We ordered a afternoon lunch selection for 25 people at our baby shower in Lincoln. The owner Dez could not do enough to meet our requests. He delivered a fantastic spread. The selection of sandwiches were delicious and he catered for everyone’s dietary needs. His homemade sausages and his scones with cream and strawberries went down a storm. They delivered to our venue, which took away all the added stress. Thanks again for delivering us a lovely spread on our special day. We will definitely use Margaret’s Tea Rooms a again.

The Hay Barn has become my favourite place to eat! Delicious food all prepared on site with love and care by the excellent staff. Whether visiting for coffee and cake with a friend or two course lunch with family we love it. I’ve been with my young grandchildren, friends and family members of all ages and there is something for all. The specials board changes weekly and the static menu is very varied with dishes for all tastes. Due to the popularity we sometimes have to wait for a table but this is managed well with the buzzer system enabling us to sit in the car and have a chat before our meal. Yesterday’s visit was for a bite to eat with a friend and work colleague on our return from a meeting following a stressful few days at work. We relaxed with a refreshing lemon iced tea whilst waiting for our bubble and squeak. We chose to sit inside at a window table where the atmosphere was nice and relaxing. On finishing the meal I decided to take home a white chocolate and cinnamon dodger for later. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Just had tea and a cake with my lovely work colleague friends. What a gorgeous little tea shop this is. We were greeted by a lovely member of staff armed with a hot sample of winter tea. They also had delicious vegan cupcakes and all of the treats were beautifully presented. To add to the experience, all of the teas, coffees, infusers etc. are available to buy. The shop itself smells of delicious things and the ambience is mellow and inviting. I was so impressed and will definitely be visiting again. All of the staff are super friendly - thank you ladies for a lovely afternoon in a perfect tea-lovers heaven!

Tasty, delicious wraps and cakes, friendly and efficient, perfect spot for lunch. Lots of other delights on offer so definitely worth several revisits.

Magee Street Bakery is a great find for excellent sourdough, it's tucked away on a back street and very busy at the weekend, you'll need to get in early as the bread sells out quick. I also love their single source chocolate brownie, lovely hit of gooey chocolatey joy.

So much better than where I am from! The vibe was immaculate and the employees were amazing. Trish was awesome, Cam was so cool, Bamba made the most amazing drinks

Sunday roast is fabulous. Last time i ate all the food before i took a photo. The food is freshly cooked and the portions are generous. The service is friendly and everything is clean. A happy sunday roast.

This place is a little gem. Best Full English breakfast I’ve had in ages, a right bargain too. Staff are lovely - friendly and chatty. Such a great vibe. They’d run out of orange juice so went and bought some so I could have a glass. Also we left some stuff behind and they came and found us to return in. Would go again 100%. Lunchtime stuff looks amazing too, if I was local I’d be here loads!

First time visiting this beautiful place, and was such a delight! Freshly made cakes and scones, and sandwiches, so much to choose from! The service from Natalie was absolutely brilliant, she is a credit to this place, and I can’t wait to visit again! X

Called in on way home for a Sunday lunch and what a Sunday lunch it was .. Totally delicious 😋 loads of veg , plenty of meat which was beautiful & very tender . Meats on today were , Pork , Beef & Turkey. Out of our party all meats were tried and not one was disappointing at all , all lots of flavour and nice and tenderly cooked . Staff very pleasant. Facilities very clean and spotless , lovely decor . Will definitely be visiting again . Thankyou for making our Sunday lunch a beautiful fulfilling tasty meal . Truly was amazing 👍x

Excellent selection of vegan cakes that are so tasty! Various plant-based milk alternatives are available at no additional cost. Great coffee, cake, staff, and ambience…and it helps support Open Hands, a local charity. Recommend stopping off for a coffee here and you won’t be disappointed.
