Many thanks Elements restaurant! Very nice, relaxing atmosphere and splendid food. Ribeye steak cooked to perfection as was the sea bass. Calamari and chicken wings starters were again perfect and large portions too. The manager, Gillie (not sure of the spelling of his name) and staff were constantly checking to see if everything was okay at our table and super friendly. We have been visiting Elements restaurant for some time now and never fail to please. Looking forward to our next visit

Perfect location for a Wedding at Trinity house. Service, quality, cleanliness, room service were all excellent. Would be very happy to stay as a base in London at anytime. Would say it was also very Family friendly, Breakfast was included and excellent.

Expected pretty average food from the fairly generic menu (pizza, pasta, burger, club sandwich, etc) but actually both my food and my colleagues were much better than expected. Not worth travelling to but a solid option if you need lunch in Paddington Central.

Called in for a quick drink whilst staying at the hotel to be shocked by the cost and amount of beer served up in a samall goblet.

The waitress never once asked how the food was. I phoned the day before to change the reservation time - the call took 7 minutes and even though I asked for an email confirmation I did not receive one.

Not a good dinner - * Food was pretty bad (had the carbonara - overcooked and no dressing) * Ambiance is very poor (middle of the hotel hall, not separated) Don't really understand how it got early good reviews in all fairness

Much more than . A pleasant hotel, wonderful location and staff. The breakfast is not so complete, but enough and very well served.The rooms are not too spacious, but cozy.

Keep in mind: it's a hotel restaurant! Considering that the food is ok, bit pricey still better than many places around!

Met a friend here for a few drinks , I must say the bar staff are very welcoming . A notable exception was enico the manager at the bar who provided a world class customer service . Will definitely visit again. Thank you enico

Great ambience with a varied selection of beers on tap and bottle and good table layout. Attentive service and not overpriced as a venue of this quality. If needed superior food served in the adjacent hotel restaurant at sensible prices. I love the burgers. Good for catchup with colleagues and not noisy.

Restaurante localizado dentro do Novotel Tower Bridge. Muito bem freqüentado, cardápio completo, e atendimento muito bom. Para quem está na região da Tower Bridge, é uma ótima opção.

Molto comoda la posizione per chi si trova al Novotel Tower Bridge. La colazione e' varia, abbondante e ottima. Anche per pranzi o cene veloci e' ottimo, con un rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente valido.

It is an average place, not such an exiting varity of plates and food, but good enough for quick dinner.Service could have been better, we have been welcomed and seted very well, but we actually wait quite a lot before getting food.

Anche se il locale certo non è caratteristico come un pub storico, è consigliabile perché offre un'ottima alternativa sia per la qualità dell'offerta sia per la professionalità e discrezione del personale.Breakfast vario e abbondante, lunch e dinner curati e di classe.Senz'altro da provare, soprattutto per chi è ospite dell'Novotel Tower Bridge.

ノボテルに宿泊したときに利用しました。私は、ちょっと1杯引っ掛けただけでいたけど、周囲のお客さんを見ると、必ずしも観光客だけではないようで、地元の、ちょっと気取った若者やカップルなどにも人気があるようです。

I have visited the bar at the hotel on three occasions. The service has however, become worse. On my second visit, the service was minimal and I had to walk up to the bar a few times to order more drinks and food even though there was what appeared to be a table service. On the third occasion, I experienced the same problem, and in addition I had to wait in excess of 15 minutes for my bill, and had to go up three times to the bar to request it!! On compliant, I was advised by the manager that if I was not happy, then I should not come to their bar. In which case, I most certainly will not!

Visitors to the Tower Hill area have plenty of choice when it comes to grabbing a quick drink & a bite to eat, but I am happy to recommend Elements Bar in the Novotel on Pepys StreetWe ate in the bar which adjoins the hotel lobby, but has a modern & welcoming feel to it. The service was quick & attentive, and the menu had an excellent range - from sandwiches & lite bites, pizzas through to more formal main course dishes. I chose the seared tuna, which was very good, & my colleague quickly despatched one of their pizzasIdeal if you're looking for somewhere semi-smart to eat, but not overpriced or fussy.

Un conseil à transmettre à la direction est d'embaucher un cuisinier. Une heure d'attente pour obtenir 2 club sandwich. Pain pas grillé, poulet pas grillé, bacon pas grillé. Un conseil, pleins de restaurants sympas à proximité.

En famille à l'hôtel c'est tout naturellement que nous avons voulu dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel.Grave erreur : le buffet à 22.50 GBP hors service est digne d'une cafétéria de supermarché...Si vous commandez à la carte, soyez armés de patience : le service est totalement désorganisé ! Vous pouvez observer les serveurs chercher pour qui sont les plats dans toute la salle...On nous a servi une salade sans vinaigrette... On n'a reçu la sauce qu'un bon quart d'heure plus tard après l'avoir réclamée deux fois...Passez votre chemin, même s'il semble pratique de dîner ici si vous logez à l'hôtel : traversez tower bridge et vous aurez de meilleurs choix.

Ficamos hospedados no Novotel Tower Bridge, e tivemos o privilégio de frequentar o Pepy's Bar em uma das noites. Um local super agradável e propício para se encontrar com amigos.

Gute sortierte Getränkekarte und nette Bedienung. Auch wenn sie ein bisschen langsam war. Was mir auffällt: in London spricht wohl nur noch jeder 3. Englisch. Russisch wird überall gesprochen.

Locale molto ben curato e molto accogliente. Io e la mia famiglia habbiamo soggiornato nell'hotel novotel per cui molto spesso andavamo per un drink o un aperitivo. I prezzi sono quelli tipici di Londra

Great bar - a little noisy sometiles but there you go. Food available all day - service is very good; friendly and efficient. Had a snack when returning late from a show and there was never a problem with the hotel - always helpfula nd friendly

We visited the bar a couple of times while we stayed at the Novotel and found the staff to be friendly and professional. We had a late dinner there one night and the food was excellent. The prices seemed fair enough and not overly inflated as they can be in hotels. Well worth a visit. . .even if you are not staying in the hotel.

Its all about the staff and this hotel seems to have it right with their staff. Often the staff are not English and they are ever so good at trying their English language skills. The service was very good and the value good too.

(I am slightly puzzled over the name of this bar, as parts of it is "Elements Restaurant". This is where we had been to.) For being a restaurant inside the hotel, this place has more than enough charm, but there is a rather "bar" music played on, not always completely suitable to have a quiet evening out. I am a bit surprise that the previous reviewers are saying the service was slow. We received really spotless service. We were served by Italian Gulia and by a Romanian girl whose name I forgot; the second evening by their male colleague. Everyone was very nice and gave us good, attentive service. They offered a buffet - not an option we usually go for. But then we were offered just to "take a look at it" and decide. So we walked over there and were very tempted by what was on display. Of course, you are free to choose whatever you wish at a pace you want and in the amounts you can handle. I think this was a very good value for money and good, tasty dishes, including vegetarian or meaty options. I also liked the fact that the food is not displayed in overwhelming amounts than would then age with time. On the contrary, small portions are served and frequently monitored. If more food is needed, they bring fresh. Just note that the buffet closes at some time, so it is not an all night thing. Before closing, we were kindly invited to take the rest of the food we wanted. As said, we visited two evenings in a row, but were not bored. Dishes were entirely different, only some deserts were the same.

I come to this place about once a fortnight as I work locally and it's so much nicer to come here than one of the hundreds of coffee shops in the City of London. Whether it's to eat or have a coffee, the service is contstantly excellent by all staff. Weekday lunches are particularly good value. Usually eat of the prix fix menu where the food quality is way above the prices charged. Will happily keep coming back here

I stayed at the Novotel as a solo business traveler and had two good meals here in Pepys' Bar. Good food, great real ale, excellent service.

We had a large chinese plater and some spicy sausages, both excellent.

Die Atmosphere ist sehr schön -> schöne moderne Einrichtung, sehr stillvoll.Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und schnell. Das Essen schmeckte einfach köstlich - sehr gute Küche! Und die Kinder bis 11 Jahre zahlen nur die Hälfte. Die Preise sind ganz OK für London. Man bekommt auch ein sehr gutes Bier.Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ate late after an evening out. Restaurant has nice surroundings and convenient as staying at the superb mint hotel across the road. Service was slow and food was average, nothing to compare with the food at the restaurants at the mint hotel.

Ce restaurant d'hôtel Accor n'est pas digne d'un établissement de cette catégorie. Le buffet du diner était plus que médiocre dans tous les domaines avec des plats sans intérêt, voire mauvais, et un service approximatif. Si vous ajoutez une musique intempestive et un personnel débordé vous regrettez votre choix. A améliorer d'urgence.

Friendly service, very clean, slightly expensive. We used the bar whilst staying in the hotel which was very nice but wouldnt come here just to use the bar.

The children enjoyed the kids menu. It's great you have different age groups as the little ones don't eat as much as the older children so food doesn't go to waste.It would be great to see a menu specially for kids who suffer from allergies. It doesn't have to be extensive but it would open up your restaurant and hotel to a different market. It is very frustrating when looking for restaurants that can cater for my kids allergies. My children dictate where we eat and I'm sure it's the case with families who suffer from allergies.The Langham Hotel made a special menu for my daughters when we gave them plenty of notice. When I saw my 2 daughters enjoying their High Tea, I didn't hesitate to pay the bill. It was worth it!

Wie hatten in der Bar ein pre-theatre-dinner. Die Qualität war sehr gut, das Essen kam schnell, der Service war gut und aufmerksam. Abends tranken wir auch Cocktails, ebenfalls von guter Qualität. Die Bar ist nicht zu gross, so dass eine angenehmen Atmosphäre vorherrscht. Die Bar ist den ganzen Tag meist von Hotelgästen besucht.

al ristorante del novotel ci siamo trovati bene, la scelta non è ampissima. Ottimo il dessert ""chocolate experience". Apero fino a tardi. Buono per chi è in hotel, o nei paraggi. Non ci andrei appositamente. In vicinanza molto buono il Dickens inn sul st catherine docks

I enjoyed their fare. I chose what seemed to be traditional English food, but it was prepared by a superb chef and was excellent.

Elements is hard to find and when found was empty apart from our table.The staff were delightful and helpful, food very good, ambience somewhat lacking as there is a building site in view from the windows.It will be very good when the locality is finished.

For a hotel restaurant Elements is very good. The area is like a set from a film but the food and service were very good even if the atmosphere and area is not

Elements Restaurant is in the Novotel Paddington hotel which is in the regenerated area behind Paddington station. The hotel is a bit tricky to find as the whole area is not yet on any maps but Novotel Paddington has a good website with detailed directions on how to get there. The food was delicious and the service was attentive yet unobtrusive. If you work near Paddington or need to catch a train, this is an ideal place to meet, relax, have dinner or drinks away from all the hustle and bussle.

No estuve en el hotel, pero si en el Pepys Bar que es el restaurante del hotel. Una relacion calidad/precio excelente en relacion con la comida que hay en londres. Unos 20€ por persona con postre incluido.Tiene una carta corta pero variada (pasta, hamburgesa, carne, pescado). El personal es muy amable y el ambiente es acogedor.No obstante la situacion del hotel me pareció muy buena porque es un sitio tranquilo con parada de metro muy cerca.Os dejo una foto
