Fantastic and adaptable yet expensive drinks and food. Decorations are always outstanding and is great for drive through or eating in.

This is a great starbucks so friendly and clean and spells people names right. I love coming here with my friends and it’s always fast!

Very over priced compared to a local bakery wasn't told some of the things I had bought were vegan until paid for . The custard apple crumble tart was bland tasteless and really hard . I actually binned it after a few mouthfuls. Really disappointed as I paid 19 pounds for a few items won't go back again

Fantastic pub, lovely staff especially Mark. Stayed in London for 6 weeks for work commitments and the good companion easily became my new local. All staff have an approachable can do attitude nothing is too much of an ask. Thank you for being so lovely to a london outsider! X

Everything was great till we were about to go my wife visited the toilets which were absolutely disgusting were told by a staff member they were the old ones as they couldn't do everything this doesn't mean they should be dirty wont be going back in a hurry

With a heavy heart, I’m having to write this review. I’m not sure what has happened to Ravens but things need a turnaround asap. I’ve been coming for quite a few years but having been disappointed in August and deciding to brave it today, the service and food quality have dramatically gone down hill and it hasn’t changed in these months after complaining in person last time. It’s incredibly disappointing when you drive specifically to eat at a venue you have loved only to find the high food standards you were accustomed to, have slipped. No one wants to pay for a decent breakfast experience where the food is cold, undercooked and it’s a shame to see good quality food spoilt by inadequate cooking. When the service is so slow when there was barely anyone there and no cutlery on the table so having to get up and ask just isn’t good enough especially when a person said they’d get you some but decided to clear a table instead and not even bothering to come back. I’m always someone to champion places and I’ve always thoroughly enjoyed Ravens but I wouldn’t brave coming back again and risking further disappointment. I hope Ravens read this review and takes some action. It can’t live on its historic reputation. It needs to work harder to turn things around. Even the staff didn’t check whether our food was okay, they didn’t even ask how my partner wanted their eggs cooked. Sad times ☹️

We were in Teco getting food for an elderly dementia relative when we went upstairs to costa for a coffee when There was a middle aged lady behind the counter who was on her 8th day of an 8 day shift, she didn't even look up at us and when we asked her to pick a credit card to pay for the bill she became quite rude telling us to just pick a card as she didn't have time to play sill games as she was trying to get the que down. There was only one person behind us in the que, and we were only trying to pay. Definitely think that no matter what's going on for you, maybe pause and think about how easy it is to be polite and have manners !

First visit since this restaurant changed from being a Wimpy to now being called The Diner, I believe it’s the same people running it but a vast improvement now. A great choice on the menu and the food is 100% better than it was before. I had the half pounder and chips and my wife had gammon egg and chips, both were well presented and tasted lovely. She managed to fit in sticky toffee pudding and custard which looked lovely and she said it tasted great. There is a good selection on offer here at very reasonable prices, well worth a visit.

Actually disappointed that you get barred for the most pettiest of reasons that doesn’t warrant 6 months. Now one of our friends from the whole group can not join and we have events and Xmas parties coming up.

We had a very good, healthy and tasty lunch (Puy lentils, roasted beetroot, walnuts, watercress, and mixed leaves). The young man serving us was excellent. He asked us which options were available at each stage when serving the meals. Very clear and helpful. When at the till there wasn't room on the tray for the tea, so the lady at the till helpfully brought the tea over to our table and moved a chair so I could get to the table in my wheelchair. A lovely healthy meal at a very reasonable cost with service that was prompt and helpful.

Desafortunadamente, excepto por la gente encantadora que trabaja allí y la ubicación conveniente para el parque científico, es un lugar realmente malo con algo de comida terrible. Tampoco muy barato. Desafortunadamente, el parque científico Cambridge es un lugar muy pobre sin casi instalaciones, por lo que incluso una mala cafetería estará ocupada a la hora del almuerzo. Muy triste... La administración del parque científico claramente no está calificada para el trabajo.

The staff was friendly and easy to get a laugh from. they work well as a team and the cakes and huge pot of tea was welcome after a few hours of shopping.

We visited around 1.10pm. The restaurant was busy, and running out of food. Tables were left with dirty crockery on it so difficult to find an empty and clean table. Very limited menu, and quite expensive.

Amazing service by Erin and lek ! Nothing was to much trouble !!! They made our visit worth while! Food was amazing !
