It was Starbucks. It was pretty empty but the staff were pleasant. I felt like there weren't that many food choices, especially given it was only midday. It's ok for a brew or a snack, but felt a bit sad really. Probably busier later in the day.

the coffee was tasty and hot, staff were friendly and quick to serve, i got served by Kirsty and she was lovely, place was relatively clean, quite expensive but I’m sure that’s due to the location. No complaints. :)

This was our third and final visit to this Starbucks. Firstly, I think the brand is so overpriced and really sours the taste of the drinks but as a treat, it always hits the spot. Secondly, the service here is diabolical. Each visit has made me bad tempered. The staff couldn’t care less - they don’t listen or even look up when taking your order and drinks take forever to arrive. I couldn’t even be bothered to say anything when my drinks were wrong and we’d been over charged by £1.40 as I witnessed a make staff member put his hands in the bin to press the rubbish down. He then repeated this at another bin, went on to rub his nose and then began making orders for food and drink. The place was so untidy that we sat outside but even there, the smell of rubbish from the overflowing bins was revolting. We took our mediocre, over priced drinks home & vowed never to visit again.

After a visit today I was disappointed! it was quiet with four staff on. There was 3 tables with cups on and one with paper and plastic cups all the time I was there having a snack and coffee, I felt like getting up and tidying up! Makes me uncomfortable. Staff had no interest when serving and should really clean as you go!!!

Come often with friends after a gym session, staff don't even acknowledge you're presence, seem to be bothered solely on the drive through, it would go a long way if staff would say hi, I won't be a minute, literally nothing, some training of customer service wouldn't go a miss, some so frosty I'm surprised the coffee comes out hot. Tables and floor always dirty, no wonder there's never anyone inside, big franchise should do better.

Coffee good - service not so. Visited inside for two drinks. Whole time woman serving talking to colleagues on head set. Really rude and totally unprofessional. Not sure I’d go back

This isn’t really my cup of tea (coffee preferably) to write about something as simple as a drink but I thought I’d make the effort. On my lunch break I decided to pop in to get myself a coffee and was greeted by a lovely, bright, young lady who’s name badge read as Freya. So Freya, I not only thank you for your wonderful customer service but for the fantastic coffee! Really pulled my day together. From walking in, to getting served (it really was a serve), right up to leaving she was a delight; almost as delightful as my coffee. What I’m trying to say is that her simple act of kindness really made my day and I would just like her efforts to go noticed!

Well.............we waited almost half an hour for our drinks then when we asked were told it wasn't their fault???? So rude. Obviously having a bad day but this is really unacceptable. Unbelievably rude assistant, who undermined her colleague. Worst trip to Starbucks ever and there has been a few!

Went for a coffee with a friend to Starbucks in Burnley. There is now where else you would go other than for a coffee. I had dinner with my friend too. Then got a £100 pound fine. It's just not right 😥😥😥 never ever going there again x

Called on 4 separate occasions, shocked by getting ‘ticket’ for stopping 17 minutes over allocated time on 1st visit, but this was quashed on appeal and a better system is now in place. A special mention for staff member Ashleigh who found herself on her own looking after ‘drive through & sit in customers’ on one of our visits. She remained calm and kept a smile on her face under extreme pressure. Usual Starbucks selection, excellent coffee. Only a small car park and be warned if you visit log your car registration at the counter...then relax and enjoy.

I went to return my package to Amazon warehouse through asda Burnley , my package was packed in a box but the lad over there named Sam took the package from me and he took it out from the box and placed it on the table unattended , and told me to go back your parcel will be delivered and didn't give me any sort of evidence of the return confirmation and got busier with his work . I could literally feel that at that moment that these people will lose my package but little i could done at that time . Anyhow after a week i didn't receive any email from Amazon about confirming that they have received my parcel. Upon asking Amazon they said to me as long as you can give us any evidence of return from asda we will refund you straight away . So , i went back to the store spoke to sam again and he said extremely rudely we have sent it and there's nothing we could do about it as we aren't responsible for it and again refuse to give any evidence of the return .I also spoke to the manager and the manager was also quite rude and unprofessional and said the same as their staff and told me to go back. I asked them to show me a video footage of that day when i came to return my package but no effort were made at at all from the manager . Th lack of support and unhelpful attitude have caused me my hard earned money and i would like to make everyone aware of it no to return a package to Amazon through them. I would also like to speak to the higher department to kindly look into my issue and kindly resolve it please.

Excellent food and service. Beautiful pub, fresh, clean, and lots of character. The staff are so friendly and efficient. It's definitely worth a visit, not only for the food but for a beer and a game of pool too!

It wasn’t a great experience because I got kicked out for entering the pool area when I was underage but I didn’t see why we couldn’t play pool but some guy shouted at me for it but in my opinion what is more dangerous , drinking alcohol or playing pool?

What a great place to take a toddler...I have a 13month old and she loved it...really clean, great coffee and food...really big play area and lots to do for them...most places don’t cater very well for under 2’s but this is just perfect...can’t recommend it enough 👍👍

Superb views of Pendle Hill from the delightful garden. Great selection of tasty food with very reasonable prices. Can't wait to return.
