Anna was so kind and held our table while I went to look for my mum, who was lost. We enjoyed a lovely relaxing pre-show dinner with wine.

Food came cold and chewy- 2nd round was delicious as it usually is. But no apology or compensation. Also service was not great - not attentive, slow. Surbiton branch is outstanding in comparison

Great pub with lots of character , excellent food and service from Miguel upstairs . Would recommend and it’s o fantastic location next to Trafalgar Square

AVOID! Rude and aggressive staff. I went into cafe after it being recommended by friends. I stood patiently whilst server compeletely ignored me for about 5 mins. When I asked whether I will get served she replied “I am too busy, wait!” which was said with such rudeness and aggression. Avoid this place. Rather give me money to McDonalds!!

Great place to watch sport. Food was really good too, esp considering it was a really busy Saturday afternoon. Could do with more bar staff when it's busy but the ones that were there were doing their best and very pleasant. Will definitely visit again.

Hoy visité este lugar dos veces, dejando ambas veces vacío, con las manos. En la primera ocasión, por error tomé que era la rama del puente Waterloo... a un tiro de piedra (0 , 1 milla). Es culpa mía. La señora de la caja me dio cuenta; así que me fui rápidamente a disfrutar de un hermoso café. No hay problemas aquí. Alrededor de las 7. 45 pm, volví para una comida para llevar; después de haber seleccionado la sucursal correcta en la aplicación. Cuando me acerqué a la caja y pedí mi bebida, apareció la misma señora. Esta vez, parecía claramente agitada y declaró descuidadamente 'Puente Waterloo' mientras me pedía que leyera mi orden. Aunque pudo haber sido un día ocupado, me pareció un comentario decepcionante en general. Por lo tanto, decidí llamarlo un día y marcharme ya que había estropeado el impulso. Leon, sin embargo, todavía obtiene un 3 de 5 estrellas. Simplemente debido a la experiencia positiva general en Waterloo Bridge. Comfy café, not overcrowded during working hours but also not empty. The place is cozy and well located in the OXO building. The air is conditioned, maybe even a bit too strong, but satisfactory for a short stay, pleasant music at an acceptable level is being played. Baby chairs are available if necessary. There's a single (1) unisex toilet, not very tidy but the bowl itself is apparently being kept clean and there's everything one would need, including a baby tray and supports for disabled people.

Great views and lovely service hidden gem. Had the chicken skewers and appreciated the calm.

Didn't have cups for sit in. Didn't have medium paper cups either so forced to buy large. My latte was loaded up with so much froth that the actual coffee was less than half! Only one staff looking after the till and making the coffee. She was very pleasant. The queue was building up but the wait was tolerable. One staff was busy clearing tables which was good. Toilet is clean.

We are here twice for breakfast, luckily the weather was kind so got a table outside beside the water. Choice of breakfast was great with a combo of any breakfast, coffee and juice for £15 a real bargain. Food was delicious, great size portions and came very quickly. Staff were all super friendly. We loved this place and will definitely be back on our next trip to London. Thank you!!

Had a delicious lunch at Happy. I will come back again to try different dishes. 100% recommend the bbq ribs and the burgers
