Always pop in here for a flat white, and I’m pleasantly surprised with how the shop has progressed in such a short time. Very clean and tidy. The new manager meldrith has certainly made some well needed improvements. Very friendly, polite and professional lady. All the staff seem very friendly. Also a new member of staff Connor has a very welcoming vibe, and made possibly the best flat white Iv ever had from Costa. 10/10

Awful dirty place. Staff fighting a losing battle. The company is either too cocky or down right lazy if they think this will suffice for a good customer experience.

In urgent need of a refurb, dingy and dark and smells frowsy , furniture heavily stained , upholstery ripped, doesn't feel a nice environment to sit back and relax and enjoy a coffee. Staff are welcoming

Good service as usual for Costa but this still needs a hell of a refurbishment. Dark dingy and dirty torn seats with miss match furniture. I can't understand why Costa would let one of their stores get so bad! Disability friendly but as per Costa policy guide dogs only however they allow non official emotional support dog's at their discretion.

A very spacious Costa with large tables and sockets. I appreciate every cafe that doesn’t play music, which makes it great for working here.

To be fair, it's pretty much the same as many other Costas. But that's not a bad thing as you know what you're getting with Costa (Try their cortado, they have nailed this for the mass market!). Little bit dark inside so sit near the front or outside if you aren't trying to avoid glare on your laptop! Probably my favourite outlet in the useful but otherwise not that inspiring Beehive Centre ☕☺️

My wife and I went in there today and ordered 2 coffee Frappe's. None of them tasted of coffee, pretty tasteless, ( Not cheap for a tasteless drink). We took them back to the member of staff that made them and asked for a little coffee to be added to make it taste of coffee. The staff member said he was using the standard recipe and wasn't allowed to use extra. Needless to say we won't be buying those again. The store was also filthy. The built in sofa was split open with stains all over it, not very appetising to sit on. The tables and floor were filthy with crumbs all over the place as if somebody had set a stick of dynamite off in a packet of biscuits. The 2 members of staff there seemed to be busy and could have done with a 3rd member to help keep things clean and tidy. ( the sofa needs replacing ).

Dirty and messy. The floors / tables are covered in the remnants of other people’s meals, and nobody has bothered to clear up al the glasses / mugs from the tables.

We had a really pleasant customer experience. We are always anxious when eating out due to a dairy allergy. The staff were professional and considerate when we asked about their available products. They took us through the allergy matrix and explained the risks, and that they would prevent cross contamination through washing utensils. They were true to their word and washed their hands and items to ensure our food and drink were prepared separately despite the additional work. Very grateful, thank you very much.

Omg, it’s a horrible shop to visit. Everything was so untidy, and unorganised. Don’t know how people are able to sit in this store as the lighting is very low and you feel love sitting in a medieval dungeon. There is only one toilet and is indescribable, there was water and used tissues all over, the hand dryer was broken and not sure if this is getting cleaned at all. I never thought of using suck harsh words but I mean every word!! Would not recommend this place at all.

Busy Sunday morning, stopped here for breakfast. Very busy but service was spot on.

I visited today and the staff were helpful especially the guy who helped clean up a spilt drink. There was a nice atmosphere and service was quick. The cleanliness has got a lot better since my visit last year.

Surprisingly lousy service from the barista. The girl at the cash desk was normal, but the barista was extremely rude and acted as if we had eaten her dessert. As an addition, the coffee shop felt like a poorly decorated warehouse.

Food and coffee great. My one and only gripe…. This place is run down, has FILTHY chairs and just seems neglected. Maybe stick a carrier bag on the chair before you take a seat…. Thank me later….🤢

I’ve been coming here for years but notice the decor is very tired with ripped unholstery and worn, sticky tables. Floor dirty and service quite slow. Same young man I’ve seen a few times serving hot drinks who seems really slow. One day waited 11 minutes for my coffee with only 2 people ahead in the queue. My toastie had got cold by the time my coffee was ready. Doesn’t seem the same anymore.

Busy lunch rush the staff handled it well , thank you for the little chocolate sweets .

Took my granddaughter today and the staff were fabulous, talked to my granddaughter and couldn’t be more helpful. Thank you

I love Costa and often go to the beehive centre, Cambridge, its a lovely chilled out place with nice food and drinks, the staff are all lovely 5*

Waiting for my MoT, had lunch here. Tasty tuna melt properly heated through. decent tea served in a pot. Proper crockery. Wouldn't make a point of visiting a retail park outlet but if you need somewhere to wait or for a sit down, this is a reasonable choice.

Always good coffee at Costa. When I visited there was a short queue which took a few minutes to clear. Choice of non vegan foods was limited but we did get there just after dinner time. Good service but just a little slow. This outlet is looking like it could fobwith a refresh now. It's a bit dingy inside but still serving great coffee.

Nice shop at a very good location because it serves the people who come to Behive centre for shopping. Friendly staff, great selection of tasty drinks, cakes and other bites. Using their app customers can collect points/stamps and then get free items. Plenty of tables including outdoors. I can recommend this coffee shop.

Very short staffed unfortunately and the toilets were awful. No toilet rolls, wet floors, empty toilet roll holders over the floor. Disgusting!

Carrot & walnut cake was delicious.

I had a mint choc chip frappe made by Illinca and it was well and truly STUPENDOUS, and it was hand delivered to me by Kareem, who also Kareem'ed my frappe (he puts cream on frappes the best). I had a great time, and was particularly impressed as I saw Raj carry 10 bags of milk all at once! The tables were clean and it was overall a great atmosphere. 10/10 would drink there again

Lo suficientemente agradable con buenos cafés como era de esperar. Personalmente, no me gusta su ambiente de unidad minorista, sentarse en la parte de atrás se vuelve bastante ruidoso, empeorado con las reglas de distanciamiento social vigentes.

Nos alojamos en el cercano Premier Inn y nos apeteció un desayuno rápido. Costa estaba abierto y pudimos conseguir un plato encantador de gachas y café. El personal era amable, organizado y servicial. Realmente disfruté nuestra visita.

Me quedé impactado. Uso la costa cerca de mi casa casi a diario. Esta costa era asquerosa. Los pisos y las superficies estaban sucios, basura en el piso. Fui al baño para discapacitados que fue lo peor que he visto en mi vida. El piso estaba mojado, peligroso para aquellos con dificultades para caminar como yo. Todo el lugar estaba sucio con toallas usadas en el suelo. Claramente no había sido limpiado por edades. El personal era grosero y hosco, no interesado

No terminó como una bebida rápida, ya que el servicio estaba muy ocupado. Nunca parece haber suficiente personal en estos lugares con el personal pobre que trabaja muy duro para deshacerse de la cola. Pedir pastel de chocolate que estaba bien café como se esperaba

went in early got a really great cappuccino Barista really took trouble over my order and did exactly what I asked for.

Cada vez que he estado aquí ha estado muy ocupado. Me atendió una chica con el pelo corto y algunos tatuajes, que trataban muy bien con una mujer terrible que era muy desagradable solo porque su blanca plana se ponía en una taza para llevar. Chica con pelo corto, eres increíble.

Very rude baristas. Slow service. Not worth the money at all. Asked for napkins as none given, barista simply mumbles you have to ask at the till. They were inches away from the barista!!!! Won’t bother again in future.

Tables were dirty and the toilets were disgusting. Took several minutes to be served even though there were 2 staff behind the counter and no one else waiting. I usually find Costa coffee shops to be really nice, but this was unusually bad for Costa.

Visited 2 weeks ago and this is my 2nd bad visit in as many weeks. Staff are clearly under pressure to serve but not as quick to clean tables. We wanted to sit outside as it was a nice day but out of the six tables not one of them were clear and in fact someone had piled a tray with dirty cups outside the front door and still the tables were full. Needless to say we opted for takeaway. Another poor visit to costa

I usually enjoy Costa Coffee's products as I tried them several times in both Cambridge and Ely.

If visiting the beehive retail centre, worth a visit to relax in the Costa coffee shop. Can be very busy at times but the staff are always polite and happy. A range of cakes and sandwiches are available.
