The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in North Tyneside North East

My wife has came to 305 every Tuesday for several months, however the attitude from a member of staff was appalling today, all because my 1 year old son creased a menu. She was loud and confrontational to my wife and in front of my 3 year old daughter, all because of a paper menu! Absolute disagree and won’t be going back anytime soon. Such a shame as the food has always been great and the kids have loved it.

We went to this bar because of the Side A band. The foods are terrible!!! The worst Pizza we have ever eaten! The serving size of their food, like the fries in a small plate with a price of ₱400++. Their food and drinks are very expensive! The prices are acceptable as long as the foods are great. Thankful to Side A for making our night memorable and enjoyable.

Amazing pub, great atmosphere, very friendly bar staff. Great selection of beer and spirits. Some great deals on bottles, cocktails and shots. Would highly recommend visiting.

Wow brilliant, food was as good as the food in I've had in Napoli and Florence, staff super friendly and made a family birthday party special.

I visited The Sportsman last Friday (mother's day weekend) I took my mam for lunch along with our little dog. I had small fish and chips with a lovely glass of red wine and my mam had the homemade corned beef pie with a lovely white wine. The fish was big for it being a small portion and delicious, chips were perfectly cooked I thoroughly enjoyed it. The homemade corned beef pie was unreal also and the service was great. The 2 lovely ladies who served us were very pleasant and polite they looked after us well. Our dog wasn't the only dog there and the atmosphere was lovely also. This was my first time visiting the pub, my mam has been a few times for food previously and this was her choice of outing. I would definitely go back and highly recommend for food and drinks. Nice to have homemade food served, none of the microwave grub you get from alot of bars these days. The Sportsman pub is very traditional, relaxing and very clean with high standards and a really good vibe. Now had a few takeouts from this place and have enjoyed every single morsel of the food. Haven't had anything savoury, the cakes/slices/flapjacks are wonderful and to top it all decent coffee. This is a hidden gem definitely my go to place when in Whitley Bay.

Lovely place with great coffee and cakes. Nicely appointed on the prom ideal for a pit stop if out walking. Dog friendly and some lovely art on display for sale. Car park at the front also.

Service was ok. But I truly think the filled rolls are very expensive for what you actually get. I won't be buying another. The atmosphere is great but with it being quite a large space I did find it hard to have a conversation with my friend. It only succeeded with more shouting than talking. Disappointed that there seems to be no reward scheme for users who attend linskill or ntas on a daily basis. If there is then it's poorly advertised.

Nice little cafe, pleasant staff but over £7 for an egg mayonnaise sandwich with a salad garnish was a bit pricey I thought. The sandwich was ok but just normal brown bread with a non too generous filling.

I popped as I was working in the area an tried the double topped burger… absolutely amazing … best burger I’ve ever had!!!!!

Excellent food, proper homemade Sunday lunch, best one we have had in a pub for a very long time, l would highly recommend that you go, we will be back, price is very good l have no complaints whatsoever EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY STAFF

First time here since the move from Ilfracombe and sadly not as enjoyable . Very disjointed the food came out at different times and wasn’t very hot . Just very different atmosphere . Won’t be back in a hurry we will maybe leave it to see if things improve in a few months

Lovely bakery with incredible baked goods, definitely worth a visit. The breads are beautiful & so are the various cakes.

In the wake of my 5* review of January this year, I'm dropping that to a 3. Service is excellent as ever, the venue is clean, smart as usual, but to have no lemon (or lime) on the premises for a G&T is lowly. It is a town centre. There is a supermarket at 1 minute's walk away. My G&T, basically 8 quid for a double, but it looks like I am having an Alka Seltzer. Not a chic moment
