Food is pricey for what you get on your plate and the jacket potato was very dry to say I have 3 fillings with it as well

Great British transport type Cafe, well worth a visit. We came on a Monday morning and had a small breakfast and beans on toast. Good quality ingredients are used (the beans are a good yardstick to go by) egg was fresh (a tight white around the yolk rather than spread out white = fresh) bacon wasn't fatty and cooked well. Beans on toast also went down a treat. Free parking off road, nice and clean with a 5 star hygiene rating, what's not to like, oh, and a bit of singing from the girls 😀 Highly recommend

While food is good and it's nice and clean.The toilets let it down there's no hot water and it's freezing in that area and there where buckets under the urinals .Are toilets covered under the hygiene ratings.

Six pound fifty for a breakfast 1 sausage 1 slice of bacon 1egg a small amount of beans and tomatoes 1slice of toast over priced for what you get won't be going again

Best breakfast cobs and breakfasts so far, and believe me, we travel for a good breakfast. Great tea too, very important that the teas good

Food was nice enough then found hair in the eggs!!..Put Me off the food after that was going to complain but was a big queue!..The Staff cooking had long hair tied up but no hair net!!..So for Me it's a No!!

Great value cafe. I got the full monty and it was great and I would recommend it again. The staff are nice and the atmosphere is great as you sit and listen to the girls chatting behind the counter. A proper cafe I would recommend for a great fry up. It's also dog friendly which is a bonus.

Good fodder here at a reasonable price. Plenty to choose from. Older style place that has plenty of space for everyone, inside and outside.

Nice breakfast .enjoyed it .took a star off due to price was quite high .£6.45 for the small breakfast no cuppa included .if cuppa included i would have gave it 5 star. All in all standard breakfast nothing fancy but was satifying .

Excellent cafe, great parking, great service. Food is always perfectly cooked and always hot.

As a family we love this place but the time we came say we came it was my wife's birthday so as a treat we all came, all our orders was wrong, no poached eggs missing items when confronted with our order the dark haired was so rude, no manners no apologies, came back and didn't with no explanation dropped it on the table, she seriously needs to learn customer service how to speak and how to approach and explain to customers, not too be rude, we as a family have never had problems until this time. Sorry.

Nice little cafe, My order was seemed to be forgotten and then blatantly tried to hide by saying its nearly ready..... Price for cans were eye watering £1.40 for a can? Come on guys your not Harrods

Good cafe food. Clean, staff friendly. Prices really reasonable. Outside space with seating to eat covered and uncovered. Sun trap! Toilets outside, which I gather are used by lots of tradespeople. Needed a very deep clean when we visited though.

This place is the best cafe I can recall visiting for a long while. The place is spotlessly clean and it shows in the quality of the food. My large breakfast was about as good as it gets.

Waste of my time does not open on a Sunday why say you do. Don't waste your time as they just couldn't be bothered. Additional in the window it says open flashing lights., window around the back SUNDAY in white letters! No sign or notice saying you are closed. Also update ur website! Have a nice day !

£6 for Overcooked, unseasoned, microwaved, scrambled egg, that I had to scramble myself, as it was one block of rubbery egg straight out of a plastic jug. Toast was burnt on one side soggy on the other.

Staff are very friendly and make me feel welcome every time, love the food. Who knew you could put a little tlc in a simple breakfast. They always remember my mayo hahaha, A rare 5 star from me, thanks Daleside Cafe

I asked for a chicken and mayo cob as I do not eat pork and everything on the menu said it had pork in so went with something that say it doesn't have pork it got my cob eating half noticed something pink in my cob. Turns out these bacon in the chicken and mayo but its not on the menu, the menu needs updating.
