Served by Wendy and Blake and they go above and beyond as usual. Service is quick and efficient and they always make our little girl excited to come and visit. Will always come here as long as they are.

Friendly staff upon arrival and happy to accommodate any of our needs. Food was tasty and good portions at affordable prices. Efficient service after we ordered and all 10 orders arrived together and piping hot.

Nathan really made our experience enjoyable, he was really friendly and attentive without rushing us. The food was all excellent and despite it being a match day, the restaurant atmosphere was great and they were well-staffed, so everything was all round fab!

This place definitely deserves a 5* rating. Of all the harvesters or even pub style restaurants we've been to, this place has been by far the best. We popped in on Thursday night for tea and came back again on Saturday morning for breakfast. Both times, the service was outstanding. The food was spot on, loads to choose from, all tasted fresh and of great quality. But the great customer service is something to shout about. The lad that served us went above and beyond. I think he was called 'Blake'? I hope I have his name right. Big thank you to him, the manager, and the kitchen. You guys have nailed the service at this Harvester. Thank you, me and my family will definitely return in future.

Thank you to this amazing pub who took pity on my Australian brothers who were delayed on their trip to the UK and then unable to find somewhere to eat on Christmas Day. You went above and beyond to help my brothers. Thanks so much.

Went for Christmas dinner. One star and that is for the beer. Hard veg, Chewy tough steak, Cold turkey, Frozen roast potatos, Oh and a bad tempered sarcastic waitress, not surprised her name wasn't showing o her badge. She had a white baggy top with dark blue splodge pattern, shoulder length hair. My husband and my self work with thw public and no matter what is happening you don't take it out on other people, who have paid good money for this ' meal'.

Collected a Turkey dinner on Christmas day to take back to work. The food was excellent and the staff a pleasure to meet. Very impressed. I shall be visiting again with my family to dine in!

Came in tonight for food and drinks with friends, was served for food by Grace who was amazing! Very friendly & welcoming.. After food went into the bar seating area and was looked after by Beth behind the bar who was also as friendly & welcoming and saw us through to the end of our visit.. 10/10 to both, definitely call again 😊

Service was excellent. As a wheelchair user I need plenty of space to manoeuvre and we were shown to a table near the toilets that suited my needs perfectly. The menus were extensive offering lots of choice including vegetarian/vegan options and the salad bar had possibly the freshest selection of food I've ever encountered. We all enjoyed our meals and the hospitality we received was excellent. Accessible toilet was well kept and clean as were the Gents toilets. If anything needs improving then I couldn't see what. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.

Firstly, the food when it eventually arrived was very nice. Chicken breast (small), chips (small), chicken gravy (pathetically small), 2 miniscule cubes of cornbread - all for nearly £14. Portion control rules here & unless you have a voucher & then still is ridiculously expensive. A sharing mixed grill was £50. Steaks not much change from £30! Jesus, it's a chain. No atmosphere at all in the Horwich, Bolton branch. 1st & very much last visit. Came home & made some toast....twas still hungry.

Terrible service throughout, told staff I was allergic to garlic would have thought it was war. Food took forever to come and steak was overcooked due to the delay. Lack of training was evident with only one senior lady seeming to know anything. Asked for a tooth pick or cocktail stick afterwards none available. Last time I visit this restaurant.

HARVESTER HORWICH PARK BOLTON - ate here 4 nights because Lorna was exceptional not only in booking our table but ensuring we were looked after throughout. The food was great including the unlimited salad which complimented our meals perfectly. Ourselves and The Exeter Pickleball Club would like to thank you Lorna for making the experience flawless with large tables booked for us with ease. Highly recommend on all levels. Called in for late lunch before a visit to clarks to buy grandson shoes. The place was very quiet. We'd obviously missed the lunchtime rush, so getting seated, no problem. A good choice of meals and advice from our waitress on allergens for our grandsons meal. Always enjoy the free salad bowl 🥗 Service was a little slower than usual, maybe staff on breaks following a lunchtime rush. 🤔

We had a lovely breakfast at Harvester Pub, and our experience was made even better by our waitress, Amber. She seemed genuinely happy in her work, smiling throughout the service and making us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked in. The food was delicious, and Amber’s positive attitude really added to the overall atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

Last week was wrong order, but this perfect this week.

Lovely place. We came here as we had a voucher, we wasn't expecting much being a chain restaurant. But we was pleasantly surprised. Inside is lovely, it had a lovely atmosphere considering it was fairly busy. Our server Rosie was a lovely young lady. She explained about the drinks menu and apologied about the prices not being right. we loved the salad bar. That added a lovely touch, our meals didn't take long at all to come out and they were stunning. We will definitely come again.

Very enjoyable we enjoyed everything. The only thing I would change was the cornbread we would prefer corn on the cob.

Came in tonight to try the new menu and oh my word how fantastic it is brilliant choices. I had the corn bread (delicious) as a side order. We were served by Wendy she was her usual happy self and couldn't do enough for us,we love her she's brill. We will definitely be recommending the new menu to friends and family and will certainly be back soon

Lad that served me all night dom was absolutely class. Great service great talk absolute boss - I believe his name was dom but the one who works behind the bar needs to be told his service is great

Went out for a family tea 5 people 3 children 2 adults, Was served quite promptly with drinks, waited to place food order once this was done we was told they would bring our salad bowls which we still haven't seen even after we have left. Kids meals came out then adult meal. We were asked is that everything well no its not when there is 1 adult sat there with no food. Waited atleast 15 minutes before someone came and said sorry but something went wrong with the system and they would make it, waited a further 15 minutes and no food. So once everyone had finished we got up to leave. One of the staff daid sorry about your food which tells me they was not even bothering to make it. Went to see manager who still expected full payment but in the end knocked the drinks off. This to me is an absolute joke going out for a family meal for 1 person to be left out. Wont be returningany time soon.

Came for lunch Friday afternoon and was served by a polite young lad Dominic he was brilliantkeep up the good work.

Went for a meal on a Sunday evening and couldn't fault the service or the speed that the food was ready. We ordered Half Rotisserie Chicken and the Chargrilled Chicken Skewer both of which were cooked to perfection. Been a few times to the Harvester and would definitely recommend a meal here

I was very disappointed with our visit. We ordered 2 meals, we both had cold onion rings and chips, The pork belly was freezing cold inside despite being charred on the outside, both sets of ribs were cold too and the meal was a disaster food wise from start to finish. We travelled 30 mins past our closest harvester for this one and we wish we hadn't have visited. It was a £60 bill that we didn't enjoy paying for.

Wonderful refurbishment. Food is always high-quality and with Wendy; Lorna; James and Sam, you'll always be in safe hands. Ambience is excellent; cleanliness spotless and food cooked to virtual perfection. A warning though, DO BOOK on matchdays as it gets really busy when the Whites are at home!

We used the new room at the harvester after their refurb for a party venue and it was absolutely perfect. They put on a buffet that was very reasonably priced and we had so much food compared to other venues I've used. The staff go above and beyond and let us have early access to the room as well as helping us set up. Big thanks to Wendy and Lorna who were so helpful. Would definitely recommend for the private room or to have some dinner/tea in.

The delivery was fine but all the food was lukewarm. The chips definitely weren’t the best but the salad was great. Quite disappointing.

Working away, popped in for some food. Wendy was my server, she is an absolute credit to your business..I noticed that she is a team coach. If the other waiting staff are half as good as she was then you'll be absolutely fine! I had the 83 combo..it was delicious..ribs fell of the bone and were melt in the mouth. The chicken and chicken gravy were to die for! Having previously been in the industry I know good friendly staff can be hard to come by..yours were brilliant from start to finish. Thanks.

Not really the young servers fault when things are named so similar but I ordered the double dirty one and received a double dirty bird, on receiving my dish I pointed it out and it was replaced by a single burger, at which time my family had nearly finished so I took the single and asked for it to be changed on the bill. Was also disappointed to be charged for the kids desert as I thought it was included even with the kids eat free for £1 offer. Salad bar was well stocked although the pasta was dry. Chicken skewers were nice but not a lot of chicken for the price. Food was served hot and in a reasonable time.

Most of my order was fine., however Inwas disappointed with the breaded mushroom starter. I received only 5 mushrooms, some quite small which for £4.99 was less than expected and what was illustrated in the picture when I ordered them. i cannot fault the side salad at £2.99 of which there was plenty, although there was a lot of green and white onion which I had to remove.

Arrived at restaurant the whole big family seated in a lovely room love the seating outside too it's a little suntrap .Took a little while for drinks as there were a lot of us and then making our minds up food wise lots of good ordered all very decent no complaints from anyone and everyone loved the salad bar .I had a chicken flatbread and my husband has gammon both very tasty family members had fish and chips burgers chicken skewers again full stomachs no complaints even the desserts were lovely the staff were great would recommend people try this restaurant.

Waited an hour after ordering food and it still hadnt arrived. Left after 66mins
