Brill pub, lovely atmosphere and great staff

Called in on the way back from Salford Red Devils to Patricroft Station. Cancelled trains made easier by this superb find. Quality locals happy to welcome a stranger. Mild on draught at good prices.

Went to 60th, allowed us to take buffet in. Staff were so nice, lovely atmosphere.

As I am an old school pub drinker I am happy to say without malice it is a rough and ready pub of which I love unfortunately or should I say lucky it is not one I would take my wife to.Anyway she doesn't like Holt's Bitter

There is nothing whatsoever to dislike about this pub. It's an absolute classic street corner pub of which very few survive. Add in great staff, customers and of course Holt's beer at wonderful prices that put city centre chain pubs to shame. I almost don't want you to go and keep it secret for the few, but get there and support a great pub.

Great ambience and friendly staff. The DJ is brilliant and plays great music. 🍻🎼🎶🎵

Corner pub. Bar + back rooms .old cast iron range. Green tiles. 2 dart boards .beer and staff good.

Lovely little pub, i went here with my grandfather, and the bar staff were really attentive to him it's nice and warm and has a good amount of ales to choose from nice people in there too, i would definitely go back here again

Superb place where you can relax and enjoy the company , it is shangrila where you meet like time souls who just want to be given a chance too to mix , me can't fault this establishment... be brave they have love and laughter .... bolts brewery should proud of Julie, Matty and bar staff .....work hard excellent ambasords for the company... Been there: August 2014 (afternoon) Drank: Bitter The pub is so small that any newcomer is immediately under scrutiny, sticking out like a sore thumb. Same-level toilets, which is always a plus. Bunch of locals in their late thirties nicked my seat, invading our table, smiling "you don't mind, do you?" It got so tight and loud in there that my friend and I left earlier than planned. Bound to happen, I suppose, given the lack of space, and the ancient right of the seasoned punters ...
