Costa Coffee Allerton Road 2 in Liverpool

Came in for lunch with my 2 year old and one of the staff came over and told me to keep my 2 year old sitting down she spoke to us disgusting shouted it over the shop with an attitude waving her hands around. Don’t mind that children have to sit down if spoken to with respect and not in front of people. Needs training about how to talk to people properly. Never go here again.

Called in for a coffee but did not stay. Tables not cleaned which we have noted before. The floor looks like it has not been cleaned for weeks, full of dust.

But takes too long and costs too much just for a cup of coffee ( but its always full probably from the parents waiting for the children from the local dance schools

I well remember when this site used to be a Woolworth's store not that many years ago. Now a bustling Costa Coffee serving good coffee.

Las apariencias pueden engañar y esta costa es mucho más grande en el interior de lo que parece desde el exterior, y tiene un formato muy amplias y distribución que aumentó mi modo de normal a por encima de la media.Aparte de que es bastante regular de costa.

While the coffee is good the service can wildly vary. There is a nice young lady that works there but one of the lads talks too loud like he's in a pub with his mates

Nelle immediate vicinanze di Penny Lane, proprio a ridosso della fermata dell'autobus, si trova questo locale della catena Costa, qualcosa di simile a Starbucks ma meno caro e molto ma molto più alla mano ed accogliente.Dopo aver percorso la nota strada sulle orme del celeberrimo gruppo, questo è un ottimo posto per riposarsi, bere un buon cappuccino, e anche mangiare qualcosa di dolce o salato.I bagni sono perfetti e il personale è squisitamente gentile.Assolutamente da segnalare e consigliare anche per famiglie con bimbi piccoli al seguito.

Always bring my children here for a hot chocolate, nice friendly atmosphere, and always thoroughly enjoy our drinks 😆

Esta es la segunda vez que he visitado este Costa y las dos veces me he dado cuenta estándares de limpieza parecía demasiado debajo de otros costas. Las mesas y los pisos no han sido limpiadas de nuestros clientes. El Bebé de cambio/wc discapacitados ha sido maloliente y desagradable en ambas visitas. El personal estaba bien y la comida y la bebida, como cabría esperar.

Terribly dirty, tables not cleaned between customers. Chairs stained. Toilet disgusting - staff pleasant. There are plenty other coffee shops nearby to go to

Air con too high to enjoy a coffee in. Every table covered in trays and cups despite no customers queuing.

Regularly meet my friend here. The coffee is delicious but think twice about ordering the huge bowl of coffee as it is cold way before you are two-thirds through. Pleasant staff. Always plenty of cinnamon to shake on top; lots of napkins; sugar sachets etc. Comfy seating and can usually get a table for two easily.

Staff seem under staffed at times but the staff that are there are on the ball. Thanking customers for waiting and going that extra mile to assist guest to the table even when there is a line.
