Delivered on time. Milkshake was really good and the food was amazing, will definitely order from here again and I would recommend to others

Got the deal for £11.99 for bottle, burger and chips. Definitely great value and the burgers were absolutely amazing, proper filling and some of the best Manchester has to offer. Definitely worth a visit if you're near and able to.

Food wasnt up to standards. I have eaten in but I never had food delivered and I don't think I would again. Chips were that soaked in Mustard I couldn't enjoy them, the burger meat was hard and they didn't add the extras which we paid for. The hot wings were ok, but a little too much sauce for my liking, maybe have the option of sauce separate. The fudge cake was nice.

We get a takeaway delivered from here fairly often. The food is always great and there's a good selection of dishes. Haven't dined in but as I plan to at some point.

Delivery took over 2 hours to arrive. After ringing up three times after it not being here after an hour, to be told each time it was on its way.. After ringing back at 9 o'clock asking for the delivery to be cancelled the guy on the phone refused and offered us a £3 refund. We also said we would come down ourselves to collect the refund which again he refused us. We have never had this issue with Buffalo before and needless to say we will never have this issue again - custom lost.

Took far far too long. We rang & they said 15mins & it arrived 25mins later. Everytime I order from there it’s late. Won’t be ordering again they’ve had enough chances

Really not happy with the order I’ve ordered a couple times before always been ok but tonight certain toppings were missing off items and overall everything wasn’t really nice at all I’m currently sat eating digestives so I don’t end up starving after ordering £45 takeaway won’t be ordering again

Ippa 5 pounds something for squid.It was the most pathetic squid I've ever seen in my life.They were like 4 pieces.That was it very disappointed

Food was cold when it arrived, the driver was buzzing the wrong apartment at the entrance to the block and didn't buzz my door so I wasn't aware he was there, didn't call when outside when he got no answer, but, I heard him on the phone to someone else complaining and got curious and stuck my head out at which point he questioned if I was the address he was looking for. Delivery instructions were clear. Foods generally great from here but tonight was just disappointing unfortunately from the delivery aspect.

The best food I've ever had from any takeaway what a meal I'll definitely buy again and it's Def worth the money

Stars for the food not the service. I live less than a mile from this place and order to delivery has taken 1 hour 54 minutes. The order arrived 35 minutes after the app said it’s on its way. Poor

Food was over an hour late despite it being pre ordered this afternoon and when it was delivered it was two meals missing. Rang to rectify and was told I had to wait 30 minutes to receive the meals and when I asked about the part order we received I was told to F off and they said it'll be 30 minutes. Unhappy with their response I waited the 30 minutes and nothing so I phoned back. They said again I had to wait another 30 minutes. Still incorrect when it was redelivered. Rude and disgusting food

Order was quite late, but that's probably on us for ordering at peak time... on payday Saturday... on a bank holiday holiday weekend. Food was well worth the wait though!

Food tasted amazing but the mac-cheese hot dog was a hog with 20 pieces of pasta (I counted) literally no cheese. Got a picture if you want it.

the food was late and barely warm, and the bun was just a disintegrated soggy mess, more of a paste than bread. Really unfortunate because the flavours were actually good.

We visited early on a Saturday evening. After being unable to get food at another local attraction we thought we'd give this place a try. No issues getting a table but it did start to get busier as the evening drew in. Our server was friendly and attentive and the burgers were fantastic! I had the Cluck Morris and my husband had the Al Pacino. He was chuffed with his. Prices are not far off what you'd pay in a city centre restaurant, but it was worth it. We'll be back!

Amazing burgers! Me and my girlfriend went here on Saturday night and we couldn’t fault it. Proper homemade juicy burgers, great value, good atmosphere and really friendly staff. A fantastic place that we’ll be returning to many times! 5 stars.

I had an amazing experience at Buffalo Bar and Restaurant in Charm Haven! The delicious food, tender lamb, and fantastic cocktails definitely make it a must-visit spot. It's great food i enjoyed it so much and are considering going again.

I've been ordering from Buffalo Bar & Grill on Just Eat for 4 years and I've always enjoyed it. The milkshakes are absolutely delicious and there's a great choice. I also love the burgers and cheese swamp fries. Generous portions, lovely food and quick delivery. I haven't been to visit in person yet so I can't rate the service and atmosphere but hopefully I'll get the chance to visit soon!

at first i thought there was no pickles on the burger but they was at the bottom these burgers best ive tasted in a long time don't think they do tomato burger relish but should defo invest in some 10/10

Fries tasted like the oil was old , burger luke warm and gravy cold

2 lots of parmesan garlic oli fries ordered but only got plain chips no parmesan or garlic oli on them so paid £9.98 for 2 lots of plain fries.

Food was absolutely delicious very tasteful and was still hot when delivered would 10/10 recommend and will definitely be ordering again

Nothing special to be honest and the scran was stone cold by the time it got here. Worst thing was we paid cash on delivery, then the driver came back and said we hadn’t paid? What you on about mate? Why would you hand over the scran if we had not paid you. Absolute nutter - won’t be coming again.

Food said on the was for 25 minutes! After the food arrived half of our order is missing and the rest of what has come is freezing cold! This is unacceptable and unfair after paying for food!

Me and my partner were having a look for somewhere to eat and we came across Buffalo bar and grill. Can I just say wow, the staff were lovely, the food was absolutely gorgeous and came out quickly, hot and fresh. The atmosphere was great, with music, wicked decor and a warm feel. The prices very accurately reflected the food quality whilst still being affordable. Very impressed and we will see you again NYE! Michaela and Matt x

Advised food was on its way nearly 45 minutes before it arrived (live only a short distance away). Food was only warm, fried items were overcooked/almost burnt. Burger was soggy. Dips provided had hardly any sauce in them. Will not be ordering from them again…

As I’ve ordered before and it’s been great but tonight was terrible,took well over an hour to arrive and the food was cold along with items missing,then to top it off I found not 1 but 2 hairs in my burger!!! Will never order from here again. £56 down the drain.

Just had burgers delivered and was really pleased with our choices, the food was a very high standard, delivered early by a pleasant guy who was apologetic because our house can be difficult to find, overall a great experience.

Food was an hour late but worth it, will order earlier next time so I’m not starving waiting! The porky blinders fries are amazing as are the beef fries! First time ordering will 100% be ordering again soon!

Ordered from here on two different occasions and each time waited for over 2 hours, yes 2 HOURS for our food to be delivered. There won’t be a 3rd time which is a shame because the food is ok just appalling service. My advice? Give it a miss.

Temp on fries too high and oil needs changing. Big Mac burger was nice

2 hours late, app said it was on way, didn’t arrive so rang restaurant who said it was just being bagged up. Finally arrived 20 mins later. Chips were cold and they sent wrong burger, it should have been a veggie burger so wasn’t pleased that they sent a beef burger. Rang them and they said they would send another. 50 mins later and still no food. Absolutely abysmal service. This place has really gone downhill. I won’t be ordering from here again. 😡😡😡

Food was late and cold, the food was that cold that the gravy had congealed into a jelly, chicken strips were so small they were more like chicken nuggets usually good food from here but has gone downhill badly.

Food here is always mint. Staff are sound. Fave takeaway around the area.

This pains me to say… burger was great but chips was cold. Even worse was the nachos that wasn’t prepared properly. It was just a box of crisps. No melted cheese etc…. Gutted!!! I might try again at some point & will then alter this review accordingly but I will say I’m gutted to write this report and rate so low. Why? Because the burger was superb and I was hoping to call in on a regular basis. Not so much now :(

Terrible. Just Eat always says the order has been delivered, but then sit around and wait and wait. 2 hours now and no sign of them. Please don't tell me my food has been delivered with that stupid message "enjoy your food" whilst I'm still waiting for it to arrive after over 2 hours!!!!
