So , 2 girls working there unable to rush a coffee as my train was coming. No we have to make 5 iced frappachinos first , it’s a rule ….. can’t you just make a coffee on The side , no it’s a rule , walked away and got lovely coffee next door @treats

Cuando Coco di Mama abrió una nueva sucursal y la probamos, quedamos encantados: ¡no hay música! Por desgracia, eso fue solo un problema. ¿Alguien puede comenzar una tendencia de cafés sin música? I would be very careful with the bar charges. I asked for a scotch w/ soda. While the menu said a drink was £14.00, they bring the bill charging £21.00, when I ask the manager about it, he says that the soda water is charged separately. Never heard of this in any place I’ve ver been in the world and he says, this is how it is in London. 😂 Best part, they said the drink is £14.00 and the soda water $£6.50 If I still remember how to add, that would be £20.50 Not that I care for £6.59 or the £.50 ghostly charge, but don’t try to take advantage of your customers, whatever the price is, just be upfront about it. It makes you look really bad and for only £0.50 Not even the hotel manager knew how to explain this.

Este fue un pequeño gran hallazgo en nuestro camino a Londres. Comida inglesa con un toque de italiano y gran café. Precioso pequeño jardín cubierto en la parte posterior también. Recomendaría encarecidamente

Quando entramos no local, as minhas filhas adoraram. Nunca tinha comido massa de bolo mas adorei! Quando nós fomos pedir vimos diversos sabores e até foi difícil escolher. Esse café é ideal para famílias, parece uma aventura!

Family run Cafe with an abundance of choice, friendly staff and owners too, Food cooked by 2 able chefs. They've been here a long time and have a raport with locals and those from afar too. Always clean and tidy and also cheap compared to other Kingston Cafe's

Sábado 15, 4 pm - dos chicas en servicio extremadamente groseras. Uno de ellos hablaba en italiano todo el tiempo frente a los clientes. Reír haciéndonos sentir incómodos. Mal servicio al cliente. ¿Es esta la forma de administrar una cafetería?

Increíble vibra. Era hora feliz cuando visitamos, así que 2 por 1 en los mismos cócteles. Pedí una botella de vino en lugar de cócteles y tuvo un precio como se esperaba, alrededor de £ 29. La banda tenía mucho talento. Usted da su petición en papel proporcionado en las mesas y ellos simplemente siguen adelante y cantar sin ninguna práctica. ¡Increíble! We really enjoyed our trips to Sandwich Plus. The food was delicious (5* hygiene rating), the Cappuccino excellent and the service personal, polite and friendly. Add to that the indoor or patio seating by grass and classic brick work and you've a superb place for food, drink and a natter. I will certainly return here next time I'm in the East India, London region. Thank you for the smiley service sir... kindest regards.

Went for a celebratory meal with my boyfriend and we are still dreaming about the burrata with the chilli breadcrumbs and the melt in your mouth rib of beef. Absolutely delicious food and a great atmosphere

El personal era muy amable y grosero. Ni una sonrisa entre el personal del bar 4. Una joven de cara recta me sirvió y no me agradó, sonrió, se vio interesada o molesta. Los otros se paseaban con lo que parecía ser la mayor falta de expresiones lustrosas de aburrimiento o de humor de "¿tengo que estar aquí?". Esta fue mi primera vez en este establecimiento y estoy muy contento de decir que no voy a volver en absoluto. Dirigí y poseí mi propio establecimiento durante muchos años. Y si mi equipo actuara así, me avergonzaría francamente. Buena ubicación. Gran jardín. Bonito interior. El problema es que el personal y el propietario / gerente completo carecen de cuidado o conciencia de que su equipo en este desagradable. A menos que sea un lugar solo para locales y caras nuevas tengan la sensación de "ganarse sus rayas". No es un lugar acogedor en absoluto. Muy poco profesional y decepcionante.
