Hot items were cold and missing my chocolate dip donut as well! Driver took so long to deliver

MISSING CHICKEN WRAP AND AND ICED MOCH CAP! CANT RING YOU GUYS VOICEMAIL FULL? AND JUST EAT NEVER HELP A CHILD NOT BE LEFT OUT OF THERE MEAL EVEN THOUGH ITS BEEN ORDERED AND PAID FOR... WHY DONT YOU DOUBLE CHECK BEFORE YOU SEND??? NOT HAPPY AND STARV

the food gave me extreme diarrhea and staffs didn’t care about my extreme diarrhea and atmosphere sounded like little girl screaming.

Food quality has gone a bit downhill. Donut was dry and tasted like it was at least day or two old.

Used to like going here every so often when the breakfast was on offer. Now it’s expensive as you get the breakfast for a quid when you purchase there expensive drinks. You ask for a breakfast deal and select the one without hash browns and they give you the muffin with hash brown In it all the time. I already have one when I have the meal!!

Often visit Tim Horton with family. The atmosphere is always friendly and convenient for family. The staff is super friendly and corporative. I definitely recommend coming here.

Crazy this is open 24 hours a day! Food and drinks are good with a wider breakfast selection than McDonalds... pretty good value for the breakfast deal. Served fast through the drive thru with pleasant service.

Nice calm atmosphere. Very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful and most importantly good food and drink.

There is a very bad smell of burnt oil and food. It was hard to breathe. My friends and I coughed frequently. The hall was stuffy and the air was not fresh at all, the bad smell of food was everywhere. I did not like this branch at all.

Went for the first time as it was nearby to grab a bite, I was pleased to say Asif, the staff member who served me dealt with me with extreme politeness and attentiveness, was really pleased with his service, will definitely make that my regular spot. Prices aren’t too bad too

Good food but too expensive 🫰 I went feeling sorry for myself hungover on a Sunday and paid over 20 pounds for the burger meals. The promotions this place had when first opened was the reason I kept on coming back now it's just too expensive when you have a 2 chains facing it as well what are a cheaper option and just as good

Took longer than expected for 3 iced coffees, but worth the wait.

First time I have ever been in Tim hortons or tried the food and it was such a contrast to the rivals, the staff are super friendly and the store is huge and comfy with couches and comfy seats. The burger was amazing with really generous amounts of sauce and gurkins and the different fries were like a waffle and be dry nice. I have definitely found my favourite fast food of choice. Can’t wait to work my way through the menu. 100% better then rivals.

Drinks had leaked all over bag and burgers and fries were cold. Not good enough for the money spent or tim Hortons.

Just visited the restaurant and was politely greeted by someone named Navjot who was very helpful. Food was tasty and hot. I’d definitely recommend coming here

In all my years I've never seen a fast food place have such a negative effect on an area. The surrounding streets to the store are filled with rubbish. People's gardens strewn with Tim Hortons bags and cups. Bits of food all down the road (I guess the food is terrible) and can only imagine all the vermin this attracts especially during the summer months. I'll be writing to the council about this and anyone else concerned. You need to make big changes Tim Hortons.

i received the wrong sauce in my burger, the completely wrong drink and my chips were rock solid. i usually enjoy tim’s but this was very disappointing

Diabolical. Lady at the drive through has thrown two doughnuts into a bag, no wrapping no packaging. Wouldn't give my cat food like this.

Awful. Beyond cold!!! Was so cold and hard none of it was nice to eat and was thrown away. A toastie that was like it has been left on the side for hours. Cakes tasted days old. Absolutely awful.

First Time at Tim Hortons, had been wanting to go for some time as I was aware of the brand from online and had driven past this restaurant several times as we go into Manchester. We dinned in and had 2 burger meals, both were a complete letdown. The burger could best be described as one that tasted like it had been boiled in the bag/can, compaied to the advertised photos it was like someone had sat on it. The rest was just as unremarkable. Maybe burgers are just not the thing to get there? But it is not good to be wondering if your gonna be ill when leaving a restaurant. The clue's were all there for us though, must have been about 20 people in the spacious eating area, but none had food, they were all on laptops, presumably using the wifi and power, some people had all there Uni work spread out across a table for 4.

I do like Tim Horton's and they're competitive against the usual brands.

Paper cups weak coffee and no cheaper than anywhere else. The street next to it is full of rubbish from here at least clean it up ! What a disgrace !

Perfect. I strongly recommend the iced French vanilla latte, add caramel syrup and add a vanilla shot. And get a glazed donut. Perfect combo. Absolutely amazing. Obsessed with the iced French vanilla late. 10/10.

Visited this place 2nd time and i must say one of the peaceful places to enjoy you coffee or food or sit and work as there is plenty of sunlight coming through the windows and not to worry for summers they also have seats where there is no sunlight for those who don't want to get vitamins haha .
