Open bright and early at 05.30. Pret always has plenty of food in and some great coffee. This is one of the smaller ones, so there is not much seating. The staff, though, are excellent and polite.

The store is narrow and crowded, but many customers come just to buy lunch and take it away, so the number of seats is sufficient. It's very busy, so it can't be described as cozy, but it's enough to take a short rest.

I’ve been getting Pret every morning -on my way to work and have been served by Roshnee F most of the time. Just wanted to appreciate her great hospitality every time she has served me. I’d give her a 5/5, please give her a raise. :) Just one thing this Pret needs improvement on is their menu, they don’t offer the chicken sandwich/burger which most of the other Prets do.

I love Pret and the porridge. This shop wasn’t particularly nice, there is no bathroom, but the staff was great. They run out of food quickly so there is a limited selection. Still great and would come again.

I LOVE Pret they have the best consistency of good across all stores. Their subscription is incredible value for money. The service can be a little hit and miss depending on which ones you go but the majority of the time it is friendly

High-class coffee with a wonderful barista Alina She knows how to make a real latte. 5* all round! Amazing service and best tasting coffee around! Baristas are great and add a personal touch which is very welcoming

The staff whose name is Lorena is very rude. She prepared our order wrong and after that she shouted at us, to me and my friend. I wish Pret can educate their people in a good way and teach them to NOT shout at customers. Also I am waiting a reply from Pret about this issue.

One of the worst Prets I have visited. No greetings, no hellos, no smiles. Very unwelcome atmosphere! Cinamon danish was ovebaked. The person who served me did not even listen that I have ordered WARM Latte. When I asked the person giving the latte if it is warm, he just repeated all the orders on the counter and got a hot drink that i did not want to. Horrible service! Managers, you need to start motivating your team!

This is the branch I head to on my way into work...it can be incredibly busy but the staff all manage to be friendly despite this, especially Roshnee who is always super smiley and she remembers my coffee order which is pretty impressive considering the footfall in this branch!! Coffee is consistently great too.

I work very close by so Bishopsgate Pret is my go to coffee place. Roshnee is the one regular team member I see in the morning who has exceptional customer service skills, as she is always smiling and friendly!

My experience at Pret A Manger in Liverpool Street was fantastic! The atmosphere was lively, and the service was exceptional. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everyone felt welcome. In particular, i want to give a shoutout to Roshnee for her outstanding service. She went above and beyond to ensure that my order was just right and made my visit truly memorable. Her friendly demeanor and efficiency made the whole experience so nice. Overall, i highly recommend this Pret a Manger branch to anyone in the Liverpool street area. Very busy but quick turnaround so never waiting too long. Good service especially from Roshnee who always remembers my coffee order.

Often, I used to go to the Pret a Manger of Liverpool Street, and I just want to say congratulations to them for their great service, for the quality of their product and for their fast service. I really recommend this Pret a Manger to have coffee, sandwiches and soup.

I spoke to the manager, I believe her name was Oana, for some help. She was extremely helpful, professional, and had a very kind manor. The entire store is kept clean, and staff are always efficient and correct with their orders. It was nice to see a team who worked so well together.

I was a little disappointed with this branch of Pret. The little brown rolls they normally have were out and the seating available at the front was ample, yet the table tops were unclean. Not great when you want to have a place to sit and eat. Shame as I love their food and English Breakfast tea ☕

I came here via too good to go app. When I arrived everyone was busy with closing and no one was paying attention is there customer? Does anyone need help, staff was busy with closing, so they can go home early! I called a girl barista, she was with mean look, looked at me and asked me to wait, If I knew she was serving customer, I would wait, but she was washing machine. As much as I know, for washing machine you need to use chemicals, but she did not even care, she was serving customers at the same time without washing hands. I explained the girl I am here for too good to go, and asked if I could have (without) PORK products, she called another lady with scarf, and I repeated my question, before swiping the collection confirmation, she said ok yes. She brought me bag with food and I left the store. Just small detail, I walked to the store 10 min, and 10 min back home. When I opened the bag, everything was with bacon and ham. Are you joking? I had to go back again 10 min, when i came back to the store, lady without being sorry, got surprised, why I came back, with bag with full of pork products. I asked her again, her with attitude started collecting other stuff. The worst part was guy another staff, who was asking me more questions, regarding to bag, and he told me I can choose whatever is eligible to be collected, and but the lady with scarf who made me spent 40 min for collecting 1 bag, and gave me pork products even I asked her politely can I have a product without it, she was: no no no, it is surprising bag, you collect what I give. Babe, I understand no one takes you serious nowhere, and once in your life you were given control on something, but just want to remind you, this bag is not really surprising bag, or whatever rubbish gives store. First of all, whole reason of this bag, saving expiring products to be thrown away. If you are closing and there are expiring products left, you don’t have even right to put away products for your home, you should do it even after bags which were purchased via app are collected, because your management and company are selling products according to the fixed price that they came up, you are not doing charity or giving it from pocket!

I always come to order a caramel mocha with oat milk and this is the second time they have forgotten to add the syrup. I get it may be busy but this is quite disappointing as usually the service is good. Another time I came I was given something I didn’t even order but I didn’t want to complain as the staff on shift seemed stressed

Delicious coffee and tasty snacks.

Pleasant atmosphere, warm, cosy and always fresh selection of sandwiches/food. Really welcoming staff. Out of all Prets, recommend this one loads.

Rubbish second time third time I order from a pret and they don’t give me my items or they forget to give me them don’t order FROM ANY PRET UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED

Gut: Das Café hat geöffnet, wenn andere geschlossen haben. Im hinteren Bereich gibt es sogar Tische und Stühle. Auch gut: Sie kommen weitgehend ohne Plastikwegwerfprodukte aus. Schlecht: Wenn man gern Kaffee trinkt, sollte man es besser woanders versuchen, um Enttäuschung zu vermeiden..

Quick service and good coffee. Not the biggest location but a good stop for a takeaway coffee.

Speed is out of this world ive seen it be out the door line and did till in like 2 minutes then coffee 2 minutes later no more amazing

Never go to pret so this was a rate treat to myself, and service was quick despite it being busy, but I didn’t get asked if I wanted hot drinks when getting my food, and when I got my coffee it didn’t have a coffee sleeve on the cup so I just had to burn my hands as none were available to get myself and staff were busy serving other customers.

No! You can't have a cup of tap water for your child. We don't have a tap. Sad and disappointing. I had purchased coffee too, not just wandered in 😔

Super tiny branch near Liverpool Street Station. Outside. There are a few branches close together in the area. This one is located near Tesco. Not sure if there are seats. Despite being small, the range of products were reasonable. I only had an americano which was fine. Staff were friendly and pleasant. Efficient service. If you work in the area or want a quick bite to eat, otherwise go to one of the bigger branches.

Used to like Pret. Now you queue up to order a coffee then queue again to wait for it. When you get the counter again they haven't made it 😔

I have to leave a not so great review as I go in so many mornings to this place and their hot food section is always empty at peak times between 8-9, I really don’t get it but it’s happened 3 times this week :(

Really bad coffee makers!!! Avoid this place !!! Every time i came here coffee is bad Milk is burn is the worst coffe in every Pret i drink ! It's the preparation that is bad doesn't matter is it's busy or very quiet they really dobanda know how to make any coffee !! Just becouse we pay for the subscription doesn't mean we have to get the worst drinks ever ... Ill keep updating with pics every time i buy one here to ptove how bad it even looks !

The whole process to get just a simple coffee is chaotic. Customers order and then stand against a wall. Staff shout out the name of the coffee and its a free for all for those who have ordered the same thing. One lady was blasted by staff for saying she ordered a hot chocolate when in fact she had ordered a hot chocolate with hazelnut milk, extra something something... I received my coffee and was told by the staff that the lids were not fitting correctly. It literally would not fit the cup and should in no way be sold as such. The coffee proceeded to spill through the ill fitting lid as I walked with it. A great coffee shop if you want hot coffee all over your shoes.

Food was cold and tough to eat after it has been toasted

I went to buy coffee here one day. The barista insisted that I should queue up to collect the coffee because I was standing outside the queue. Then a man who came later stood before me to received the coffee before me (he jumped the queue) and the barista was not able to say anything… 😡😡😡😡 First of all I was not jumping the queue: I was just standing outside the queue and then when someone jumped the queue indeed the barista was not able to say anything. 😡😡😡😡 It ruined my day I will never come to this shop again.

Witnessed the most disgusting purchase from a Pret store ever yesterday, Thursday 10th March. Purchased a hummus & Chipotle wrap and when I attempted to open the packaging, there was a large area of the wrap covered in visible BLUE & PURPLE MOULD. I returned back to store at 12 Bishopsgate and I was told I can be given a refund of £3.65. The level of customer service is an absolute failure, using out-of-date ingredients and willing to then poison customers!!! Avoid this establishment at all costs.

The hot chocolate is awful, has too much water and almost no milk. I told the manager to dont put water but he got defensive and told me they dont use water (I have seen how they make it and their website also says that). Also the service is very slow. They dont respect the queue and people that ordered after me get served first. I´ve had to wait 10-15 or more to get my coffee. Sometimes they even forget to make your order and you have to go to the counter and remind them. A waste of time

Coffee was fine but... There is a guy that works there, maybe a manager. He shouted at me because I paid at the same pay point as where I ordered my coffee. He then didn't apologise at all. This is not how you should treat a customer. I felt like I was back in school 20 years ago.

Atrocious coffee (overly bitter with hints of pencil lead..), and sandwich bread a bit stale and doughy (wasn't bought yesterday, or the day before, I guess). Used to live in London and remember pret being decent. If it ever was, seems it ain't now

Customer service is terrible. Young , short man who makes coffee is rude and impolite to customers! No soy milk! Please train staff!

Pret really need a better mechanism of securing the lid of the coffee, every time it comes undone and spills. It isn’t the fault of the driver as other restaurants can transport coffee fine

I have been a fan of Pret since they opened. I have always found the staff to be super friendly and I have never had a bad experience until I went to 192 Bishopsgate. I waited almost 15 minutes on a Saturday morning for a coffee. When I approached the girl to enquire if it was nearly ready she demanded to get to the back of the queue. I obliged however when I noticed that people were coming and going and I still did not have my coffee I enquired again. She snapped "get to the back of the queue so I can serve my customers!" Fortunately a gentleman came out from the back and made me a coffee. He apologised for the wait. This branch has an unfortunate design in that it is narrow and people order their coffee and then form another queue to pick it up. I feel that they need a better procedure. Also, the girl that works on the counter on a Saturday morning needs customer service training to ensure that loyal Pret fans return.

Too busy however all staff are kind. anyway there is no soy milk often.

I did the subscription 3 months ago and I would like to mention Nicola. He learned immediately what I like to drink and he was recognising me. Then I stopped my subscription for 2 mouths and when I did the subscription again surprise: Nicola was still there, he recognised me and remember my favourite drink. This store is extremely busy and I am really amazed of his Exceptional customer service 👏

The food was great, the driver was friendly but I’ve waited ages for my food to find a driver and I couldn’t see anything on the map as the drivers signal as lost all the time.

The order was an hour late!!!! The food was cold!! Pathetic experience. Chat support was pathetic and lied to me about order on the way when it was not even there!!! Worst experience ever!!!!

Awful. Two cups of coffee came barely half full. Took 45 minutes AFTER saying driver assigned. I live less than 0.1 miles from the Pret and self isolating. Just shocking.

I felt so sorry for the delivery driver, its 30 degree's and he was cycling all he deliveries. He was so lovely and deserves 5☆ for hes service today. Please make sure you take care of your delivery drivers in this hot heat thank you

Lovely hot coffee, and ultra pleasant staff.

Not one of the bigger Pret's and I wouldn't recommend it for dining in, but if you're in a rush and need to pick up a quick coffee, I've always found this place well staffed and they get you turned round quickly. As always, the staff are lovely people

I only went in for a Chai Latte and it was standard service.

Delivery was supposed to be for 14.05 food didn't even get signed to a driver until 14.45. And items were missing.

Very bad hot chocolate!!! Just same as a hot water I ordered hazelnut nut with oat milk hot chocolate and they gave me hot chocolate with no form no chocolate powder I don’t understand what they gave me..I have it every day but this one is worst I ever had

Would have thought after leaving an unhappy feedback yesterday that this restaurant would have improved. Instead it was the same. Coffee half filled cups. And pastries soaked from spilt coffee where there not put in a separate bag to travel in. Where are these peoples brains?? Surely you would know to put food separate from drinks. Pret is useless, staff are no where near the same as Costa professional staff. Just wish costa home delivered. Wont be ordering from pret anymore.

Pret gave us literally a 1/3 cup of coffee and our pasties where soaking wet from the coffees not being put into a separate bag. They charged me £10.78 for this!! To receive this mess is unacceptable

The food never came I did not receive it as the restaurant called me and they said there is not driver to deliver my order. Then I asked them for my money and they advised me to cancel the order

Got a hot chocolate with the voucher. The hot chocolate tasted disgusting and they did not give cream on top. Don’t give these free vouchers if it’s gonna be trash. Also, they didn’t have their Christmas drinks on offer, which was a even greater down fall. Furthermore- lazy staff, limited menu, alcohol in their Christmas menu AND no cold drinks.

The coffee had not been closed properly and arrived only half full and spilled all over the other items and bag. The apple was not perfect too. Would expect more for a £3 delivery fee

Pretty standard pret. Lately their selection of sandwiches has been pretty limited and it is a little pricey. Speed of service varies wildly, sometimes there's no queue and other times its going out the door. Has remained open during this current lockdown.

The staff are so rude. I ordered my drink and I watched 4 people behind me get their drink before me until the barista asked me what I ordered and then made it for me. They should have known what I ordered. This is bad customer service. You need to train your staff

Excellent but very busy Pret A Manger! There is always a wide range of sandwiches available especially the non stop increasing range of Vegan and Vegetarian products which is simply amazing! There is a brilliant range of hot food here too! As usual, excellent Pret A Manger quality and I absolutely love the Posh Cheddar and Pickle Baguette! It's absolutely remarkable and it would make it into a Michelin star restaurant! It is well stocked despite the long queues and sometimes (pre Lockdown) the queues went straight out of the door between 12pm-1.45pm on Monday-Friday as sometimes it wasn't tempting to get lunch from here when the queues were that long! However, post Lockdown they do get busy but not as busy as before! The customer service here is absolutely brilliant and I was served very professionally! They beat all standards! They treat regular customers very well and I find that Pret A Manger do this better than anywhere else! I have been eating my lunch from this Pret A Manger branch for 3 years now and the staff are very cheerful with me and I have been offered free food such as sweet treats and pastries before! One day I left my card at home and I realised that at the tills. The employee let me have my Latte on the house! Now that's what I call excellent customer service! Honestly, it's a real shame Pret A Manger have cut jobs when all their staff are really friendly! The store was clean and well organised. It has a homely atmosphere to it! Overall, I strongly recommend this Pret A Manger branch to you!
