Chicken wrap is the only item I refuse to buy, the smallest pieces are always used. Ham and cheese sandwich is amazing!! friendly staff however toilets are awful, always manky Car park available but not many spots

Exceptional service today, came in and greeted by manager. He explained the menu to me really well. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Even dropped our food off to us whilst we were sat doing our work. Free WiFi. Parking. Clean store. Clean toilets. Friendly staff and the food and coffee was great. 10/10 defo returning to get my work done here!!!

Been here afew times and it's like they haven't had the proper training because everything I've ordered has been prepared wrong and when we've ordered online they've been missing items

How hard it is to give right order . Asked vegetarian but got chicken wrap . Not worth going back to ask why ? This is second time , either you guys do it intentionally when ask for Halal food? Would never come again !

As usual the wedges were not cooked, soggy and did not have gravy on despite the product name including the word gravy 😂. The drinks could have been warmer seen as they came less than a mile! The sandwich was ok though and hot chocolate was fine.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Half my order was missing, the other half was stone cold. Absolute waste of money!

“I had breakfast here, but the experience was completely ruined by the overwhelming smell of food filling the entire place. All my work clothes ended up smelling like smoke and food, which was absolutely disgusting. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend eating here – it’s a terrible place for a meal.”

I usually come here on weekends and order a breakfast wrap with a cup of coffee, and it always tastes nice and is served quickly.

This branch of Tim Hortons is very convenient to a lot of people since it's close by and the food, prices and staff are all lovely and serve delicious food. Came here with family and would definitely come again

My order came no straws for frappes and iced drinks, the drinks were half full and missing there toppings, never expected such shoddy treatment when been coming for age

Tim Hortons is one of my favourite places to eat at. The food is always fab and their iced frappes are just the best. I come here to study quite a lot and its always such a nice atmosphere. Staff are always lovely too.

I go there almoat everyday for breakfast. There is girl called Keri she always makes me feel like she doesn't like her job or she is having a bad day. She always look grumpy. If you ask her for a something she smerks and makes you feel like guilt. I know Aman and Navjoot they both are super friendly and lovely Lads. It's a humble request to tim hortons please give her customer service induction again.

What a great place for a quick stop on the way to work. The house blend coffee is very tasty, and I highly recommend having the chipotle sauce on your breakfast roll. The photo is taken at 8am. You'll almost have the place to yourself.

Worst tim Hortons that I have been in

Staff are lovely and accommodating, they're engaging with the children who come in too. The service is quick and the area is kept tidy. My only concern would be the highchairs aren't very clean.

We visit every week with little kids and it’s always a good experience. 😊 today we were served by Neha and she was very friendly and helpful. 🧡

Food quality was minimal and the the trafford centre one is better which I don't get cos same company

Used drive thru just after 8am on 01/10/24 and the speaker box could hardly be heard. I passed my order of a large latte and thought the order taker said "that's fine, thanks" so I drove through to the window. Female late 40's early 50's black hair working drive thru was absolutely miserable and rude and said "I told you wait and I can't take an order at the window". This is a absolutely ridiculous rule if it is a rule - how do they deal with additions and changes to orders?! I worked at Burger King as a restaurant manager for 10+ years and we always took orders at the window. I ended up cancelling and going to McDonald's up the road where at least there I got friendly service and can work towards collecting points for a free coffee/food. Won't return to Tim Hortons.
