They driver was so rude without any reason

Second time eating here this week, on both occasions we were served by Sam. Polite and attentive which made us feel that we were being listened to and not rushed. Sam explained the menus and what the various deals were. A real credit to Harvester which I feel should be recognised. The food was good, the salad bar was clean, tidy and well stocked. Our children love the build your own desserts and are recommended.

Great service and great food, Lisa was great and made sure everything was good with us. Would recommend will be back to try other menu

Left my car at Autoglass and had a couple of hours to fill. Found this cafe on my maps and walked there, what a great place with a good menu! It was very busy which is testament to its good quality produce and very friendly & helpful staff. I enjoyed a full breakfast which came with fresh orange juice, it was excellent and good value. If I am in the area again I will definitely visit,

Sexual activity in the toilets, drug taking, violent and aggressive customers with thuggish behaviour, very loud and rude staff ignoring customers. Male and female staff more focused on mobile phones, male staff has a BO problem. All in all a very disappointing experience, no food available, so not really a 'bar and grill'. We will not be going there again.

Fantastic place to stay and dine the management was so friendly and helpful has was all the staff the food was fabulous has was the rooms lovely and clean we are looking forward to going back early next year hope you all have a good Christmas and a happy new year thanks stephen and Roger

Owner and staff are amazing go out of there way to make ur day beautiful people we come here twice a week after work the best cocktails in bolton and any place you can go we love it

Normally excellent food, however today (very busy) the gammon was burnt and the steak and ale pie was cold inside. I didn't complain other than mention it to the girl collecting our plates.

Popped in Thursday after work , new clientel , whom i might add are verey very friendly. They had free food one , Home made Chicken Curry with Rice n Garlic Bread , all is need is to make a donation The Food was lovely as are the staff I would advise you nipping in

Fabulous meal with family for my birthday absolutely lovely fresh fish for me my dad had the garlic mushrooms my dad had for his starter were hot and freshly prepared the chicken in mushroom sauce my parents had looked fabulous too and the sticky toffee pudding was to die for according to my mum 😍 the service was top notch and the lovely waiter was pleasant and very attentive

Had 2 pints £4.40 each paid cash Then had another pint exactly the same but paid card this 1 was £5.50 absolutely disgusting

The Last Drop village is a lovely unique and pretty place to visit. I went for dinner yesterday afternoon and chose The Drop Inn, as havent been in for years. I chose the cheese and onion pie with root veg and vegan gravy and it was absolutley lovely. Also to my amazement and joy the plate was HOT!!! It is very rare I have found when visiting many venues that they bother to heat their plates up but I think this is totally necessary to keep your food warm throughout your meal so this was a big plus for me! Last but not least was the service....absolutely top notch professional , efficient and friendly service from the lovely gentleman named Miller! Very knowledgable and helpful adding to the enjoyable dining experience. I will definitely retun and highly recommend this place.*****

I would like to give this cafe 5 stars because the staff are great, the food is good and despite some reviews I don't think it's expensive. However, a major issue and one that is becoming far too common is irresponsible and nuisance dog owners. I think it really off-putting to see people feed their dogs at the table allowing them to wander round off leads or worse still use one of those trailing leads to tangle round your feet. It is also unacceptable, even though your dog may be friendly to allow it to come sniffing round my young children. I'm a dog lover and have had a few but this current trend of not keeping your dog to yourself is just not on

Have ordered from heavenly desserts Bolton a few times. The food and waffles are delicious and well made, however each time something has been missed off our order or swapped with no communication from the restaurant. The latest was ordering a flavoured gelato tub (retailing at £7) and instead being given a small tub of gelato which would cost around £3. They even left a note on one of the boxes asking us to leave a positive review!! Definitely not impressed or positive review worthy service!!
