I go to this cafe all the time as nice atmosphere. Very open and spacious which is helpful with a pram. Many places you go are so cramped that you don’t feel welcome in bringing a pram in as blocks aisles etc. not the case here. Also table service is great. Again with a pram trying to balance food/drink back to a table isn’t easy so this is very appreciated. Plenty of room. Staff are all lovely and polite/chatty/helpful. The food is also really good and reasonably priced. Always extremely clean whenever I have been and usually some good music playing in the background :). Definitely recommend xx

At the tropicana cafe yesterday, as usual very covid friendly, good food, and great staff.music in the background which the staff enjoyed as well,something we all need after twelve bad months of staying in due to the covid. Keep up the good work thanks.

Very good scouse , good service very clean,really good variety of food good all round.staff friendly plenty of tables there is even a settee if you just want to have a coffee and rest after shopping.good place to go right opposite the range handy for car park well done tropicana.

Just love this cafe. It is based in 'The Box' area of Halton Lea Shopping Centre. For a small cafe it has an extensive menu offering value for money. An absolute must, is their homemade scouse. A bowl of scouse with red cabbage or beetroot, accompanied by a bread roll and tea or coffee is only £3.50!! What a bargain and lovely food. Well worth a visit.

45 Canal Street, Runcorn WA7 1SA EnglandI booked here for my 60th birthday party. 29/3/25. Dave and his staff, they couldn't do enough for me to ensure I had a great night, I had 2/3 guests who didn't drink, but the lady n gent on the bar, sorted them cups of tea. I wanted the pan of scouse, as a hot dish, as well as the buffet, which i did myself. The amount of people since then who've said the scouse was delicious, so congratulations to the chef who made it. As I've said nothing was too much trouble. Would I book again? Yes maybe when I'm 70, if I live that long. 🤣 Once again Thank you Lockdown. Xx

3 Sandy LaneIf you’re ever in York you simply have to check out Robinsons. From epic dishes to tasty morsels, frothy coffee to tea for two, nothing is too much trouble. I can honestly say you won’t find a more helpful and friendly guy that Will. He’s even helped me change my tyre when I had an unexpected flat recently. He’s a top guy and the bistro deserves its success. Please support them and enjoy their fabulous hospitality.

119 Runcorn RdMet a friend here for a Friday afternoon glass of wine. There is a great outdoor seating area, plenty of parking and the service was great. The food looked really good so we will have to come back.
