Revolution Vodka Bar in Nottingham

In verband met de verjaardag van mijn partner gekozen voor een een not so average afternoon tea. Deze variant bestond uit allerlei warme en hartige hapjes en werd afgesloten met een heerlijk toetjes assortiment. En we konden hierbij kiezen voor een lekkere cocktail van de kaart. Uiteindelijk hebben we zelf ook nog 2x gekozen voor een andere lekker cocktail. Het personeel was gastvrij en vriendelijk en de locatie kleurrijk, gezellig en warm ingericht. Het is onderdeel van een keten waarbij het waarschijnlijk op avonden in de weekenden erg druk is. Wij waren er op een rustige dinsdagmiddag. Zeker een aanrader en wat anders dan een standaard afternoon tea!

birthday deal lunch, plain bland re heated burger and cold chips not what we thought it would be and pornstar martini incredibly bitter not for us won't be returning. staff were friendly, toilets no loo roll and glasses near sinks from night before.

booked premium all day brunch for 9 people all paid £45 each sadly only 6 could make it,thank god as staff were slow and offish and almost gave the impression rather we were not there food was ok but cannot believe how crap the staff made us feel no worries there's at least 6 people you won"t see again rather spend our money elsewhere you miserable sore faced so and sos

Called in for a drink and something to eat before going to see Michael Macintyre at the Motorpoint arena. They had a deal on which we thought was a misprint. Selected main courses for £2.99! We both had double burger with cheese and bacon with chips for a couple of quid extra. Probably not the best we’ve ever had but decent and really good value for about 11 quid for both. The staff were all very friendly. Will definitely be calling in next time we are in Nottingham.

Booked a bottomless brunch for myself and my friend. We were not disappointed. Food was nice, drinks amazing and plentiful. Rose (who normally works at Hockley Revs) was fantastic, checking on us, drinks etc. She was fun and helpful, making recommendations about our drinks too. Also I'd like to mention how easy it was to book online and be seated once we arrived. Thank you for 5 star treatment.

Came here to celebrate my 30th and was a lovely evening 2-1 drinks. Atmosphere was amazing. Staff were lovely and we had so much fun.

Honestly not bad at all, If I had to be realistic and boardline picky, I would start by saying the food was great, the Prosecco was decent but you might want to eat before or afterwards. The guy serving could have done with a lesson in smiling but overall pretty decent. You get: A bottle of Prosecco Jalapeño dippers Chicken strips Chips 2x sliders Desert was: Brownie Inside down lotus cheesecake Waffle/ice cream and honey

Nice Burger & Kebab .. Pity about the state of the velour Booth seats … the booth seating was absolutely appalling, very dirty/ badly stained .. not what you want when you wish to enjoy a meal ..in saying that the food was really nice , staff friendly..Saturday afternoon and extremely popular & busy … Come on Revolution get those Booths cleaned .

I held an event here and the staff were so organised and accommodating. They made it so easy to contact them and organise everyone's food before going, and also added lovely personal touches that everyone loved! I would also like to make a special mention to Jessica, she made sure that everything ran smoothly and just made sure everyone had a great time.

Here now waited over 20 minutes for first lot of drinks over 30 minutes for food now waiting for drinks ordered via app over 40 minutes ago daughter has gone to bar to find out where they are and they haven't even started them yet. We have had food which mine came first even though i ordered on the app after and my daughters came 20 minutes later after having to ask them where it was. I had mac and cheese that was very good but chips cold. This is the second time I have come here this year and the last time the service was terrible too.

Came here for food and drinks before James concert . Absolutely Cracking .. 2 guys on bar working so hard , with great customer service . Ordered from £2-99 menu and couldn’t fault food or speed that it came out . Lady in kitchen working very hard . Food was Well presented and really tasty . Would Definitely recommend and return .

Our son sent a voucher for afternoon tea for two for my wife's birthday. After booking the venue in advance, we were honestly expecting a few turned up sandwiches and cakes. Wrong! On arrival our table had been decorated with balloons (nice touch) and our tea consisted of a hot platter with a bottle of Prosecco, followed by a dessert tray plus 2 shots of vodka each! All the food was very tasty and well presented with excellent service from Charlotte and Karl! A really enjoyable experience ! Made my wife feel very special.

Came to Nottingham for a concert last weekend. We searched for somewhere to eat beforehand. I had fish and chips on the deal with a drink before 5pm. £4.49. Food took ages to arrive . Service poor. During the concert I was taken ill with sickness and diarrhoea. It was the most humiliating experience I have ever had. Not even had a drink. Please don't eat here.

Sadly not as good as previously, mainly due to the time it took for the kitchen to prepare all 4 meals. There were 4 of us, 1st meal arrived, then 10 minutes later the 2nd one arrived, 5 minutes after that the 3rd one, and after we 3 had finished the 4th one arrived. It wasn't very busy when we arrived (4 tables full and a scattering of couples), and when you order at the same time you expect all meals to arrive at the same time. Tried to see if there was a manager around but no luck. Really sad as used to be a good choice, but spoilt the dining experience for us as we had been looking forward to a meal together. You'd think with so much local competition they would be on the ball...

We had afternoon tea which was a great twist on an original afternoon tea. It included a mini burger, loaded fries, jalapeño poppers, chocolate brownie, waffles, and cheese cake. Good cappuccino included too, my wife had a hot chocolate. It was very tasty and filling, to the point where I only had a banana for dinner that night!! Really friendly and helpful staff. My wife is veggie and they had a veggie version and were also able to swap the jalapeño poppers for halloumi fries as she hates peppers and spice. We also noticed that their general food menu looks really nice too with great prices so will be back to eat there again!

We had Revolution's version of an Afternoon Tea, which we enjoyed very much indeed. The food served made a nice change from the usual sandwiches and scones Afternoon Tea. The Cocktails and Shots were a pleasant surprise. The service was great and the staff friendly, yet professional. We hope to be returning soon to sample the the very appealing looking menu.

There was 8 of us that did a cocktail masterclass on a Friday night as part of our hen weekend. Although it was busy at Revs, we had a private section all seated at the bar. Emil the host was great, really friendly and we had a great time! We made a variety of cocktails and got given lots of shots. Thanks for an enjoyable experience. Afterwards, we got seated at a table in the main area for our 3 course meal as part of the package. Food was good, portions were on the larger side. Overall, had a great night.

We went as a party of five for our friend’s birthday. We booked a month in advance, paid in full and preordered our meals. We were emailed in advance that it would be a busy day for them, and were advised to arrive five minutes early to get our table on time. We arrived five minutes early and were still seated late. We were bought to our table that had a huge spillage under it and half of the seats were sodden. We were also seated directly behind two very raucous hen dos who were so loud we could hear each other. No one took our order for 30 minutes in spite of us going to find staff to enquire about it several times. When our order was taken, we were informed that staff did not in fact have access to our preorder from when we booked, even though we couldn’t complete the booking without preordering. As we had booked the bottomless brunch, which was a 90 minute period, we were keen to get our orders in, but our first round of drinks didn’t come until an hour in. To make matters worse, they clearly knew they would have a busy day because they informed us about it a few weeks prior via email; in spite of this, the poor staff were few and far between, and completely run off their feet. A clear oversight from management. We paid a total of £125 for what ended up being a very subpar experience and unless some considerable changes are made across the board we will not be returning. I just wish we could have given our friend a better birthday brunch.

Three of us called at the Revolution in Nottingham around 12o’clock today. There were no other customers when we arrived, in fact more staff than customers but they couldn’t find the time to serve us so we left and went to the Alchemist at the junction of Queen Street and King street, a very wise move. The staff were the exact opposite and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.

Arrived and told to sit by the window and there were dirty glasses and spills all over the table, asked someone to clean it and they only took away the glasses and brought over our first drinks.

Quick service, and lovely atmosphere. Drinks came quickly with a smiling face (kylie) great service, and good deals. (2 for 1.)Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Came here today for some lunch, had the most lovely waitress. She had brown hair and was in a low bun, didn’t get a name! She was so attentive and lovely to talk to. Food was also amazing!! I had the chicken Caesar salad (best salad I’ve ever had) will definitely be returning.

Despite the fact that you basically forced to order and pay using their app (one of the worst app I've seen in my life) and share your details. we paid almost £19 for 2 double gin and tonic which were served with no straws and one of each had not a wage of lime/lemon. The waitress gave us the wrong gin. A wheterspoon you pay half for the same service.

Was a good overall experience, drinks are relatively expensive with little discount offered at peak times (understandably). Would appreciate more attention from staff and more engagement with the entire place.

As per the title my friend who is a veggie was only able to pick carrot sticks and hummus - due to everything else on the menu not available. the meat eaters all went for the burger and chips then after 45 minutes were told only 3 of us could have this option as they have now ran out of beef patties. Staff wasn't helpful or compromising

We very much enjoyed the 9 hours we spent in this bar restaurant on 24th May 2021. We arrived and had lunch outside then moved inside when the weather changed. The food and service was great, and the staff warm and friendly, especially Kieran who saw to our needs with a bright and happy attitude. We'll definitely be returning soon.

Quick visit today, great service by the manager Hannah and the whole team. Ordered a Sri Lankan chicken curry and a pint of redstripe, the combination was amazing and the meal was full of flavour. Simplemente dijo que era mejor que se fuera ahora, ya que sin ninguna razón pensó que éramos 7 personas juntas, pero teníamos una reserva de cumpleaños para 4.Empezó a maldecir sin motivo alguno.
