Great little spot to start your day. Friendly staff. Coffee is very good and croissants are warm and fresh!

Good value for money The restaurant only has one M/F toilet which is not enough during rush hour. Some customers stay seated after their lunch and we had difficulty finding a table for 4,513h on 10/25/23.

The people here working were so rude they made me cry. I am hard of hearing and they humiliated me for not hearing my order been called. I go here everyday for lunch during my work break but I will not return any longer.

An ok Pret, same food and drinks as elsewhere. But no comfy seats. Also, it would be helpful if they added floor markings or signage to show where people should queue to order and where to wait for drinks after you've ordered. At the moment in can be hard to tell who is queuing and who has already ordered.

Pret was one of my fav places. Now the food quality is soo low. Last week I bought a wrap and half of it was empty. Today I bought a salmon salad with avocado. Salmon was not smoked at all, it was raw, hard to eat. Avokado was so tough, I couldnt even bite it.

Catch a latte, sandwich, soup, light meal. Good value and convenient - not gourmet but tasty and nourishing.

Better coffee than the average Pret. Also glad that it does not close at ridiculously early hours

Sadly 2nd bad experience. Staff doesn't really understand customer service.

No longer my go-to local pret after having to witness how rude one of the staffs was to a customer.

Feel sorry for the staff, having to deal with impatient customers who have unbelievable expectations when it comes to coffee service. Yet the staff continue to serve with a smile on their face. Hope management are aware of the hard work that their staff are going through - they are the face of your brand, not the people sitting around in head office!

Rápidamente nos detuvimos aquí para tomar quiche caliente y café antes de salir a la calle. La catedral de Pablo. Tanto la comida como el café eran terribles, una pérdida total de dinero cuando tiramos la mitad. El personal era amable, así que no hubo ningún problema. Esta fue mi segunda vez en un lugar de Pret A Manger y las dos veces fueron decepcionantes.

Cups are not recycled and staff is rude/reluctant to cooperate. Please educate staff on the importance of recycling and please ensure the news of the roll out meet customers expectation.

Een zeer lekker ontbijt genuttigd hier. Lekkere verse croissants, muffins, koffiekoeken, slaatjes en fluitsla. Eveneens aangenaam qua prijs.

Great food, organic and original taste. No additives. Foods are prepared same day, no carry forwards so you are sure your food is fresh and healthy. Amazing team! amazing boss!

If looking for a quick bite to eat, that is actually good then this is a great place to stop. They are everywhere throughout London and are quite reasonable. Very fresh!

Good and fastfood in the same sentence? Yes, her it is appropriate. They have a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, coffee e.t.c to eat on the premises or take-away. They are widespread in London and always very clean.

My wife and I were in London for a very quick visit, coming from Paris... We tried to cover as much ground as possible walking around... We were about to visit the Cathedral and but we were a bit hungry... Pret a Manger was very close and we wanted to check out what a popular daily eating place would be like (as foreigners we read that this is a very popular restaurant in London). The variety of foods was really good, service was efficient and friendly. The flavor was excellent and we spent some time there enjoying a warm soup in a cold day.

It makes all the difference to have coffee,food,and a loo to hand.

You know what to expect when visiting Pret. Never disappoints. Pleased to see they were cleaning as they went and not leaving it to end of day. Food and staff good.

Un lugar al paso pero donde se puede almorzar sano y muy rico. Es un lugar que parece solo de comida al paso pero por la variedad que se puede encontrar es posible hacer un verdadero almuerzo, todas las comidas tienen un sabor de hecho en casa a pesar de estar prontas en bandejas y son muy sabrosas. Comidas frías, calientes, sopas, postres y todo para un buen desayuno o merienda también a un precio accesible.

Pret always seems to have everything you want to have and more, simply amazing, I always look out for Pret whenever I want to get a bite to eat.

Non sono un entusiasta della catena Pret a Manger, anche se i sandwich sono più che discreti. Il locale di Ludgate Hill è piccolo, poco frequentato e lascia una sensazione di mediocrità. Personale poco propenso al sorriso e abbastanza freddo con la clientela. Insomma, se proprio uno ha fame e non riesce a resistere...

Stopped in for a quick lunch and found the selection to be excellent and very fresh. Service was good and tables were clean. Great value.

Always great service from the staff in Pret a Manger Ludgate Hill ; good dash filter coffee every morning from Beirut and always with a smile that makes me go back 2 or 3 times a day..... a credit to the company ********

This chain of restaurants began initially as a single shop in Hampstead, London, which opened in 1984. Disappointingly it loses points for having no washroom facilities.

I love the staff especially a Spanish girl that works there and light up the place. The coconut late is amazing!

This Pret opens at 7.30am, even though the staff are still prepping the food they offered friendly service and went and made my roll on request!

They have an interesting concept...they prepare everything fresh daily and whatever is left unsold at the end of the day, it is given for charity. The place had nice hot & cold options...especially for vegetarians. Coffee was good too! Overall, had a good experience..

The coffee here is decent and the Fennel and Mint tea was excellent. This place was open on a Bank Holiday unlike other Prets nearby. Service was good but this place is small and a bit cramped to sit. Better for take-away.

This place has best cappuccino (organic & strong) and chocolate croissants. I stopped at several Pret a Manger locations during my stay in London and was never disappointed!

Had breakfast here everyday for months, it is wonderful. Fresh food and interesting items. I love the almond coissants, porrage, and the sandwiches. Good value too.

Nice to drop in after a day of walking around for alate afternoon cup of tea, and if so required have nice muffin with your tea.

This is very convenient if you are staying around St. Paul's area. They open early and close late. I love their croissants with cheese and ham, delicious! Coffeee is good and so are their bluberry muffin. The guy I found there in the morning was...

The best Pret A Manger in London. All the stuff are so polite and smile . The shop is very clear and the atmosphere is perfect. The food is always fresh and hot !

Was served by Maria today and it certainly brightened up the day. Decaff coffee and almond croissant might be served by nearly all coffee shops, but good to have great service as well.

The local is okay, nothing fancy or comfortable couches like the Costa in front of this... But clean and quiet.
