Entiendo que es un bar de entretenimiento familiar, sin embargo, como alguien que es parcialmente sordo el volumen era insoportablemente alto y a mi juicio los niños pueden correr disturbios alrededor de todas las áreas que creo que podría ser potencialmente un peligro cuando se llevan bandejas de bebidas a la zona más alta en particular. Se podría pedir a los niños que se queden dentro del área de entretenimiento. Al comprar las nueces calientes del bar como alguien de Gales y un hablante fluido de galés me gustaría señalar que el nombre Cachi en la bañera significa heces humanas en nuestro idioma. 🤣 Solo espero por el bien de todos que no haga lo que dice en la bañera. 🤣

Great visit, the menu is more than just a supermarket...Claire on the order station really friendly & helpful..the lattes are hot with a lovely pattern on which even highstreet coffee shops dont always do. Food nice shame no sweet potato fries anymore. But overall a great visit

Walk in they could of said please wait but no staff are rude will never be going there again. Never again treat your customers with some respect and you will get the respect back.

Very disappointing visit to Starbucks at the BP garage, Birchwood. Ordered cappuccinos to have indoors. Order came in paper cups with ‘To Go’ label. Asked for drinks in proper cups. Waitress tipped our cappuccinos into earthenware mugs and added some chocolate on top. Therefore we ended up with milky coffee with choc on top. No apology offered. One of the reasons for going to Starbucks is to get a superior drink that we cannot have at home.

Menu items had changed. The selection available was poor but I had queued up by then so wasn’t going elsewhere. I ordered the fish and chips. I’m not sure what kind of white fish it was supposed to be but it was utterly tasteless. The chips were soggy. And the portion of tartare sauce was ridiculously tiny. Would never order this again. Once again there were too many tables not cleared, some of the cutlery didn’t look clean, and the staff need training in customer service skills.

“Greeted” by a trainee barista with a “Yeah?” set the scene nicely. The coffee here is good but for a Manchester City centre coffee shop you get London quality impersonal service. I don’t want fawning, but a bit of pleasantness goes a long way to improving customer experience, costs nothing, and brings people back. Given the number of coffee outlets to choose from, I will go somewhere else next time.

On the whole i enjoy my experience of shopping at Sainsbury's with a coffee as a bonus. But having to bend down to the bottom self when you need paracetamol for a bad back is not well thought out. Surely that could be improved upon.

We have been coming here weekly for morning coffee for years. However, this week they have installed new coffee machines which aren’t capable of producing a hot cup of coffee, only a lukewarm cup of bitter tasting coffee. The manager kindly explained that this was to reduce staffing levels as no barista input was involved, just pressing a few buttons! Given the vast array of coffee shops in the vicinity, where they produce barista made coffees to your liking, we shall take our custom elsewhere from now on.

I was recently in your store and I was disheartened to hear that you are getting rid of the paninis. I thoroughly enjoyed these and was always the highlight of my visit alongside the spicy potato salad, which I hope is still part of the menu. On my visit I got the hot honey chicken loaded fries, well what can I say but, my mouth was on fire, a lovely taste but a little hot for me and I would recommend that they come with a little chilli warning. I will return when paninis are back on the menu as these are the pinnacle item on the menu.

Pedí una bolsa de 1 kg de pick and mix de aquí esta noche. El repartidor que era del restaurante fue en primer lugar muy grosero, no me respondió cuando hablé con él. Pick and mix tenía 30 paquetes de Fizzers, lo que es extremadamente decepcionante y se sintió como una estafa para levantar el peso mientras usa dulces baratos en lugar de una variedad como se anunciaba. Cada paquete de Fizzers es de 7 g, lo que significa que estos dulces baratos absorbieron la friolera de 210 g de 1 kg... ¡práctica absolutamente repugnante! Me sorprendió tanto esto, ya que la bolsa de dulces era visiblemente en su mayoría Fizzers, no solo 'oh hay bastantes de esos', así que parecía muy intencional y sombrío. Llamé de buena fe porque no quería dejar una crítica negativa cuando el resto de la comida que pedí me pareció buena y creo en apoyar a las pequeñas empresas, pero me entristeció mucho la respuesta apática de la señora con la que hablé por teléfono que reconoció que no debería haber sido así y debe haber sido hecho por alguien que contratan para empacar los dulces (evitando la culpabilidad personal), pero no hizo otra cosa que ofrecer disculpas y prometer que 'la próxima vez les diré que no añadan Fizzers' que como le dije, realmente no ayuda, ya que no estaría corriendo el riesgo de pedir de nuevo! La falta de atención al cliente es por encima de todo la razón por la que me estoy tomando el tiempo para advertir a otros lejos de este lugar. Si la señora del teléfono hubiera asumido la responsabilidad y ofrecido una compensación adecuada, por ejemplo, pidiendo una prueba con foto y luego ofreciendo un reembolso de la diferencia entre una bolsa de 500 g de pick and mix y la de 1 kg, esto hubiera estado bien, creo que es realmente enfermizo que estén estafando a la gente de esta manera y me cuesta creer que no les vaya a pasar a otros. Por favor, preste atención a esta advertencia y evite este lugar como la plaga.

It was Starbucks. It was pretty empty but the staff were pleasant. I felt like there weren't that many food choices, especially given it was only midday. It's ok for a brew or a snack, but felt a bit sad really. Probably busier later in the day.
