The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in East of England

Went for dinner and was not impressed. The portions were small, the food was not good. The waitress wasn't attentive to the table and we had to wait for a second round of drinks for a while. The dining hall is cold. It's not somewhere I would return to in a hurry.

Absolutely horrible. I got carbonara and it was truly disgusting. I ve never in my life had a bad carbonata, i was shocked at how bad it is. The souce was horrible. The one in the picture is without meat because that s what i requested, but 3 other people at my table ordered it with meat and also said it was absolutely disgusting and impossible to eat. Someone else got pizza and it was ok. The staff was nice.

I regularly come to the cafe when visiting the park. It has its issues. The staff are lacklustre and don’t work with any urgency. The tables inside are almost always dirty which when coming with my young son is a big issue. Bizarrely they don’t give you a plate with your grated cheese bap….subsequently cheese falls out all over the table. Why no plate? The cakes and tiffins are not bad. The bacon bap is great!! £4 isnt bad at all. The queuing system is tedious however I’m not sure what else they could do. The inside only seats about 36 which is quite small. I will be back, begrudgingly

Highly recommend. The food was delicious and the staff friendly. Young girl serving us was exceptional. Will be back!

It's Costa, they offer a good range, they're consistent.

What's not to like. There is banging cake and banging coffee. Staff are great. Clean and tidy. Oh did I mention they do banging cake and coffee 👍🏼

The food and service was awful me and my other half had gone in for anniversary meal, we had the nachos to share as a starter and the steak for main. The nachos were ‘okay’ they were cold with a spoonful of salsa and a massive side of sour cream and basically no cheese. The steak was cold basically raw and had fat running through it all, and was completely unseasoned, in total for both sets of food we waited for 1hr 25minutes! We came to the restaurant with a reservation for food and drink and then got told , once we waited (what felt like) 10 minutes to even be spoken to by someone, that there were no seats in the restaurant area and asked if we were okay to sit at the bar or the garden (which was fine, but a tad annoying as we had booked in advance for the restaurant ) we then waited another 5 minutes to be given menus while still standing waiting to be seated. Customer service had no standard and yes you could see they were short staffed but that doesn’t excuse the way we were treated and spoken to and the standard of food that had been given.

This was branded as Café 24 in April. A great place for Breakfast. ( One would imagine that Lunch and Dinner would be equally as good.) Quality food, well-cooked and served. The timings between ordering and receiving your meal, excellent. Will certainly return when next in the area.

I went in with my granddaughter who wanted to buy her own food. I could not find the price displayed for the cakes. When I asked where the price was displayed I was told that Esquires did not display the price at all. I found this very poor service as not everyone feels confident enough to be able to ask or even wants to only find out the price at the time of ordering. The price should be displayed so there is enough time before ordering to make a decision. Esquires please change your policy over this. I asked at the counter who to contact over this and was very dismissively told to look on line

Mother's day reservation here, the food we ordered had to be decided before getting there, that is understandable. The fish & chips I got were relatively decent, good portion of chips, fish was really good, light batter with crispiness, very much a treat. My starters, the halloumi sticks came with barbeque sauce, little spicy tang but not too hot. Overall a decent place for an occasion, food wise, you will be satisfied.
