Lovely historic old fashioned pub in Hatton Garden. Had lunch which was a cheese and tomato toastie. There’s a cute snug you can reserve plus an upstairs room. Great atmosphere. Lovely ales.

old pub. Very old. So it's not a big deal, and since the rooms are spread out over multiple rooms, you can't see the whole thing, so you can't really see other guests.

A small and clearly very popular pub which you'd never find by chance, as it's so well tucked away in an alleyway. Drinks are expensive but nothing unusual by London standards, and there's a good selection available. Don't expect to sit down and you shouldn't be disappointed!

Usually go to this pub as I work in the area but not sure if it’s under new management, the staff are now quite rude. I asked for a particular drink and was met with quite an obnoxious reply. They also closed early on a Saturday by an hour and didn’t give a good reason. Definitely won’t be going back to this place

Fantastic historic pub dating back to 1546. Small and cosy inside, pleasant outside with seating in a narrow secluded passageway. Not easy to find as it is tucked away behind Hatton Garden shops. Friendly staff, reasonable prices and they do a great Wensleydale & Chorizo pork pie !

Oldest active pub in London. Such a cool place that is surrounded by "modern" building, a pub with great atmosphere and friendly staff. The selection of beers is fairly small.

Lovely time upstairs.... Mind the steps! Food limited, but having our own room was awesome. Difficult getting the drinks upstairs...

Great atmosphere. I also love how hidden away it is. Enjoyed the history of the pub (there is a leafelet inside).. And you can still see the cherry tree in one corner of the Pub (behind glass).

I was planning to visit this place but unfortunately It was closed. This is one of the oldest pubs in london and must visit. Will definitely plan another visit later

Met some good fellows there who were hilarious, telling dad jokes. It was a nice time; it felt like some people called that space home. Amazing!

A very typical pub with nice service. Just a little bit noisy because of the space and the many guests but it is expected in such a pub. We would still highly recommand that place !

Legendary Fullers pub, moist and awesome selection of beer

A step back in time! Decent range of ales, had a decent pint of London Pride. Staff not overly welcoming but overall worth a visit

Great pub, though the Ladies' toilet is at the top of a very difficult to use staircase which is very difficult for my disabled wife.

I didn't have food, but the drink selection was good. Very cute pub

Another great experience visiting the olde mitre which has stood since around 1546 and has said that Queen Elizabeth danced around a cherry tree that once stood there with Sir Christopher Hatton. One of those places you have to know where it is to find it as it’s down a little alley. Was a lot bigger than I was expecting! The front of the pub is very small (which I knew prior) but there is back room that the bar goes to as well. Lots of tables outside down the alley itself and little tables round the where the men’s toilets are. Great selection of beers especially Peroni and Asahi which is great. Definitely will come here again!

Historic London pub with a great atmosphere, and getting to the place is quite a trip. It's quite small, but it works for having a beer on the go and on top of that you get to know a historical place.

In a small hidden alley, you will find this pub as if outside of time, a little bubble of laughter and serenity in the middle of a London that is always moving! I highly recommend ☺️

Siempre es preocupante visitar un pub legendario por primera vez. ¿Estará a la altura de su reputación o no? En este caso sí. Es pequeño, muy peculiar y lleno de historia. La cerveza es buena y la oferta de alimentos muy limitada está bien como papel aluminio para la bebida. Los precios son altos, pero en general vale la pena visitarlo.

Quick to get your drinks, beer is filled well though it might not be in the glass you’d like. Can’t split the G if there is no G. Great service - very packed and fun

A personal favourite famed for its excellent beer and 1970's style English tapas (toasted cheese sandwiches, pork pies, sausage rolls & scotch eggs).

Only problem is it is always busy..:)

Such a cool atmosphere! Very friendly people, great drinks, and excellent service! Can be a bit hard to find if you don’t know what/where you’re looking for, but it’s absolutely worth it! Really a tremendous pub experience if that’s what you’re looking for.

this place is all about the place. What a setting! Beer is OK, tap room smells fiercely of spilled beer and God knows what else. A charming classic.

This is a fabulous little pub. Half a dozen or so independent cask ales plus Fullers. The beer is in beautiful condition and I just paid £3.10 for a pint in London!

Great atmosphere and managed to rent out an area for afterwork drinks. If you want pub vibes I would recommend here. We were outside in the courtyard area.

Lovely old pub, great decor inside, beer is better than the other pubs we've been in this weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clientele was a mix of city boy workers and tourists. Worth tracking down.

I love it. Every time we pass we get closer. It is the traditional English pub that could be in any small town. It has a very cozy terrace and they are very friendly.

Very old place that is worth seeing. I loved the two beers I tried. They are much better than the ones in other pubs in London.
