Donald Watson's Vegan Bar in Leicester

Friendly, helpful staff; Cam made us really welcome and was keen to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. The sparkling wine was delicious, if rather expensive; the bar snacks were tasty and well-presented. Plenty of space for dungeon-dancing! Here's to Mr Watson 🌿

We came to Watsons on a Wednesday night and got really looked after by a barman called Cam. He couldn’t do enough for us. Amazing! Give this guy a raise !!!

Came for a light snack and a drink. I had the lychee ice tea, it tasted amazing! I also had the soya pepper, which was a recommendation and it will not disappoint. The soya chunck had absorbed lots of season and were a lottle cripsy. The service was excellent, Sofia was very attentive and fast, she was very willing to help. The bar tender, sorry no name, but they were great too, came and checked everything was okay and really put in the effort!

Had a lovely experience at watsons as usual, staff are delightful and the drinks are amazing. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Leicester amazing night.

Love the music and atmosphere. Very chilled out on the beach holiday vibes. Bar tender George was amazing really friendly. Had cocktails only were great. Cockstails had a good amount of drink and not overloaded with ice. Will 100% come again to chill.

Had a catch up with a friend and decided to come here with the 2 4 1 cocktails and they were all lovely and strong. Tried the amethyst, then had the diabolo and wandering lady, really hit the spot and a great time. Worth a visit for meet ups, special days and an excuse to be surrounded by great decorations and chill atmosphere.

Had a good time here with my fiancee. We both enjoyed the signature cocktails and general atmosphere. Laid back and relaxing. The staff ( Cam and Bamba) were friendly and attentive. Will definitely come again.

What a fabulous find. Visited for my 50th birthday with a large group of friends. If you’re looking for a chilled, relaxed bar with great music and DJs, Watson’s is the go to. The vegan tapas dishes we pre-ordered for our party, were delicious and plentiful, the cocktails were fabulous, and the music and ambience made for the perfect Saturday night. Definitely our new favourite, and we will be back next weekend! Thank you so much to the team at Watson’s for making my birthday a night to remember!
