This is my go-to place for breakfast. The staff are friendly, the food is good. What more do you need a review to say? I have the veggie breakfast and this establishment uses high-end veggie sausages that feel and taste like, well, sausages. I particularly like the fried haloumi that comes with it. My only complaint, and it's a small one, is that it can get a bit noisy when the coffee machine kicks off.

Toni has the nicest coffee and the yummiest cakes. Toni is always smiling and I wouldn’t go anywhere else she makes my day

I go to this cafe all the time as nice atmosphere. Very open and spacious which is helpful with a pram. Many places you go are so cramped that you don’t feel welcome in bringing a pram in as blocks aisles etc. not the case here. Also table service is great. Again with a pram trying to balance food/drink back to a table isn’t easy so this is very appreciated. Plenty of room. Staff are all lovely and polite/chatty/helpful. The food is also really good and reasonably priced. Always extremely clean whenever I have been and usually some good music playing in the background :). Definitely recommend xx

I really enjoyed my trip to saffron last weekend because the waiter was very welcoming and the atmosphere was nice. Although they ran out of protein pancakes i would love to go there again soon.

The staff at Coffee house Runcorn New shopping centre the levels of professionalism at this store are amazing their are always their to meet and greet you with a warm and welcoming smile and they are always there to help and assist you with all your needs when you are visiting the store and the facilities and food are always clean and the food and drinks are always good and hot and ready to go and the staff at this store Coffee house franchise should be very proud of the staff at this store for their hospitality and dedication to serving the community and coffee house franchise you should be proud of the staff at this establishment.

I come here to chill with a book, meet a friend or just catch up on social media. It's eco friendly with locally sourced ingredients and compostable cups. I think they should shout louder about this as it's a real selling point. There is a generous loyalty scheme on an app, shared with the Thai restaurant next door.

Lovely cafe,clean, bright, welcoming, lovely staff. Food was delicious presented well cooked to perfection.

Ordered food from here for delivery. The lamb chops were superb and the kebabs were simply to die for! Highly recommended restaurant.

Great litte bar in runcorn good during these troubled covid times appointment booking for tables until may with restrictions being lifed but good astmospere food is nice and great local prices are reasonable but little high no complaints if you like to socialze lots of local people under a archway of fun this place is good vibe

Truly amazing! Finally managed to visit the Red Lion. My girlfriend & I ordered different dishes. She had liver & I had fish. We had a couple of spring rolls as a starter - wow so tasty & massive. Our main meals were delicious, my medium fish was so big it only just fitted on the plate! Both meals were cooked to perfection. The waitresses were attentive & so friendly. We didn't have room for a desert but next time. The bill was more than reasonable. We will be seeing more of the Red Lion. Five stars is not enough for this amazing place. The chef must be a perfectionist. Thank you Red Lion for a memorable lunch.

I have visited the Runcorn cafe since it opened. On the last few occasions I have noticed it looking a bit dirty - tables unwiped, food on the floor and mud on the floor. I am aware that it's part of Runcorn Hill Park, so it can't be easy to keep the floor clean. The cafe can get very busy, and the staff haven't got time to clean, but I do think tables and trays should be cleaned between customers.
