Great stop for coffee. Service was good and quick. Pity there were only a few stools available to sit and enjoy the coffee

Both Miguel and Noriko were fantastic. We ordered 3 drinks with the £1 coupons My son aged 5 got a large chocolate grape and squeezed it and spilt it all over the floor Noriko immediately offered us another drink at no cost and Miguel said not to worry and cleared it up Both are really kind and great at what the do. And they were both smiling throughout which was lovely. Definitely something you don’t see a lot these days so thank you both of you

I felt very welcome when I went there. It was first time I was there, and I ordered a green tea. The staff was nice, especially the blonde girl, she tried to answer my question about how many kcal in a green tea. She was confused at first, but later when she asked me to move because they were about to do closing, she said she found the answer through internet/website. I do appreciate for this kind of thing. She was super nice and friendly. Hopefully, Nero could do some appreciation for the staff who do their job sincerely.

The worse service ever the girl behind the counter her horrible actitud is incredible ,I wonder why she is in the job she doesn't enjoy?why she treated the customer like that ,and even worse she does think she can do coffees. May be but not with passion and love so do yourself a favour and to the customers and find another job

Nice and fast service. Coffee was okay, expected more. Sicilian lemon cheese cake was great, normal lemon cake was tasty. Raspberry, almond cake was dry and disappointing.

Don't shut sections of the cafe off half hr before you close if there are no other places! Staff had attitude with another customer. Clean up AFTER you have closed to customers.

Caffè Nero is an alright place were you would get coffee. The food is not amazing because I think it does not taste fresh enough. The coffee is quite good but I much prefer Starbucks.

I had a cup of double espresso here after taking a leak in their toilet. The coffee was very nice and the toilet was clean and uncrowded.

Its ok...the usual that you expect oc chains. The coffee was decent. Pastries average, the seating small. The staff looked bored.

Called into here on a busy Saturday. Given the location you can expect it to busy most of the time. Would say that it is much the same as any Cafe Nero you venture into. Busy, ok staff, messy uncleared tables. But, a decent coffee ☕️ 😀☕️ I guess that considering the location they don’t have to try too hard.

Often I go to Caffe Nero, so why not in London. Oh my it was over staffed, yet none of them had learnt to smile! Or how to clean a table. It was about 10.30am, they hardly had any food to offer, 1 of each item, so all for of us had to choose something different. BLT, Sausage Bag, Muffin and a cheese toastie, which had no taste at all. Very disappointing for a well known brand.

An oatmilk latte for me, and a hot chocolate, blueberry muffin for my friend set us up so that we could roam the streets of London window shopping. Staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are well used as Cafe Nero is so popular

Probably the smallest Caffè Nero I’ve ever been in, but just as good as any other. Mostly bar-style seating looking out of the windows onto The Strand; perfect if you need somewhere to kill some time and enjoy a good coffee. Free wi-fi available via The Cloud; no toilet facilities (it’s too small!). Slightly strange experience though when the Barista asked me to remove the lid from my KeepCup...apparently they’re not allowed to do it due to “health & safety” reasons...?!🙄🤔😂

Despite asking for hot milk 3 times, still gave us cold milk. Risotto was served cold and had to be sent back. No gluten free options. Toilets are disgusting and are obviously not cleaned during the day. Recommend you go somewhere else

It’s your average coffee shop selling coffee and snacks. The coffee was okay, it done the job and I will probably use it again. Good service, friendly staff and clean.

They are all the same, lets face it. Its a chain selling coffee and it is marginally better than some of its rivals. Otherwise it has little to recommend

I prefer Nero to any other coffee shops. No one does a skinny latte with extra shot quite like them.

Not really your classic Italian espresso with the thick crema on top, but this place is in the right location and you might as well go there. Service was fast and friendly. Very small dining area.

We popped in for hot drinks whilst waiting for the theatre to open. It was very busy and we had to move some chairs from other tables to be able to sit together. A great places to people watch.

This is a fairly small Nero, but the staff were friendly and the coffee up to the normal standard. Not as busy as some closer to the centre so no queues!

Popped in for a coffee for the first time, lovely friendly staff working there. Coffee was amazing, Brie and bacon panini was unbeleivably moreish and it was clean an very pleasant. What more could you possibly want.

Buen café a precio razonable. Franquicia repartida por toda la ciudad con wifi y espacio confortable. También tiene dulces, para tentempié o desayunar no esta mal.

Mi marido y yo nos detuvimos aquí para una taza de té por la tarde. El servicio era muy normalito. Disfrutamos mirando por la ventana a la gente caminando por la ribera. No llegamos a probar el pastel.

Wir wollten nur schnell einen Kaffee trinken und stürmten in das nächste Lokal. Die sehr freundliche Bedienung liess uns dann doch etwas länger im Lokal verweilen. Wir genossen den Kaffee vor Ort und bestaunten das Treiben draussen an der Strand Street.

The service is generally quite quick, unless one orders a panini in which case one has to wait longer but they do not state this. However, as a customer I feel quite rushed to put my money away. I say this because, as soon as I have paid I am literally being budged out of the way for the next customer simply because the barrista working at the till seems to be on some kind of record mission to get through customers as quickly as possible.The variety of food is generally ok, but I find that the panini portions are very small when they are actually toasted and not good value for money.Being in a touristic spot it is naturally very busy and noisy, especially with the coffee machine constantly going. So, it is quite hard to be sure if you are going on your own if you will actually find a seat if you are eating in. If you do find a seat then you will most likely have to manoeuvre through chairs and change them about.What I liked best is that one is able to do work there, as they have wifi and charge points and there is a jug of water on the side if you want tap water. However, there is only one toilet, meaning that there is always a queue. Furthermore, if you are in a wheelchair is quite hard to enter the coffee shop as there are stairs and accessing the toilet involves trying to get through a narrow passage way.

Café Nero es una franquicia, con varios locales en Londres. Puedes sentarte a tomar el café o puedes llevarlo, esta fue la opción que tomamos. Buen café, en teoría al estilo italiano.

Paramos a tomar la merienda luego de haber caminado muchisimo. Muy rico café, tomamos capuchinos con unos muffins. Hay muchos de estos locales por todo Londres, es una buena alternativa para tomar algo.

Better hot chocolate than starbucks in my opinion. Also the sandwiches (paninis) were very good. Highly recommend for a quick lunch.

Outro café em Londres ótimo para tomar café da manhã e fazer um lanche à tarde. Há diversas unidades pela cidade. Eles servem cafés, sucos, bolos, sanduíches. O ambiente é bem agradável e perfeito para dar uma relaxada.

This chain serves better coffee (to my taste) than most other coffee chains in London. They also have generally the most relaxing premises. I recently have been to the Coven Garden Caffe Nero which is particularly spacious.

Enjoyed cappuccino and toasted sandwiches. Wife an I stopped in for a late lunch/quick snack. I was leery of the pre-packaged sandwiches, but they were fine after being toasted on the Pannini Press. Coffee was rich and delicious. A great place for a pick-me-up coffee or light lunch/snack. Friendly and helpful staff.

Estas franquicias no tienen secreto. Entras en una y sabes lo que hay. La cuestión no es destacar esto o aquello... El café está bien; los dependientes son correctos. El surtido de pastas y sandwiches también.Yo cogí habitación en un hotel pero SIN DESAYUNO. LA idea que pagar 16 libras por un desayuno completo... me parecía caro; además sales del hotel muy harto de comer ... Por la mitad comes bastante menos... pero sin colas y un buen café.Esta fue mi opción ... y acerté.Fue una decisión práctica.

Na Europa vc ira ver inúmeros cafes, mas o Cafe nero tem demais em Londres! Cm o Starbucks! Eu gosto dos dois, seus cafes, bolos, biscoitos e wi fi gratis!!hahaha

Al gusto italiano, nuestros preferidos de Nero son los capuccinos. Delicioso también el chocolate caliente y los snacks pueden servir de muy rico almuerzo o colación, especialmente los muffins y sandwichs calientes. Al pagar en la caja, comprar las pastillas de menta Nero y granos de café bañados en Chocolate. Pedir la interesante tarjeta de fidelidad, se sella al comprar cada café y llegando a 10, uno es gratis.Los locales son espaciosos, limpios y confortables. La atención siempre es esmerada.

Ótima opção para se tomar um café. Tem variedade de sucos, sanduíches, cookies. Uma delícia. Não se pode deixar de experimentar o "Caramel Waffle". É divino.
