Traditional British restaurant.

We arrived at 12:57 after a delayed train. Asked for 2x full English breakfast and was refused! I asked the cashier when they stop serving breakfasts and I was told this was 13:00. I informed the cashier that the time was 12:57 and showed them the time on my phone. All they did was apologise that they could not serve breakfast now. How disgusting!!! - they need a decent clock!

Friendly backstreet pub. The landlady's lovely!

Stayed at Ibis so very convenient. Staff were excellent - Kay in particular was so friendly and efficient. The other waitress was very good as well and was great with our dog. Barman very helpful. Food was roast dinner and delicious. There was a big party before us but we still didn’t need to wait long. Yorkshire puddings fab. The atmosphere good but spoiled by the drunk and loud table of around 6 people swearing and being loud and frankly rude. The larger party in the separate section were not noisy at all.

Hosts outstanding live music and brings great vibes! Bar service was fantastic, friendly and quick. I didn’t eat on restaurant side but location is near a good high street with a lot of food options.

I love in-store Nero but ordering from there stores is tragic. The drink is literally always spilled and gets everything wet in the bag. And every other time an item is missing. I tell myself every time "Never order again." But I think this is rea t.

Excellent beers and atmosphere!

The owner was super rude and mean to people, really put me off the drink I was having. Wouldn’t recommend
