The staff at Coffee house Runcorn New shopping centre the levels of professionalism at this store are amazing their are always their to meet and greet you with a warm and welcoming smile and they are always there to help and assist you with all your needs when you are visiting the store and the facilities and food are always clean and the food and drinks are always good and hot and ready to go and the staff at this store Coffee house franchise should be very proud of the staff at this store for their hospitality and dedication to serving the community and coffee house franchise you should be proud of the staff at this establishment.

Abbey toni and millie served me today. What lovely girls. Made the atmosphere very chilling. Went to the runcorn coffee house and had latte and hunters chicken baguette. Divine. Keep up the good work girls

Absolutley love this place and will not go anywhere else! We are in most days after the school run, staff are ridiculously attentive and are always very welcoming and friendly. 9 times out of 10 our order is done before we even get to the till. Great atmosphere too.

The Best Coffees in town. Debbie went above and beyond and the all the staff are so friendly. I Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

This is the best coffee in Runcorn and we are regular visitors but not after today. There was a person with a puppy on there knee and it was licking the table. This was the only place in Runcorn that you could relax without dogs. Now one or two have been allowed in there will be dozens my daughter and friend are allergic to dogs so this is now somewhere else that we will be unable to visit

Visited today as a treat for myself and my Dad whilst sorting some admin out. The place was busy without being overtly noisy. Perfect, so perfect that although we intended on a quick coffee, we stayed longer and had 2 large beverages and food and stayed longer than intended. The staff were excellent, welcoming, friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, and attentive to their jobs without being disruptive or imposing. No leaning here, just cleaning and being great ambassadors for the business. Can't wait to come back for more coffee and cake! Thank you, guys.

The best place in Runcorn for a coffee! The staff are always so kind and friendly it makes all the difference! As a regular visitor it’s always so nice to be welcomed with a smile and a chat. 100% tastier than all the coffee chains around too, not been to Costa since this opened :)

This is my fave coffee house in Runcorn. The staff are amazing and cant do enough for you. They know their regulars names and their favourite brews. A great start to my work day in the week.

Fabulous place, made all the better by the lovely staff. I work for a local council and having such lovely and friendly staff makes a massive difference. Many of our staff use this regularly, we would be lost without it. Amazing food and cake and best bacon butty in the shopping centre! AA+

Love this coffee shop, always come in after dropping the kids at school with the missus and our baby, the staff are polite and on the ball and have our order ready on the till before we have even said anything, 10/10 would recommend

Had some management training up in Runcorn. Whilst staying there I managed to pop into the coffee house and tried their breakfast wrap. Served by a young beautiful woman called Katy, she was amazing! The Breakfast wrap was one of the best I've tried and the coffee was great too. If I'm ever back in Runcorn I will definitely be attending the coffeehouse again. Thank you!!

This cafe is lovely. It is clean and inviting and the food and drinks are great. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful and genuinely happy to please. I took my friend today and Debs couldn't do enough for us. My friend has a walking stick and was very kind to her and she came over with the teas and chatted to us and told us if we needed any more hot water to just ask. I have been before and different staff, equally fabulous, were working and so this company must insist on staff with the same qualities. Megan and Marta were also working today and my friend and I would like to say a big thank you to them all.

The best hot chocolate of any coffee shop. Beats the bigger chains hands down. Service is always great too and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I look forward to my trips to The Coffee House each week

I love coffee house especially the one in Runcorn/ shopping city the coffee is tasty and smooth and the staff are far better than any other coffee shop I’ve been in, they are happy chatty and friendly, it makes a great change.

As a frequent visitor its fair to say the staff here are delightful. So friendly! Coffee is gorgeous, so smooth. It’s so nice I often visit twice a day. You ought to give this place a try, much more personal than costa 😉
