XOXO Coffee & Patisserie in Brent

Hemos estado dos veces en este lugar, ambas para tomar tés de burbujas, y en ambas ocasiones ha sido una pesadilla tratar con el personal. Se equivocan en los pedidos sin importar cuántas veces los repitas antes de pagar, sin embargo, dicen que lo pediste de la manera en que te lo dan, ignorando y desestimando completamente al cliente. Esta noche, pedimos un té de burbujas sin hielo, viene con hielo. El otro estaba destinado a ser caliente y grande, me hicieron un té sin tapioca - artículo principal de burbujas, de lo contrario habría pedido un té. Mi compañero le dijo al personal que pedí un té de burbujas grande y caliente, la señora simplemente vertió el contenido en una taza diferente y agregó tapicoa, no un recipiente grande e insistió en que mi pedido no era eso. Nos rendimos y nos fuimos. No le daremos una tercera oportunidad. Definitivamente no es el servicio al cliente adecuado.

My teenage daughter assures that this is the best place in Willesden green for bubble tea / boba - especially the mango flavour. The desserts are always fresh and delicious too.

I ordered a crepe and a milkshake and payed. When I asked the lady, after 1 hour waiting, she said that she does remember taking our order and paying. I then showed her the bill and she made my order after 1h and a half. Disgraceful! (the food was alright)

Very pretty but took 15 minutes (!!!) to deliver two very cool lattes, an overly sweet croissant and a stone cold crèpe. When asked for crèpe to be replaced no one checked if it was better. Very expensive. Never again.

A very nicely decorated & spacious place. Lovely ambiance and vibrant atmosphere - nice and chilled out actually. Food/drinks were delicious with great presentation. Staff are kind, helpful and welcoming. Service was also on point. The only things to improve on (in my opinion) is that foods/desserts that need to be served warm should be served warmer/hot, as well as hot drinks to be served actually hot (instead of warm). Some of the bread/bakery items seem stale & cold - doesn’t seem fresh? These minor changes just makes the food/drink taste & feel that much better. Apart from these suggestions, definitely well worth visiting & hope to come back soon.

One of my favourite places to go to with the Mrs. Beautiful place with great desserts, especially their pistachio croissant 🥐 and crepe. Service is always great no matter how busy it is. Really impressed with their attention to detail and the presentation of everything. 😍 Our personal favourites are the Berry Blast smoothie, Golden Milk latte and all of their waffles 🧇😋

Visited this lovely coffee and desserts place recently and I have to say how impressed I was with the level of service and the yummy desserts! I had the pistachio croissant which was delicious !! The rose and pistachio latte is also brilliant ! And if you’re going for a dessert then the Lotus Biscoff cookie Dough is just AMAZING!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And will be visiting again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

XOXO certainly improves the street scene in Willesden and the photography makes it's products look incredible. Unfortunately it's lacking some finesse. For example, the images of the Rose and Pistachio Late makes it look amazing, but the coffee they use is somewhat bitter and it tastes as if they use really sweet syrups, which stick to your teeth. Whereas, what we expected was more natural flavourings you might find int Europe on these products. Likewise, the pastries don't taste like they're made fresh there and where-ever they're from, they taste more cash and carry than quality. The seating outside is also not very comfortable and they need to have a think about it. I'd like to see this place do well, so if the owners read this - try and make the ingredients for things more natural / less processed and you'll get more trade. We'll give you another go for smoothies / products cooked in and hope for the best.

I have visited this cafe a few times. The food is amazing and service is excellent. I would highly recommend this place.

I have visited XOXO Coffee and Patisserie several times. The service provided by the waiters and management has always been very quick, they are always very friendly and welcoming. I have tried many things on the menu and have never had an issue with the food, they cater for everyone e.g. Vegans. It has always been amazing! My favourite place to go to, the atmosphere is always so relaxing, a perfect place to unwind.

The place looks new and cute, But the cake I ate felt like one week old.. even though was not cheap. Another thing, we were the only customers sitting in the shop at that time and two waiters (a lady and a gay guy was leaning on our table and talking about their business, so we could hear everything they said. I found it extremely rude. Terrible service, dont recommend.

I visited this beautiful cafe last week by myself l had sourdough bread with smashed avacado and egg and the special green smoothie both very healthy and delicious l finished off with the best relaxing cup of tea in London it was naturally sweet with no need to add sugar l was a victim of a crime and sought refuge in this lovely cafe the lovely manager called the police and ambulance for me and really looked after me l can't thank him enough for his kindness l plan to visit again today and again next week with friends l would highly recommend this. Lovely cosy cafe in Willesden Green London a one minute walk from Willesden Green tube station on the Jubilee line.Go check it out you will not be disappointed kind regards from Fiona Sweeney

Really poor service by staff, did not clean the table or remove plates and cups from previous people sitting at our table. Staff were incompetent and constantly forgot cutlery and drinks. Everyone at the table got their food at very different times some coming 15 minutes apart. The smoothies/açai bowl tasted only like ice and other food were cold, one of the plates also had two hairs. We asked for ice in a drink of water and got sprinkles of ice that looked like they were scraped from the side of a freezer. Could not tell you enough not to come here. Awful.

Really poor service. Really bad attitude from the staff/ workers. Food was cold and tasteless. We ordered 4 things, each of which lacked the ingrediants listed on the menu. The staff are not friendly, I cannot stress this enough it was not a pleasant visit.
