Beautiful vibes, great food and service

Just visited this place on my way to Preston. Tried the french vanilla latte and was really amazing. Siddharth suggested to try out this, he was really friendly and service was so quick. Will definitely come back if I'm visiting the place again in future.

Ordered a veggie breakfast wrap and they gave me a breakfast wrap. I’m Muslim it goes against my religion. They need better English speaking and understanding staff. Fumin. Not the first time to get my order wrong.

Have dined-in and taken away doughnuts from Tim Hortons Bury New Road many times since it opened, and always an excellent experience. Large, clean dining area, easy to park, and the menu and selection range is great, with plenty of vegetarian options. Good coffee, pleasant and helpful staff, food fresh and superb value with the several deals offered e.g.breakfast for family of five for just over £20. Relaxed atmosphere a bonus.

This is my first time ordering from Tim Hortons, and I'm totally blown away with how amazing it was. The breakfast muffin is way better than McDonald's. The hash browns are out of this world!! I will be coming back!!

Cashier accidentally charged me the wrong amount when I came back to ask if the amount is wrong he quickly apologised and resolved the issue. Very kind staff and I’m very happy he was able to fix everything so fast.

Extractor fans need sorting. 5 minutes waiting for my take away order and I stink of cooking!

The food was very good, wish they had a halal option though, that would have given it five Stars, service was nice but I don't like ice in my drink and when I asked to get all the ice removed the lady gave me a weird look, the atmosphere was really nice, clean, and was nothing to complain about

It was a fine dining experience which was very admirable and cozy . The breakfast was lovely and delicious and that is something a customer always wants with their food .

the coffee is rank. it was full of what looked like sand and most of it had been spilled everywhere by the time it got to me anyway.

Absolutely awful food from here, I don’t normally complain and give a place two chances but food this bad is diabolical. Ordered egg and cheese muffin, had shells in one of them they where stone cold, and the cheese was rock hard and dry

Criminally understaffed, overheard the poor sole woman behind the counter tell people she'd be a few minutes to get their orders because other orders were backing up.

Very nice chill place to hangout with friends and do some work. Great food and even better coffee!

Exceptional service today, came in and greeted by manager. He explained the menu to me really well. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Even dropped our food off to us whilst we were sat doing our work. Free WiFi. Parking. Clean store. Clean toilets. Friendly staff and the food and coffee was great. 10/10 defo returning to get my work done here!!!

Been here afew times and it's like they haven't had the proper training because everything I've ordered has been prepared wrong and when we've ordered online they've been missing items

How hard it is to give right order . Asked vegetarian but got chicken wrap . Not worth going back to ask why ? This is second time , either you guys do it intentionally when ask for Halal food? Would never come again !

As usual the wedges were not cooked, soggy and did not have gravy on despite the product name including the word gravy 😂. The drinks could have been warmer seen as they came less than a mile! The sandwich was ok though and hot chocolate was fine.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Half my order was missing, the other half was stone cold. Absolute waste of money!
