Popped by on Saturday and this place is lovely! The staff were attentive, the coffee was well roasted and served, and they have a lovely selection of baked goods. Great staff, quick service and a lovely atmosphere.

A nice looking cafe under the arches at Deptford Station. Sadly, they have now removed their customer toilet. The staff were very rude, when as a confused (infrequent) customer I tried to access the toilet (now staff only). Also our order was wrong and very slow. We will be avoiding in the future.

Always great coffee, friendly staff and great fresh pastries. It's my fav local coffee place, and I'm quite a coffee snob and have high standards for what I call great coffee.

This wonderful little cafe just outside Deptford railway station is open before 8am, has delicious array of interesting artisan breads, coffees, teas and assorted pastries, including THE most divine fresh Kardamom buns (except not on Monday early morning as delivery comes later!) The staff are all SO friendly, and Jamie has THE best laugh in the area! Also, the toilet is large, clean and has really interesting posters etc for local shows, concerts and activities. .

Prices for Deptford are rather high. But I guess that’s the arches. Nice ambience though. Coffee smooth.

I think maybe it's the little white flowers in the vase on each table that the flies are attracted to. I had about seven small flies around me when I was trying to eat. It's really unpleasant. The coffee shop was cold too. Do they need the big doors open in mid-October? I wouldn't eat any of the uncovered pastries in a store with this many flies around. Coffee and food was good. Staff are very pleasant.

Whether you're looking for a nice place to sit and chill for an afternoon, or trying to find a place to do your work for the day, this Mousetail cafe is a cozy and comfortable environment to hang in. The staff: Andy, Martina, Jen, and Natalia, are enthusiastic and friendly, the music varies from day to day keeping the vibe fresh, and their coffee and drinks are made with care, professionalism, and love. Would 100% recommend this to anyone!

Used to love this place. They did amazing food and the staff was great. But they replaced their staff and menu - it’s just not the same.

Decent coffee but not amazing or worth the price. But 35 minutes before closing they refused to serve it in a normal cup instead had to be paper. "Too many dishes" the staff members said. Then about the 1 pound banana "Mark ups!" Guess it is profit and getting to closing time first, customers second.

Keep returning to this place because the coffee is so delicious and they do great breakfasts/brunch at weekends. Have a coffee machine at home and we always come here to buy our beans! You get a free coffee with each bag you buy which is a nice bonus.

Coffee is ok however I found the staff to be a bit portentous but this is the new deptford! Coffee was also fairly expensive at £3

Excellent coffee but quite pricey so this place is a treat really. Lovely space to sit in and relax with plump cushions and loads of seating. Service was excellent and I was served coffee at my table shortly after ordering at the till. Will go back and soak in the atmosphere but i doubt i'll have more than one cup given the price. Only tried the coffee here, but it was really nice. Would probably avoid getting more than a drink in this place because it's quite expensive. Decoration was lovely, and I wanted to spend longer sitting in the cafe because the atmosphere was calming.

Amazing ham and cheese crossaints and coffee. We had it to go and enjoyed it a lot. The staff was super friendly, thank you.

Came here just for a tea and cake and I must say the white chocolate and raspberry muffin and the banana and caramel muffin were both very yummy. The atmosphere and feel to this cafe doesn’t feel at all cosy to me but in fact quite cold and not overly welcoming, service was okay. I do think for what you get that everything is slightly over priced. I wouldn’t rush back but I would visit here again if it was convenient.
