Waited 20 minutes to get a caramel macchiato, then when I got it it had no syrup in it or cream on the top. I would have returned it but I was on the motorway before I tried it. Totally disappointed and it was more expensive than other Starbucks. Complete con The team were very polite but if they can’t make a coffee then they should work else where

Long queue as no staff, paid for a medium skinny cap extra shot and received half a pint of milk with syrup . Also why was it more expensive than a large skinny cap with extra shot. Ive been using the drive through weekly since it opened and it now has reached rock bottom , for months the drinks have been poor at best , theres obviously no training The Moseley common shop is excellent just a bit further but my family will only be going there in the future . Very poor management

This morning I visited Starbucks at the BP garage in Birchwood. At half 6 in the morning the lady who served me was so lovely and polite!!! The coffee was hot and yummy. I might come back every morning just so she can set me up for my day. Lovely lady!!

Bought a large cappuccino on the drive through today. No choc sprinkles as asked for and the who thing was virtually froth. You couldn't even class it as small. No time to go back as queue was huge and drink was quite cold as had obviously sat there for ages. Not returning as that was an waste of my Fri treat.

Online opening times updated just a few weeks ago, get there 90 mins before closing time and lights off, chairs on tables, drive through closed and the girls just wander out with no explanation and sit on the external seats with their own drinks.

App says open at 0600. It’s not! Staff wont even come to the door to tell you why it’s not open, and when it will open. Then it shuts early as well.

Called in early am, found the staff to be rude and abrupt. Nobody likes an early morning buy not wise to take it out on customers. Compared to other Starbucks this is rubbish.

I was disappointed to find they were closing at 6.45 despite the time posted on the app and door being 7.30pm. I stood waiting by the till for a while before the girl working decided to inform me they were closed.

Incredibly slow service. Went for the drive through as we weren't sure we could go inside (COVID), waited over 15 minutes with only a few cars in front. When we mentioned to the member of staff that it was slow we just got stared at by a very rude young lady at the till, who then went on to laugh about us with her colleague. Very unprofessional. Terrible attitude, clearly someone who has no regard at all for her job. Oh, and then they didn't offer sugar so we didn't even get what we wanted. And £8 for two coffees?!

Been several times as it is my local and the service is incredibly slow. No effort made at all to be efficient and I’ve been at all times of the day and it’s always the same, often staff hanging around. Repeatedly don’t give the cup holders out and have to ask for them or you won’t be able to hold your drink. Definitely could do better

Could not fault the staff! The food choice is fabulous, the cafe was spotless. No matter what time I go in the staff are always so chatty and so happy. Such a lovely team, nothing is ever too much for them! Fabulous!!

Visited with friends for a coffee was going to eat but decided against it, staff never smiled once and made you feel you were to much trouble. The tables were filthy which considering covid is around was unexceptional, staff stood talking while people cleaned a table to enable them to sit down. We sat near the window and the sills were absolutely filthy never been wiped down, will not be returning will to into birchwood and visit Costa much cleaner and better staff.

I have only recently discovered this Starbucks, hidden behind the trees as I bypassed the traffic on Birchwood Way. The drive thru is extremely busy in the mornings, expect to wait 5-10 minutes. The staff are all friendly, my cappuccino served extra hot as requested....

The service in here is so incredibly slow, every time I use the drive through I’m waiting a good 10 minutes, even at less busy times. They didn’t even get my order right, but thankfully I corrected it before I drove away!

I prefer Starbucks to any other coffee house. This newish Starbucks is lovely and clean. Service is always friendly and the coffee is gorgeous. Cant beat it!

With 25,000 outlets worldwide, I should expect better from Starbucks but this place is a shocker. Slow service, rude staff, no effort to keep clean. I expect to pay premium prices at Starbucks but only for premium quality and service- and this place failed miserably.

Need to focus on delivering friendlier, faster service inside the branch. The coffee is also variable. Sometimes have to wait 15 minutes for drink after ordering as they seem either overrun by the drive thru demand, or just slow.

Finally back to selling toated tea cakes - on the small side though and still over priced. Still no atmoshere in the cafe.

Service in the cafe was quite bad, I think it's because we didn't want to sit on the high chairs (due to mobility issues) so waitress had to clean another table and then totally ignored us and served others that came in afterwards, had to go and ask someone to take our order and they didn't seem very pleasant throughout, food was OK when we finally received it but we'll overpriced.
