Vi este restaurante en instagram y el ambiente y todo se veía increíble, así que pensé en reservarlo para la noche de San Valentín, ya que estábamos de visita desde Londres. En primer lugar llegamos allí y como ordenamos tuvimos que pagar primero que me parece muy desagradable para una ocasión tan especial y lugar agradable y debido a esto terminamos pagando cuatro veces, el servicio era mediocre y para nosotros que no fumamos nos quedamos atrapados en medio de otros fumando shisha y vapeando, pedimos 2 x para cambiar de mesa y fue groseramente informado por la anfitriona no hay otros asientos y luego ignorado por el camarero. La comida estaba bien, yo estaba tan decepcionado cuando pedí el cóctel más caro que significaba que se prendiera fuego como se indica en el menú que sabía a calabaza y todavía estoy esperando a que se incendie que se adornó con un limón.

Waited 2 hours for food when it arrived was cold and had to leave straight after being served staff are incompetent asked on multiple occasions on where the food was no one got back to us until 3 minutes before our booking time was up and we had to leave

Tuve una experiencia increíble en este restaurante! El servicio al cliente fue excepcional de principio a fin, y tengo que dar un saludo especial a nuestro servidor, Mel. Ella era atento, amable, e hizo nuestra experiencia gastronómica mucho más agradable. El punto culminante de la comida fue definitivamente el filete de solomillo — fue cocinado a la perfección, tierno y lleno de sabor. ¡Cada bocado fue absolutamente perfecto! Si usted está buscando buena comida y un mejor servicio, este lugar es una visita obligada. ¡Recomiendo preguntar por Mel si tienes la suerte de tenerla como servidora!

We went here for my friends 20th birthday and we had a large booking of almost 20 people. The service provided was 10/10 especially from Roni who was a great host ! I had the king prawn linguine and it was so tasty, I will be back for more ! Great experience, thanks !!!

Would not recommend, prices are ridiculous compared to the quality of food. Very unfriendly staff. force you to leave without using the entire tab. Better going somewhere you can actually enjoy for the evening & not rushed out.

I visited here from out of town staff were being extremely rude and weird towards us. We had booked our table for 10pm hoping to celebrate our night here, this was not the case as we were made to leave. This is there policy which I must’ve of missed when booking. I would not recommend coming from out of town to visit here as they will kick you out and you cannot spend your evening here. The food was terrible as was the service. Staff seemed more interested in other customers who I assume are their friends. Overall not a very friendly environment. The atmosphere (looks & music) however is amazing shame about the service and being forced to leave.

The head of security was awful and really rude. When we were looking for our ID he said if you don’t have it then leave and go home without giving us a chance to say anything. We all had pictures of our id and he said he can’t take that but on the website it doesn’t say physical. He then went on to say ‘would you go to an airport with a picture of ur passport’ sorry but this isn’t an airport is it? He was extremely rude to us constantly and barely gave us a chance to speak. He finally let us in when he realised we didn’t want to smoke shisha but we had been saying that we weren’t going to smoke shisha from the beginning. If he had given us a chance to speak then none of this would have happened in the first place. I’m disgusted at how rude someone can be. He is literally getting payed to give good customer service but couldn’t even seem to do that. Hes ruined my friends birthday and none of us will be returning again. All the other staff were fine and food wasn’t bad but he ruined the whole experience. Also our booking was for two hours and he wasted about twenty minutes because he couldn’t be quiet and listen. Would most definitely not recommend.

Went to book a table for Party of 6 in afternoon for that evening to be told by the lady no reservation is needed and just turn up, to which we did to find out we were refused entry because not all members of the party had ID on them, seriously we were all over age 45!

Fuimos a brunch aquí, la música era genial y el lugar en sí es encantador. La comida también era increíble y tenía un gran sabor. Yo diría que el brunch no vale el dinero y el personal del bar fue bastante grosero. Teníamos 1 botella de Prosecco y 2 jarras de cóctel pequeñas entre 6. Una vez terminada la botella pedí que se llevara una segunda botella a la mesa e incluso señalé la mesa. Nunca recibimos la segunda botella, el personal estaba parado en el bar hablando, ningún personal vino a rellenar bebidas o preguntar si necesitábamos algo. Más tarde fui al bar a preguntar dónde estaba nuestra segunda botella de Prosecco y me dijeron que sería £ 30 por otra botella como el brunch había terminado. Es un poco de tiempo de almuerzo de todos modos, pero un montón de dinero para alrededor de 2 bebidas y una pequeña comida. No lo llamaría sin fondo, pero fue una buena experiencia.

No puedo dejar de describir lo increíble que es este lugar, el personal las bebidas de la comida wow. No pensé que Nottingham fuera tan bueno, pero definitivamente me mudaré a Nottingham solo para poder ir a billones de euros todos los días. 100 / 10 ! ! Espera, ¿olvidé mencionar la Shisha, está fumando bien lol! Mel es el mejor oh mon dieu! ¡Oui oui!

Social and vibrant Bar in the heart of the City Centre.

Nos gusta el placer y la vide, la bebida es tan buena, que lo disfrutamos que recomendaré a todo el mundo que quiera pasar un buen rato.

Good bar. Foods rubbish. They make you pay upfront which I understand but don’t expect a refund if your food is rubbish. Ordered a fillet steak medium rare with chips and a sauce. Steak was well done. Sent it back. 30 mins later I got it back with the same chips and sauce that was on my plate originally so they were cold. Steak was well done again. Didn’t bother sending it back at this point. Good night out but wouldn’t eat there again.

I’ve been visiting Billionz for some time now, and every visit is always a pleasure. From the moment you step in, Vitor (the bouncer) greets you with a smile and impeccable professionalism. The rest of the staff is just as fantastic! Asad, Donni, and Faris are always available and ready to provide excellent service. They are truly helpful and ensure that every experience at Billionz is top-notch. I highly recommend this Shisha bar to anyone looking for a vibe with outstanding staff, good food and music!

10/10 experience all round, attentive staff, brilliant customer service and the atmosphere is amazing. I visit at least once a week just for the food alone not only for the quality but for the speed of service too, I can absolutely hands down say this is the number one spot in our city, a tiny minority of these reviews seem to be extremely misleading and setting a bad precedent and I’d like to confirm that these are definitely not the case in my opinion and it’s sad to see a place so many people hold in such high regard being torn down with such negativity. I’m very critical when needs be but have never had a bad or even average experience on my visits and I visit multiple times a week as this is a usual spot for me and my friends.

For a great hangout spot in Nottingham, you can't beat Billions.

Awful place won’t be returning. Staff are rude and being the atmosphere down. Had a booking and rang the door bell and the ‘security’ ignored me whilst watching the Tyson fight their phones and when i knocked on the door i got given a disgusted look. Ive paid to be here and get treated like dirt. Music was mid and vibe was dead what a waste of money. Another table added shots to our tab and we only got a discount and not those items removed from the bill. Toilet didn’t flush and didn’t even have a lock on it and floor was vile and sticky.It was my friends birthday and this place ruined her night. Always heard bad things about this place but now i have seen it for myself. Will never be coming back and will let my friends , family and clientele know not to waste their time visiting.
