Starbucks in Manchester

Honestamente, el peor café que he tomado lo hicieron mal inicialmente, pero poniendo café en mi frap a pesar de que decía claramente en el lado, entonces cuando recibí el nuevo sabía asqueroso! ¡La tienda también estaba vacía, así que no por prisa!

Shocking! Ordered waited about 10 minutes for one drink. Then the waitress started making everyone else’s drink first she messed up 2 of them completely forgot about ours. Had to remind her and then about 20+ minutes later we just left without the 2nd drink as we were going to miss the train. Absolutely dreadful service.

Between waiting for trains we decided to have a coffee, as situated on concourse of this railway station. My partner half way throu said ‘is there something on back of t-shirt. There was ‘chewing gum’, so filthy individual left the contents on what they’d chewed on the back rest of this seat. We went into the empty store, 3 staff behind counter and 1 out the back. We explained what had happened. There was no compassion, empathy or sympathy shown. The staff actually looked bewildered until one member said trying to defuse the situation ‘it’ll come out in wash, put it in washing machine’. How she knows that this will work on a Alexander McQueen £180 ‘HAND WASH’ only r shirt is beyond me? I then said ‘well there’s 3 of you in here, why don’t you during a pandemic clean things?’ With that a staff member appeared and went out to clean. Now currently dealing with SSP who own this franchise with photos, emails and hopefully a phone call later. All this time, effort and sadness could of been easily avoided if they’d of cleaned there chairs. I will be contacting environmental health as I wonder if they take cleaning seriously.

Llegué a tomar un café con leche y un cruasán después de bajar de mi tren. El servicio fue muy rápido. Buen café, delicioso croissant de almendras! Listo para el día, ahora! ?

Time is of the essence... ....in a train station coffee shop. Look I get that some orders are complex and taht to make the perfect coffe takes time....but the lackadaiscal, uni-tasking (as opposed to multitasking) nature of the staff, just makes you want to scream. Food and drink wise its an average Starbucks and no better or worse for that. But when youre trying to make connections for trains and the staff are dreamily faffing about you just want to shout.

Mi amigo y yo pedimos un pequeño chocolate caliente. La suya tenía 3 años. 30 y el mío 3. 35? Ten cuidado con este lugar. Las paredes estaban sucias. Estaba bien pasar el tiempo pero no era acogedor y el personal no era de lo más amable.
