I needed to interchange in Chester for my trip. While waiting, I wanted to drink something warm and rest a little bit so I went in to this Costa and I ordered a Cortado. It was disappointing. It tasted more like a cold milk than Cortado. Sadly waste of money.

Lovely friendly pub has karaoke on a Saturday night

Have only just discovered bingo and cosmo is THE place Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The bar is cheap and you can even have table service. The prize money is fab and Sunday evening is my new favourite night out. 👍

I held my 70th birthday party/disco/buffet here on Feb. 22nd 2020 and have to say we were extremely impressed, not only with the new décor, since we remembered it as "The Barnhouse", but also with the entire presentation of venue and efficient staff. The choice of both hot and cold food which we had arranged beforehand was also extremely good and exceeded our expectations. We had some lovely comments from our guests regarding the high standard of food. Well done to you all....it was absolutely brilliant and I had a night to remember always !....I highly recommend you.

This is my favourite Subway out of several in the local area, staff are friendly, attentive and professional always putting the customer first, nothing is ever too much trouble and the place is always spotless. Sandwiches and foods are meticulously prepared to the very highest of standards and they take great pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Brill pub, lovely atmosphere and great staff

A 'twixtmas lunch with the family and the Packet House didn't disappoint. Food was excellent with a good choice of veggie options. Service was very friendly and efficient. If you are looking for a historic pub with a cosy log fire and the features of a traditional country pub but within walking distance of the Metrolink you'll love it. Only 5 minutes from the canal so a nice way to end a brisk canalside walk on a cold winter's day. (Very dog friendly, too!)

Great place to have drinks, cocktail

Came here for small plates and a few drinks. Tried every dish on the night's menu (except for one veggie option as neither of us are vegetarian) and could not fault anything. Food was excellent, the server was so friendly and took time to explain the dishes, as well as their plans for the venue. Cocktails were exceptional, and have a very good selection of spirits, including a lot I've not seen elsewhere. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a great evening!

This takeaway sandwich cafe serves fresh food. It is very clean and well staffed. The only down side is the parking as it is on a main road but if you know the area there is a small car park at the rear.

The food was amazing and staff were attentive and friendly. We will definitely be coming back!
