Costa Coffee in Greenwich

Today there was a special reward of 4.00 for tea and a slice of cake I asked for English tea and was presented with cold peach tea I didn't ask for it but the young man seemed to be sure I did our usual batista sorted out our tea and it was very nice but in a busy place with lots of noise I thought his attitude was horrible

I love Costa and their food and drinks. Today however I had the salted caramel hot milkshake and I'm sorry to say it was vile 🤢🤮🤢....please take off the menu ASAP

Me and a friend both got drinks early morning and both got sick the milk must of not been good, won't be going back to this Costa.

Not very busy which was nice, think people were picking up their kids from school, had a nice latte and a ham & coleslaw sandwich which was very tasty.

On 29th December 07:04 the door still closed I come back from Bromley 08:20 because I'm 126 route bus driver went to the shop asked the woman behind the counter what time they opened today she said 07:00 then I said I was outside the shop 07 :00 and waited 5 minutes and still closeed and no apology I've asked for large cappuccino with soya milk she replied we don't have soya milk without apology I've asked again for cinnamon on top replied no cinnamon without apology I was really disappointed and upset I could of have my coffee at Bromley South from NERO next 126 route stand Both woman behind the counter that day not polite Bad customer service no more costa coffee for me I'll go to NERO instead

I know this is the most difficult time because of COVID. But not welcome atmosphere at all. I ordered mocha but I got left over filter coffee with hot water and milk added. Never again. Delicio coffee is much better and cheaper.

I always have a cheery smile from the staff and as i walk with a walking stick now they always bring my drink and food to the table. Brilliant service and good stuff.

I stopped by the Costa on Eltham high street roughly 8am on a Thursday morning. At this time there were the odd few people in there but it wasn't busy. I opted for a hazelnut mocha and it was divine. A full bodied chocolate flavour with the intense coffee kicking in subtly laced with hazelnut. Within minutes I was setup with my mocha and laptop firing through work emails before a business visit. What really made this was the staff themselves though, their friendly and warming attitude with an absolute focus on customer service. They were fun and attentive which for 8am was warmly welcomed.

Popped in for a coffee and the shop and staff were excellent with brilliant service too. Was tempted to have a cake but I resisted but only just!

a standard Costa but I was very impressed to watch a new member of staff being trained. she was treated with respect and explained the reason why. this will reflect on why They have great customer service.

I stop in at this branch fairly often (2+ times a week) & usually order a hot bev + a snack. My drinks are always as ordered (even when I have odd requests), staff are always pleasant, accommodating & although not necessarily smiling continuously, always seem to cope during busy periods. Well done to them.

A standard costa coffee but the staff work well together to deal with queues and keep the tables clear. This makes it a very pleasant place to meet.

I was disappointed of the behaviour of the barister and the other staff member. I ordered my food and drink and sat in the corner. The AC was constantly blowing straight in my face. I told the staff member that it was too cold. My neck was frozen and the pages of my book were moving. He did not help me but I had a feeling it was even colder. I had to ask louder the second time so they turned the AC the other direction. It wasn't a nice experience at all :-(

Decent size Costa Coffee Bar right on the High Street. Lots of seating and the place is welcoming and very clean. the staff are really nice, and even when it is busy they are always friendly and happy.

Think I have to agree with the other reviewers that this Costa isn't as fresh and clean as it used to be. Toilets are variable with their standards. Think I will stick to the new Costa which has opened at Sidcup station!

Good atmosphere and friendly, efficient staff. The drinks are good quality along with the snacks. The tables are cleaned regularly. The only negative is the price, some products are rather expensive.

Hi I often go into cosa at Eltham,but recently it is getting very grubby and maybe dirty.I saw loads of empty cartons /bags with milk dripping out the other day behind the counter.Toilets need cleaning. Will be using other coffee bars
