Decided to have a coffee after a disappointing visit to Hopewells which was empty and old fashioned. Glad we did as the homemade cakes were wonderful. A very welcoming friendly little terrace cafe, the only good thing about the visit.

Would most definitely recommend !! Had my mams wake here and Paul and staff were wonderful , everything was as we had asked and the food was plentiful and tasty. Paul worked real hard to make sure everything was perfect . A big thanks again to Paul and staff!!

Called in for a much needed cuppa and full English on a Sunday morning. Quiet when we arrived, quick, efficient service good prices, really enjoyable breakfast. A bit of a throw back to the old school greasy spoon cafe, I'm not saying that as an insult though. If you're wanting decent, old fashioned English cafe food at a good price, I highly recommend.

Visited a friend in Notts yesterday and we stumbled across this little hot spot. Great little place with indoor and outdoor seating and both areas extremely clean and presentable. Lovely range of food items with a selection for everyone from breakfasts, to toasted sandwiches, fresh sandwiches, smoothies and a great selection of delicious cakes! The staff are absolutely lovely and really helpful. One of the staff helped in my hut if need when there was a spillage over our backage containing outfit changes for that night. He couldn’t be more helpful in offering to help dry my clothes and replacing the spilt drink. The food was beautiful and the quality and freshness means I’ll be back on my return to Nottingham. Definitely worth a visit if you’re passing!

Whether it's a night out with my partner or need somewhere safe to go to after a late shift at work this is one of my favourite places. The staff are friendly, drink selection is really good and they sometimes bring a lovely dog out on the floor! Very conveniently placed by the bus station!

Just walked past. Currently closed with no notices 🤷🏻♀️ Edit for clarity: Originally posted yesterday - I checked Google maps and the website, both show an opening time of 11am. I tried the door - closed and locked. Hung around until 11:30 and gave up. Hence the 🤷🏻♀️

Had a great time at Blend Cafe. Located on bottom floor of Nottingham Contemporary. Friendly staff. Nice range of coffee, sweet treats and savoury meals. Lots of open, comfortable seating. Ample space for large group gatherings. Really enjoyed my soup and grilled cheese - both very tasty with nice cheese skirt on the sandwich. Will be coming back again in future - it’s a great baby-friendly cafe and will be nice to combine with a visit to the art gallery too!

Went to brunch here, the music was great & the venue itself is lovely. The Food was also amazing and had great flavour. I would say that the brunch is not worth the money and the bar staff were quite rude. We had 1 bottle of Prosecco & 2 small cocktail jugs between 6. Once we finished the bottle I asked for a second bottle to be brought to the table and even pointed the table out. We never received the 2nd bottle, staff were just stood at the bar talking, no staff came round to refill drinks or ask if we needed anything. I later went up to the bar to ask where our 2nd bottle of Prosecco was and was told it would be £30 for another bottle as brunch had finished. It's a short brunch time anyway but a lot of money for around 2 drinks and a small meal. I wouldn't call it bottomless, but it was a good experience.
