Starbucks in Preston

Ella and Lydia are by far the best starbucks staff ever (and ive been having starbucks for years in a lot of countries and a lot of cities in the UK) they genuinely make the best coffee ive ever had at Starbucks and they’re always so lovely and nice! Always hope theyre in whenever i visit and end up ordering more drinks when they are just cause they make them so well! Please give them two the best treatment cause they are genuinely the best staff starbucks has ever had! Ive had the best frap done by them and would recommend this starbucks to everyone purely if theyre the ones making the coffee!!!!!

Used the drive thru , staff were nice and friendly. Waited a few minutes for my drinks (one had a lot of customisations so I expected to) but absolutely worth it! Made exactly as myself and my partner expected. Will definitely come back to the store if in the area again!

This is a good place to meet and have a coffee and something to eat, it’s not the cheapest place to go but very convenient and close to the motorway. The staff are always very nice and friendly. The tables could be a bit cleaner otherwise everything is good here.

Got a tea and bacon barm ,tea weak as water , bacon barm warmed up in microwave , awful barm dry and hard with being put in microwave, bacon( that's what they called it) no taste . , 9 tables full of dirty pots , and staff need to go on customer care course, avoid

Usual starbucks quality, I do find that the drive through customers always seem to get serves first, maybe the immediatency of the fact someone presses a button to being physically present at the counter, maybe I should press the button, place my order and then run round quickly to the shop and surprise them that I'm actually here......I'd have to wait then.....

Ordered a venti caramel white hot chocolate and was served a small (in a venti cup) of what tastes like hot water with a bit of milk no white chocolate or caramel Rip off

During my recent visit to Starbucks Preston, I encountered an unexpected issue with the E On Drive EV Charging points. Lydia, one of the fantastic staff members, demonstrated exceptional empathy and support when I sought assistance. Although I initially approached another customer regarding the EV points, Lydia noticed my concern and kindly offered her help. Her understanding and awareness of the situation were remarkable. Lydia not only acknowledged the recurring problems with the charging points but also went above and beyond by suggesting alternative options for charging my EV. Her proactive and caring approach truly made a difference and highlighted her dedication to exceptional customer service. Lydia's kindness, empathy, and willingness to assist exemplify what it means to be a true people's person. Her outstanding service left a lasting positive impression, and I truly appreciate her efforts in ensuring a smooth experience despite the unforeseen circumstances. I was shocked to see how dirty the floor was at 10.45am. Due to the amount of crumbs & other debris, it was obvious it hadn't been swept that day. We had finger nails under our table, it really was dirty. As the place was quiet and the odd staff looking at their mobile, it made us question who's job was it, to clean?

Love the coffees & a nice place to chill & chat. Also hs free WiFi should you need to complete some business.

Good place to stop when going past on the M6 and cheaper than the services. Fuel and shop on site as well

One of the worst experiences ever, the staff are very rude and didn't let me and my friend in becouse he was in a handicapped vehicle becouse it was a vehicle and to go through the drive through and then wouldn't let us through the drive through becouse it wasn't a proper vehicle. Ended up going to spar the spar was a 5 star meal.

Drive through always takes an age, staff are polite but nothing more. Had 2 drinks given me recently with lids not attached properly, resulting in coffee floating around my car. More expensive than the other Starbucks in Preston as well for some bizarre reason.

Cheese and ham toasties (recommended). Enough seating to relax or do work.

Could not believe the cost of 2 cappuccinos.£ 8-30.and very poor service.a rip off

Good Mocha, had a cheese n ham toastie and it was okish, the cheese was so runny it kept dripping out the bottom of the toastie which was a little strange 🤷. It's well overpriced for what was nearly £10 was a bit of a joke to be honest.

Drinks were really nice but staff were rude. First Lady wasn’t in a good mood and didn’t take my order correctly. So when I asked if they were with oat milk, the lady making the drinks rolled her eyes at me and gave me a dirty look before re-making the drinks. Can’t fault the quality of the drinks though.

Menu is too complicated for staff to make quickly. Can’t be bothered to wait here. Boiling hot in the restaurant

Lovely place, newly refurbished, nice staff. Very clean and seats inside and outside with free WiFi. Wanted to have Latte Marcha but they don’t serve it there. Not much selection of sandwiches, would have liked a choice of brown bread without cheese.

Starbucks Bluebell Way Preston is part of the to good to waste scheme Magic Bags, today and yesterday ordered bags on both days, set off to collect the orders and both times the store cancelled the order. Poor customer service.

Sometimes come here after a workout, never really had any complaints but yesterday was different. I came in and bought a chicken ceaser wrap and took it out, came to eat it and it was frozen. Chicken almost fully frozen. Not impressed as I was unable to eat it and for the price of it it's just a let down.

Terrible service, only two (rude) lads on who were really slow and prioritised the very quiet drive through. Claimed they were busy with the drive through yet no cars came through in the fifteen minutes to get our drink. Also not a full Starbucks according to one member of staff, it was a eurogarages franchise so didn’t have the full menu. Same issue as the one at Buckshaw (also Eurogarages). The proper Starbucks at the docks and Capitol Centre are far better for service speed and politeness.

Fast friendly and atmosphere is amazing

Been three times in last several weeks. 3rd time,walked out after waiting nearly 10 minutes to get served. Appalingly slow although not that busy. Seemed that drive through being given priority and not the customers inside. Will not use again.

Fairly expensive (as all Starbucks are) but have never had to wait along time to be served.

They don’t know how to services a queue, they also don’t have clue what praline is. Avoid, this is definitely the worst Starbucks I’ve visited.

Ordered a venti vanilla latte with extra shot. Tasted great, perfect temperature. If only all starbucks branches could achieve this! Ordered a cheese toastie too, for the first time and it was pretty good too.

This one at Bluebell way is often not too busy so can get comfy seats & perfect for a good catch up with friends. The almond croissants are divine!

Same as most Starbuck friendly staff expensive coffee, had a bad experience this one time but I come here daily. The milk was off, they replaced my drinks I put it down to hot weather the replacements were spot on. All good

Most of the tables hadn't been wiped and were sticky, I tried 4 of them before finally finding one clean enough to sit at, and the barrista was less than friendly. Really unusual and disappointing for a Starbucks.

Disappointing that this is my closest Starbucks. Drinks always poorly made and the staff are rude and incompetent. This time….No Hi, please or Thankyou at the drive through and passed a melted frappacino that had been overfilled l that leaked all over my hands, jeans and console. Too busy chatting to her colleague through her headpiece with a face like thunder. Do better.

This Starbucks has a really nice chill vibe to it. The drinks are always spot on and full of flavour.

Very quiet when I arrived at 10:00 but the place looked as if it hadn't been cleaned overnight. My easy chair and table needed wiping over (similarly with the others), and the floor generally was dirty. Had to stay as I was meeting someone. The coffee was good but not hot enough. You only get free refills if you have an ordinary filter coffee (I learned later). So, could be different on a good day so keep your fingers crossed. Very handy location behind the Shell forecourt and Spar shop.

Popped in for a drink and something to eat, which were fine and person serving was pleasant enough. It was not busy, there were 3 other tables in use but still had to look for a clean table to sit at. 3 staff generally chatting and eventually one went to clear tables but did not wipe them down so crumbs remained dirty. Floor had various areas with crumbs/pieces of food.

Early start from Birmingham to Preston and popped in and tried the oat based coffee was a good 7/10 but had a cheese sandwich toasties very poor 3/10 I wasn't asked if I wanted it cut 😡

The entrance to this Starbucks isn't immediately obvious ... you have you drive into the service station and then go around the left hand side of the Shell garage to access it. The signage isn't really adequate, but at least there's lots of free parking. Even at quiet times, you'll be queuing unnecessarily and sadly the standards of coffee making are a little poor. You'll find most of your latte is made of foam (there should be ZERO foam in a latte, if you want foam; order a cappuccino) and sadly the cleanliness standards aren't up to par. See pictures of uncleaned tables. This isn't the worst Starbucks out there, but there are certainly better ones.

Doesn't open until 6.30 and wouldn't serve us at 6.20 plus entrance is terrible and not sign posted .

Visited here tonight. Only two others in the place. We were constantly pestered by flies buzzing around and trying to land on our cups. There were also flies crawling over the machines behind the counter. On checking the premises i could not see any electric fly killer machines. There was also sugar and crumbs on some of the chairs. Staff were very plesant despite forgetting to add the chocolate powder to the cappacino.

Visited here a few times and each time the order is wrong, despite asking for no coffee in a Frappuccino they add it in. Cakes can be stale too, think I would skip this one and go the new one at Morrison’s Preston Docks car park, a lot better and always right!

Coffee was good had normal .staff all very happy to help you with what ever you want. Also very clean .

Haha, you think just a little Starbucks with a cute drive through, next to a petrol station.... But that's what they want you to think as they slowly seek WORLD!!!.... Mind you, consistent reasonable coffee, nice cakes, how bad would it be? PS Good Covid procedures.

Great service, helpful staff, a delicious espresso and a really nice atmosphere. Perfect for some daughter and dad time after the gym 😃.

Another EG Group Starbucks. I was there early so was very quiet. Just how I like it. You have to go in from the Petrol station entrance.

Sat in the queue for 30 mins to be asked to rejoin the queue to reorder (5cars behind me) we didn't see or hear anyone announce "can we take your order pls?" At the order point. First timee have used it and the last. I asked if I could just order inside and was informed my order would be added to the car queues order as they had already been logged. customer service disgusting! Drove to and Costa sign "order here" in neon and lights and a person announcing "can we take your order please" served in under 10 mins

Lovely latte as usual. Good to see people being challenged over not complying with covid rules. Me included, sat at the wrong table as signage was back to front. Politely asked to move. Well done Starbucks!!
