I’ve visited here multiple times for milkshakes but only once so far for cocktails in the evening. Milkshakes are so good and very filling with lots of flavours. The cocktails are so good, as are the shots. Will visit again

This place looks cute, but took my daughter here for a milkshake for her bday and they were really not good, mine was too thick too sweet and v grainy and hers was quite bitter and full of chunks of sweets that just didn't work, for the price it was honestly v disappointing and the drinks were actually so bad we abandoned them after just a few sips. Not worth it at all.

I dropped into CookieShake last week as I have been meaning to try one of their Biscof milkshakes. All I can say is WOW! It did not disappoint! The service was also awesome and the members of staff were soooo accommodating! They even gave me an extra small milkshake with the remainder so as not to waste it! They claim that they do the best milkshakes in Nottingham and I would have to agree 100% with this very bold statement! I will be returning very, very soon! 🙂🙂

Absolutely banging place to drink

I love this place. Their shots are amazing, I cannot recommend it enough. My go to is always the Ferrero rocher but they have so many other delicious ones. 10/10

Came in here a couple weeks ago and I’ve checked the reviews to write about my experience and to no shock, I’ve had similar treatment from staff, specifically the brunette lady who gave dirty looks and overall seemed condescending when I ordered. However, when a different group ordered from her which were all boys, her behavior was a complete switch up. The attitude from her is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. This isn't the first time people have commented on the attitude of staff. I used to love this place but now I just feel judged going in. Not a good environment at all

Absolutely terrific night out. Fan was brilliant, absolutely amazing atmosphere and service from her was more than adequate. Definitely would come back just for Fan’s service.

On a whim I came here with my daughter for a milkshake other than your standard McDonald’s We were overwhelmed by the hundreds of options they have, you will be stuck for choice as everything looks so good! The server was so polite and patient with our decisiveness, he recommended the kinda bueno for my daughter to which she absolutely loved. For me I got the lemon meringue, something I wouldn’t normally opt for but have been dreaming of since, so refreshing yet still satisfied that milkshake craving. Big thank you to Kieran for helping us out! The guy needs a raise for putting up with us 🙈 We will be back!

Used to looove this place! I don’t know if they’ve changed the milkshake recipe, it’s not as tasty as it used to be, seems thinner consistency too. Plus the staff are quite rude now, so it’s really put me off giving it another chance.

The cookie shots of phenomenal! Had the Kinder white, milky way and Diam bar shots as part of the £9.90 3 shots + dbl spirit mixer deal and they tasted bang on! Hats of to Steve and Sabina!

Been here a few times now and always had a shake - there are a wide, wide variety of selections (albeit I always have the same) and they are well made and satisfying. Unfortunately the attitude of the staff doesn't match - on the most recent occasion all three staff were stood around behind the bar just chatting whilst there were dirty tables. We ended up having to clean our own table as did several other customers as they arrived. Whilst the staff were pleasant enough to speak to they largely seemed disinterested and as if having to work was largely a hassle to them. This puts me off from returning again.

Estábamos pasando el día en Nottingham con nuestros hijos. Decidíamos que íbamos aquí para un descanso por la mañana y tratar a los niños a una sacudida. Llegamos justo antes de las 10: 30 y se encontraron con puertas abiertas y con un hombre que montaba la zona exterior. Le preguntamos si estaba abierto a lo que abruptamente dijo “todavía no, acabo de llegar”, eso fue todo. Nos quedamos un poco más, mirando los horarios de apertura para darnos cuenta de que ya debería haber estado abierto y fuera. El hombre no nos dijo nada más a pesar de poder escuchar nuestra conversación sobre si debíamos o no ir a otro lugar... fuimos a otro lugar. Qué pena que habíamos estado antes y disfrutamos y queríamos tratar a nuestros hijos.

Pasando por Nottingham, los horarios sugirieron que deberían estar abiertos, pero estaba cerrado. Apareció un joven, pero se molestó por nuestra presencia y fue muy grosero cuando le pregunté cuándo se abrirían. He estado antes y fue muy agradable (de ahí 2 estrellas) pero no volveré a ir gracias a esta mala actitud. todos podemos apreciar un mal comienzo de un día o llegar tarde y una simple disculpa y "solo estaré cinco minutos" habría resuelto la situación. La grosería no tiene cabida en el comercio minorista y sobre todo no delante de los niños.

The first thing to say about mala mala is that the staff are amazing. Super friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect for a quick cheeky drink or somewhere to relax and chill out. Good choice of drinks and cocktails. All at a fair price. Highly recommended venue.

Horrible staff, really rude and took our money without providing drinks. Only cared about closing, the milkshakes were tasteless and they said they’d remake them but that they’d be the same so we just left, would really like a refund to be honest

Used to come in with my partner a lot but after the attitude from their staff today, never again. Drinks were completely tasteless and nothing like they normally are, partner politely asked for them to be re-made and the staff just looked at her rudely and said 'Wot?'. Gave her a bunch of attitude and refused a refund. We've given this place a fair bit of money and they won't get another penny. Teach your staff some customer service skills!

Really disappointed total waste of money Ordered 3 milkshakes which had absolutely no taste! Service was really poor and it was obvious that as they were shutting in half an hour they didn't want to serve us. When we complained about our tasteless milkshakes we were given no customer service at all! Service by the manager was unhelpful and dismissive! Ended up walking out. Overpriced and unfriendly!!!

Came in with a milkshake with my family at 16:20pm today and staff were already clearing up to close. Felt like they didn’t care about our custom, the milkshakes didn’t taste of anything so we talked to the manager who was rude and dismissive and clearly just wanted to go home, no offer of a refund and clearly didn’t want to remake the shakes as she said they would be the same if she did. We ended up walking out and losing £25. Won’t be returning as I can’t believe they just kept our money with no solution.

Lovely smoothies & shakes with a huge variety available for reasonable prices, if a little on the pricier side. Around £5 for a regular, or £7 for an ultimate, with size comparison shown in photo attached. Certainly worth the extra £2 in my opinion as the size difference is substantial! Will defo be visiting again and trying more of their options. Indoor seating available, but we took ours away.

Ordered 5 drinks and 3 cookies and only received 2 drinks, impossible to get hold off. Never again.

I went there for an early birthday get-together for a friend. I only bought 1 shot from there.

Upon arriving takeaway and sit-in was clearly marked. The large menu offers a large range of products and was spoilt for choice. However due to always going for their cookie shake, I thought I'd shake things up with The Liberty which is a combination of American chocolate and biscuits mixed into ice cream and cream. These ice cream shakes were smooth and tasty from the get go, offering a balanced flavour throughout the shake from start to finish with no bland moments of drinking. The smooth taste of peanut butter cups mixed in with the ice cream was a winner and a great compliment alongside the texture of the Oreo biscuit. Overall this flavour left me on a journey back to America as a lover of sweet foods. Although The Liberty only includes the British made variants of Reese's peanut butter cups and Oreo pieces, it is still worth the cost for superior quality of other milkshakes around. The Liberty is a 5 star ice-cream milkshake for sure.

Yummy, yummy Vegan Shake... I tried the Skittles and they make it nicely thick using proper ice cream (instead of just ice which I've had at other places). Loads of choices that are vegan friendly too - gonna try bourbon biscuit next time.

Absolutely crap, can understand you can’t mix tables but in this place if your even in the secret garden and you speak to anybody else on a different table you will get thrown out even if you bump into somebody on the way to the bathroom so don’t even give them the time of day the manager who’s not even probably 2 years younger than me thinks he’s god gift to women by been a scrawny little sh** hope when he says it to the wrong person he’ll have what’s coming to him staff are nice in there so review doesn’t go against them but a manger like that will get the place shut down or no business absolute fuc**** snowflake

Great service, respectful staff and an incredible amount shakes. I was at first in awe over the amount of shakes this bar serves, slightly over 200 shake flavours which includes flavours like, milky way, malteasers, oreo and more. Whilst ordering the staff were polite and friendly and I waited for my shake for less than a few minutes. The restaurant has plenty of entertainment whilst waiting for shakes such as Jenga and a N64 with a few games including mario and mario kart.

amazing service, I ordered a piña colada sure and doublechecked that it was dairy free, and found out from the waitress that it was not, her name was emily, she sincerely apologised, took my details, refunded me, and brought me over some free drinks, cannot thank her enough, and made sure i was okay. a lovely bar with lovely service, thank you so much.

Awful staff who have no manners at all. Manager was in the garden smoking marijuana. It made sense why the other 2 staff members tried to keep us away from the back door (I could smell the weed) I was also told that if I didn’t scan the QR code and submit for their track and trace that I would be asked to leave. Reported to the police and trading standards.
