Everytime I come to this particular starbucks the staff are always lovely. This time I had an issue with my app as it logged me out and when I logged back in all my stars had gone. I was just asking whether the girls knew anything about it and they were so helpful and lovely. Even though they could not resolve the issue they gave me advice and laughed with me about how strange it was. I then ordered a drink and the girl wrote on my cup 'have a good day!' And honestly the whole interaction made my day. I can't remember the names for the life of me but it was around 1pm 30th Jan. Thank you for a lovely chat and lovely coffee!

Catty staff I ordered an iced oat coffee - which was for my daughter. I noticed the milk they poured wasn’t oat so phoned my daughter before I addressed it as she’s lactose intolerant. After speaking to her and her saying no it’ll make her really ill I went back inside to say can they do it with oat milk. I was quite rudely told they didn’t have and made to feel I’m in the wrong asking for the oat that should be in the oat based drink I ordered , I sharply said but it’s an oat based drink she can’t drink milk she has an allergy. I asked for a refund at which the two young girls working there were clearly being catty as one said and she’s only just noticed. I don’t feel that customers should be made to feel in the wrong when they are clearly at fault and should have said when I placed the order not just presume regular milk is ok. I mean had it been a serious allergy then what? It’s the cattiness of them clearly speaking about me that infuriated me but rather than me cause a scene and embarrass myself I left. I won’t tolerate bad customer service and defiantly won’t be back to have incorrect orders and bad catty service

The staff are always amazingly friendly but they need to train the new ones more. Been a few times and each time the order was wrong. Asked for a wet cappuccino by the time got rid of all the foam may has well have paid for a small. Not friendly.

The past two times myself and my friend have visited this shop, the staff have gone above and beyond and literally could not do enough for us. Sarah and Ruby in particular, have been paramount in our experience. They have always been super friendly, and helpful and always greet us with warmth and great service. Could not recommend them enough.

Just went through the drive through 5/8 could see a blonde worker there who had filled a drink too much so she was licking all the cream off her fingers and touching the cup 🤢 sorry but ew. It wasn’t my drink but made me question the hygiene in their if staff are licking their fingers then handling food.

We recently went to the new Starbucks branch at Preston docks setting off to Manchester.Macdonald's queue was long so we went there for breakfast on the go. Big mistake all our meal choices were so bad and such a waste of money. Never again and a tough lesson learned.

I asked for a rasbery frappucino and they told me that they didnt have any so i just ordered a ham anc cheese toastie but when i pulled up to the drive thru window the rasbery syrup was clearley displayed next to the cash register thhere were 2 full bottles. THEY LIED!!!!

Me and my sister visted the Preston Starbucks 200 Blackpool Road on Deepdale retail this morning and ordered 2 breakfast sw and 2 latte and where charged 15.50 there was a mix up abd we didn't get the drinks which is fine as they was made eventually however the lady that served us the Store manager!!! Was rude from moment we arrived when I told her about the mistake She tried to charge me more saying we only paid for one choc drink at 4 pound I pulled up my bank account and showed her we paid 15.50 and still she was rude abd replied oh just leave it like that making out it was my fault she's is a rude lady and customer service was shocking as a regular customer to Starbucks on a positive the young lady who sorted our drinks Sarah was lovely Shame the manger ruined our experience making us feel like we lied in front of other customers!! Maybe they should ask customers if they would like an actually reciept I'm infuratied by this and she needs some sort of retraining in how to deal with complaints no apology either I am currently 9months pregnant a d do not appreciate this staff member a manger causing me stress in front of other customers and staff Thanks Tracie Kilshaw Sent from my Huawei phone

My mum and I visited Starbucks at the Deepdale Retail Park and were really looking forward to spending some girly time together over a cuppa. Unfortunately the visit didn't live up to the expectation we were hoping! My mum is a regular customer at this branch of Starbucks so is quite familiar with the staff and the standard of service. We asked for a skinny decaf latte with 1 shot in the cup and 1 shot cupped separately to add later. We also asked for a tea, we were asked what size and I asked if they did a pot, she said yes. Great. We then asked for a banana bread and a chocolate truffle loaf, we made a point of asking for the chocolate loaf to be put on a cold plate as sometimes when the plates have come out of the dishwasher they are still hot and a chocolate cake will start to melt when put on it. The lady who served us looked confused when my mum asked for the cold plate, so mum asked could she run the plate under cold water first please. The lady gave a smirk as if we were asking for something ridiculous. My mum asked if she was new and she told us she was the new manager! She made the coffee for my mum but there was no shot of coffee cupped separately as asked for so we had to ask for that again and tea was made in a jug! We asked did they not have tea pots and again she looked confused, 'a tea pot?' she asked. So I said 'Yes a tea pot, a pot for tea with a lid, have you never heard of a tea pot?' 'No I haven't' I couldn't believe that the new manager of a coffee shop that serves tea as well didn't know what a tea pot was. The point of a tea pot was that the tea was kept warm whilst you were drinking what was in your cup due to it having a lid, if I wanted a jug of tea I would have asked for it. I'm sure I have seen other Starbucks outlets serving tea in a pot so why was this one different? I will do my best to find out...

Very disappointed. Came here and ordered my usual drink and also one for my cousin to try... the barista failed to make my drink correctly and didn’t even know what a ‘cold brew’ was. Tasted awful and ruined my afternoon. As a coffee lover I am not happy with his ability to make a simple drink. Try better next time 👍🏻

Visited this starbucks while commuting. I had a vegan mac n cheese which was yummy. It is great that so many places cater for a vegan diet now. This definately filled a hole before a long drive.

The service always seems to be slow in the restaurant. The drive through customers seem to get priority. Restaurant id fine and coffee OK if a bit luke warm. My main complaint is the price of the seasonal drinks which were retailing at over £4 which is a complete rip off, whats happening to the UK with coffee this expensive.

Heres lo que cabe esperar de un coche a través de drive, mi pedido, pagar, recibir mi pedido, en coche. Es bastante universal y simple fórmula. Aquí no parece.Cada vez que viaje en coche, espere. Esperar más (no hay coches delante de mí, sólo estoy aparcado por el punto de pedido). Después de una espera que me han preguntado por mi orden. He pedido mi café, preguntado a parar a la ventana siguiente. Me muevo fuera llegar a la siguiente ventana, donde se puede ver que la tienda es tranquilo, no hay mucha gente esperando para café, es que el personal se tranquilo que tener lo que parece bastante una discusión involucrados. Mi tarjeta es de mi mano dispuestos a pagar, pero sé que la pregunta es increíble. Me espera un poco más, al parecer, aquí cuando esté en el negocio de servir a los clientes, es una buena cosa para dar el tiempo al cliente a reflexionar sobre el sentido de la vida, o qué están haciendo para sus vacaciones. Y luego me paseo y hacer la pregunta. "lo siento señor, ¿qué orden? ". Esta fue la tercera visita en una fila sobre el espacio de 2 meses, y cada vez que la misma pregunta que me dice que no me importa, mi pedido o buen servicio. Me dice estos niños sirviendo café están más interesados en el chat están teniendo que mi orden. Me dice que Starbucks son una marca con valores sobre servicio al cliente. Pero lo más importante es que me dice que estoy en una larga espera, y para aparcar hubiera sido mucho más rápido en la tienda tranquila y pedir en el mostrador.Un poco más de tiempo para conseguir un orden justo es justo, pero tomar mi pedido, luego de perder tres veces en una fila es imperdonable. Si la 'managment' están leyendo esto, tienes que entrenar a su personal a tomar pedidos en realidad en el suministro o en coche a través de ellos con un cuaderno si son no bueno con la cultive.

Hoy fue mi primera vez en un Starbucks en coche a través de, me puse nervioso ya que te puedas imaginar, que no es la primera vez? Puse mi orden nerviosamente, dos órdenes separados, lo cual no fue un problema para el personal me pidieron amablemente conducir a la ventana para recoger mi pedido y pago. Yo, siendo el chico sencillo estoy, pasó por la ventana y tuve que volver where inversa me saludó el delicioso 'becci'. Me dijo que ella era mi becci primera vez e ir fácil en mí, lo que hizo, ella fue muy amable conmigo y nos reímos y encantador bromeamos y comprometidos en una conversación profesional educado mientras mi bebidas estaban siendo tan delicadamente creado. . Y que era, en unos minutos, me llevó a mi bebidas y yo estaba dispuesto a dejar ☹ ️ pero afortunadamente me dijeron que era siempre bienvenido ‍ ️ ♂ que sin duda! No era tan de miedo después de todo, mi primera vez preciosa experiencia

You only go to Starbucks in an emergency or when you are flushed with cash. This particular branch is worse than most, staffed by the surly who communicate through headsets even though they are two feet from each other. Tables dirty, floors unswept, toilets naff.

There were only two members of staff when I called in with a colleague for a quick lunch a couple of weeks ago. I think their names were Dipesh and Lily but apologies to them if I've misremembered! They were extremely cheerful and friendly to the point where my colleague and I both remarked on it and made the effort to leave feedback in branch.

Called in for a quick drink after doing some shopping about 11 on a Sunday morning. One person in front of us so thought we wouldn't have to wait . Three staff on the counter two stood talking and the third a girl called harriett that was making the drinks and serving ,took nearly 15 minutes to make two drinks for a car waiting in the drive through and then the one drink for the person in front of us , while she was making she kept stopping to chat to the other two behind the counter . I was just about to ask for a refund when one of our drinks was ready to then have have to wait another few minutes for the second drink . Never again will we go there goodness knows how they would cope if they got busy , also the tables needed cleaning and the floor were we sat and the table both very dirty . No wonder Costa across the car park is always packed and this Starbucks always empty.

Visited this Starbucks on a Sunday afternoon, the drive though line was huge we went in as we thought it would be quicker. We were wrong. There was four very young members of staff working who were struggling to cope with the demand of the drive through, the counter service inside, the upkeep of the stock and the cleaning.

Seriously needed all the crockery clearing was my first impression. We sunny Sunday and very busy a one member of staff down. My order was taken and I was told 5 mins for 2 frapp. 30 mins later my order was given to me. Drive thru seems to take priority which is wrong, but due to one member of staff down the guy taking the orders could have raised his game and helped the 2 girls out the were literally flat out. There was a lull in customers so the guy could really have helped more. Sorry to the girls for leaving poor feedback as you definitely don't deserve it.

Went to the refurbished store today at the Deepdale Retail Park, store looks lovely much more like a city store should look. Staff were all in and seemed to be having a meeting it was a great atmosphere seeing at them all getting on together. Reading some of the other negative reviews I do wonder if people just find it easier to moan than look at the good points. Fantastic service on counter, with a smile.

We went inside opposed to using the drive through. We were the only customers at the counter on a Sunday morning but the service was extremely slow. The two assistants were too busy talking to each other through their headsets. We waited and waited and had to ask for the drinks to be made.

I use this Starbucks regularly and today was excellent as always. Pleasant environment. Friendly staff. Great coffee. All of the Starbucks baristas are a pleasure to be served by. Highly recommended and I visit dozens of Starbucks all over the U.K.

Drive through coffee that took ages I could have gone in store and been served quicker, then to hear from my car my coffee being announced in store five minutes later they realised it was drive thru to then discover cream on the top after I specifically requested no cream so what did they do scoop off the cream and give it back to me needless to say I won't be returning and will be sticking with my normal Starbucks at Capitol centre where service is always with a smile and correct!!!!

On summer holidays and my two sons wanted a trip to Starbucks. We were at Deepdale, so chose here. The barista took several attempts to get our order correct, 3 drinks, 3 cakes, not too tricky! Despite being 4 staff members and only a handful of people in, this was seemed a big request. Staff were more interested in their gossip than my order, which excruciatingly came to offer £17!

i visited 4pm 10 March 2015. Nice clean store and staff friendly and quick to clear away tables. Sadly the standards of drink preparation and service could be improved. Ordered white hot chocolate, it wasn't mixed and was all in the bottom. I wondered why my drink tasted mainly of hot milk, until I got to the last two mouthfuls, which were basically pure white chocolate. Myself and my friend had ordered cakes, which were served with knives but no forks. It didn't leave me wanting to visit again anytime soon

Went here today for lunch with my Mum. Great location in the heart of Preston city centre with friendly and professional staff and lovely food (I had the katsu chicken curry). Highly recommended! :)

It took about 30 minutes for the food to arrive but when it did it was delicious. The staff were friendly. There is free WiFi. Dogs are welcome both inside and outside the venue.

Ella and Lydia are by far the best starbucks staff ever (and ive been having starbucks for years in a lot of countries and a lot of cities in the UK) they genuinely make the best coffee ive ever had at Starbucks and they’re always so lovely and nice! Always hope theyre in whenever i visit and end up ordering more drinks when they are just cause they make them so well! Please give them two the best treatment cause they are genuinely the best staff starbucks has ever had! Ive had the best frap done by them and would recommend this starbucks to everyone purely if theyre the ones making the coffee!!!!!
