and burnt the milk whilst steaming it. Not sure I would come back.

It’s cold, it isn’t cooked properly it’s an absolute mess

We had 2 sundaes, and they were only have full. Hardly anything in them. The milkshake was as it usually is.

I am on a new development which wad explained on my order notes, with directions. The driver also had my phone number and did not call once to ask for help. I watched him drive around the area getting lost, when he arrived he didn't even buzz my flat so I had to go and get him. My milkshake had melted and my cookie dough is cold :(

As an American moved to Canterbury, I miss the Cheesecake Factory and decided to try Creams after a nighttime event at the Cathedral. Wow!! Creams is even better! The Steampunk atmosphere is amazing! The service was first class! My gelato rocked my world and my hubby loved his Knickerbocker Glory!! Can’t recommend enough! Great food, variety, service and great prices!!

I don’t know what’s happened but I regularly get from here and never had a problem. Today however a completely different experience food was really cold and didn’t look or taste nice very disappointing. Come on guys I know you can do better

The waffle was rock solid and cold which caused me to have to throw it away as I wasn’t able to eat it.

My friend and I each had a signature waffle from the bundle, however when we opened the boxes, the gelato that came with each waffle was missing, dissapointing for the price

Another order not received, waited over an hour only to find once we called them the driver had gone back without delivering. Why not call us ??

My brother and I visited creams with the expectation that the deserts would be good quality and quantity, although for this price the food didn't live up to expectations. Our deserts were both small, especially my cookie dough, and my brothers waffle was flavourless, undercooked, and with the name 'strawberry indulgence' you would expect more than a few strawberries scattered over a plain waffle with some basic chocolate sauce. Very disappointed.

Extremely prejudiced staff.. Average food and ice cream.. Good coffee… Stay away if you are a tourist!!! Won’t recommend to anyone with colour…

Good ice cream. For some reason it took 15+ minutes to get 1 scoop of ice cream despite the fact there was a tub full of the ice cream. The sinks are a bit odd as well, but i can tell a lot of effort was spent decorating the place.

Visited Canterbury for the day, and decided to give this place a try as we fancied dessert. So glad we did !! Service was excellent from the moment we walked in, and the menu was extensive and varied. We went for a couple of the biscoff inspired waffles - just delicious !!! And huge !!! We couldn’t finish them as they were so big but they were seriously tasty ! Even got a drink for an extra £1 each. Based on our experience, I’d totally recommend Creams Cafe in Canterbury.

Only one item turned up lady who answeared phone is rude. and infact puts phone down will never ever deal with this place again I tried to explain I have a child with asd that been waiting amd she very rude as stated . Don't bother with this place

When you go somewhere that’s meant to open at 10 but at 1040 they’re not open and you’re rudely told by the staff were running late, it’s human nature!! Safe to say wont be returning

The desserts were delicious especially the waffles and they're a good size too. My daughter had the plant based "cookie dough" which is very small and was more of a cake texture and in her opinion was very dry and not very nice, she did however enjoy the sorbet. More gluten free/vegan options should be available, could offer gluten free waffles etc with vegan squirty cream and vegan ice creams etc. Nice decor and the service was very very quick. Would recommend.

Watery milkshake, no sour cream with the nachos and they were a bit stale, soggy strawberries on the waffle, just not worth what you pay in my opinion

Terrible I really wouldn't bother. Milkshake arrived split and spilt over the rest of the order making a big soggy gooey mess. Called to have order replaced which was declined, so all in all waited 45 minutes for nothing, go elsewhere!

Я всё понимаю, но когда повышают цены и экономят на мороженом , это не солидно! Новое меню, где цены на десерты на 2£ больше в сравнении с прошлым годом и десерт МЕНЬШЕ😐 Уже все это заметили!!! Не рекомендую больше это кафе десертов. Вы таким образом потеряете клиентов. Мы приезжали к вам , т.к. намнравится интерьер кафе. Но то что вы экономите на десертах, сделав их меньше и при этом подняв цены это очень не красиво‼️
