Only outdoor seating (but we were lucky with the weather) and not much of that. But the coffee and croissants were great and the service excellent.

A small but very friendly place. I am fussy eater. I have a tuna melt. Perfect .I came back for lunch the whole week. I love my coffee having my own machine and watch people on how they make it. Every step in the process was how I was trained. Beautiful espresso.

This is an amazing local restaurant, where you can sit and enjoy the small but charming busy street right outside. The food is excellent, and as I live close by I go here 2-3 times a week. The price vs food is nice where you truly feel you get your money's worth. In addition their customer service is sincere and easy to chat with, I highly recommend this place for everyone who wish for a diverse and enjoyable meal. Ps. my favourite is their pancake breakfast and chicken ciabatta sandwich! Best regards, the Norwegians <3

Tucked away upstairs in the antique centre this cafe is worth seeking out. Food was lovely. I had the soup which was very tasty, piping hot and a generous portion. Customer service excellent. Shame I am not a local would love to return.

I recently visited this charming café and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The café has such a lovely, relaxed vibe – perfect for enjoying a leisurely breakfast or brunch. I ordered the Full English breakfast, and it was nothing short of outstanding. Every component was cooked to perfection. The sausages were juicy and flavorful, the bacon crispy just the way I like it, and the eggs were fluffy and runny, just as they should be. The tomatoes were perfectly grilled, the mushrooms had an earthy richness, and the beans were served piping hot and delicious. The highlight for me, though, was the perfectly toasted, buttered bread that tied it all together. You could tell that a lot of care went into preparing each part of the dish – it was an absolute joy to eat. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the service. Peter, who served us our food, was an absolute delight. He was not only friendly but also attentive and thoughtful, ensuring that we had everything we needed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about making your experience memorable, and Peter did just that. He added a personal touch to our visit, and his positive energy made the meal even more enjoyable. The café itself is a lovely place to spend time – clean, cozy, and full of charm. It’s clear that the owners and staff take pride in what they do. Whether you’re popping in for a quick bite or settling in for a relaxing morning, this spot has everything you need to start your day right. I can’t recommend this café enough! If you’re a fan of classic English breakfasts done right, served with a side of fantastic service, this is the place to be. From an açai bowl to a bacon buttie (please make sure you take advantage of everything this fantastic ‘Secret’ has to offer) your every need is met. We indulged in the passion fruit and white chocolate cake combined with the carrot cake served in a beautiful cake box and both completely moorish. The flat white was also delicious and the price was very reasonable.

We visited to celebrate a birthday . It was very busy at lunchtime but we had very good service . The staff were not hurried and we felt we got personal service .i have lived near here for over a dozen years and never had bad service or food I would recommend eating here Large car park with outdoor/covered eating should you choose We would definately be coming back for special lifetime events

Lovely brunch taken outside, made more special by the warm sun and good service. The vegetarian breakfast was particularly appetising.

I am here weekly and on the whole I enjoy my visits. There is a lovely atmosphere, the service is good and the tea is nice. I sometimes order a croissant, and the last 2 out of 3 times it has been dry, as if at the end of its life. Would be great if the staff could be more aware of this and remove items once they are past their best, as they are not cheap.

We were a large table celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. All our dietary requirements were met including 2 vegans within our group. All the dishes came together which isn't easy for a table of 15 All freshly cooked and plentiful, so much so we couldn't manage dessert! Fabulous cocktails , prosecco and Rose wine Highly recommended
