The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in North West

I popped in to Southport branch today for some food shopping. Having not been there before I wasn’t sure of where items were. There was a young man called Cole who was extremely helpful and Smiley nothing was too much trouble for him. I very rarely comment on customer service but when it’s exceptional I feel it needs to be recognised. Thank you cole !!

Very disappointed with this M&S cafe. Told it's the new model ....... awful!. Why spoil the previous experience. No finesse at all, not what I expect from Marks and Spencer. If my branch goes over to this I'll stop going as will a lot of people.

I'm a professional support worker who took a severely handicapped man for a breakfast. On arrival at the counter area, we waited.....and waited.......and then waited some more as service staff flitted past us without so much as an acknowledgement or an "be with you in moment" ....which would have been nice. When I WAS finally acknowledged by the sour-faced, young harpy in attendance, I was summarily informed that "breakfasts have finished." When I enquired what time breakfast is served until, she said "11:30.." I took out my phone and showed her the GMT which quite clearly read 11:27 am, in tandem with the café's website statement that breakfasts are actually served until 11:45 am. There were also still PLENTY of breakfast ingredients within the hot-plate area which had by no means been cleared away as yet. When I stated that we had easily been there just haplessly "waiting" and being totally ignored since 11:20 am.....I was told... "Well....we've all been busy." I therefore boldly insisted that I WOULD be expecting the requested breakfasts... regardless. With a totally lacklustre and frosty attitude, the requested breakfasts DID materialise, and were very well cooked and presented. What a total pity that this establishment is obviously understaffed, and that those who ARE currently in a public facing role, seem to have become very visibly embittered about the challenges this understaffing presents. What should really be a seamless, friendly and "well announced" transition from breakfast serving to lunch serving, became a contentious and disingenuous affair, and left us feeling that the staff member in question harboured nothing but contempt for the fact that this was currently HER job, perhaps feeling that the restaurant's customers are not only "stupid" (and can't tell the time) ...but that they'll for one minute, put up with the utterly atrocious, inhospitable attitude she seems to think, passes as "service" within what is otherwise.....a very pleasant venue.

Dreadful - ordered a hot Macchiato and it came iced and no coffee taste at all - for £5.70!! Could not taste coffee...

Visited Fleetwood market today and must say that I am apauled by one of the traiders in the indoor cafe the owner was extremely rude towards me and my wife, this isn't our first visit but it will definitely be our last , the breakfast I ordered was swimming in grease when I went to make a complaint he was extremely rude , we will not be returning nor will we be recommending to family and friends!

This is a great branch of Costa they make great coffee the staff are very friendly and the place is always clean.

Not much in store that’s current. No cashmere jumpers this year and the dresses were awful. Not as many ladies tops for this time of year either. Really couldn’t find anything for Christmas. Think they selling more childrens clothes at the loss of ladies clothes. Will only be going for food in future

Called in to this cafe and sat outside in the sun. Our order of two coffees, a cheese toastie and a pain au raisin was served with a total lack of interest. ‘I’ve spilled your coffee’ - given the prices here there was about £3 of coffee in the saucer! No apology or attempt to remedy the situation, my husband had to go into the cafe to ask for a napkin to mop it up. They didn’t have any (!?) and gave him some blue roll. The food was tasty but overall a mediocre experience.

There is no doubt that your coffee are amazing and one of the best. However, your greatest asset are your amazing staff because it dosen't matter how good your food and drinks are, if they are not served by friendly, professional and dedicated staff your business will not strive and you will not create the fabulous atmosphere like the one that exist in St Peters Square. We encountered 3 amazing staff on one of the evening that we was there, Morgan, Courtney and Ellie. They are worth their weight in gold. They manage to maintain a friendly smile despite the great number of customer that visit.

Best costa around staff are so friendly and helpful and coffee is always spot on would highly recommend

Great brunch/breakfats menu. The range on offer is great and can be customised too to suit your tastes! Great space to enjoy breakfast and brunch in - like the meadow side space as well in the chain.

Terrible !! The toastie was burnt and the apple juice was out of date, hairs in food horrible place, nice delivery lady tho

Having eaten out a few times at the village Hotel and never had any issues until now. Found the the team to be stretched with only one server going the the bar initially and being told to take a seat and Simone would be over to take drinks 15 min later had to go back to the bar unfortunately the server asked to take the order as I was waiting in the cue and waited another 15 min to get our drinks and an hour fifteen for our food. Had to come the the bar again and ask about the food delays and finally received cremated chicken wings totally inedible without needing some form or rehydration to the chicken. Unfortunately the super food had bits missing off the plate and blackened salmon totally overcooked. Fish fingers for our Daughter tasted nice however the mash was not nice in taste and texture. Received a refund for the 2 poor dishes and went home for food.

During a shopping trip to Cheshire Oaks today my son and I stopped for a snack at lunchtime. He chose a ham and cheese baguette whilst I struggled to find something with no meat, the bottom shelf displayed a tiny lifeless mozzarella and something flat bread on a bed of ham pieces from the item alongside (costing over £6) at the till I asked if they had anything with no meat and was offered a tuna baguette 🤦🏻‍♀️ there was also a cheese toasty that quite literally(should have took a photo) had 1 teaspoon of cheese in the middle of the piece of bread! I declined and sat with my son and my bottle of water. Will definitely not go back!

Came in for lunch with my 2 year old and one of the staff came over and told me to keep my 2 year old sitting down she spoke to us disgusting shouted it over the shop with an attitude waving her hands around. Don’t mind that children have to sit down if spoken to with respect and not in front of people. Needs training about how to talk to people properly. Never go here again.
